Abstract

Adapun tujuan dilakukanya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Strategi pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Pondok Pesantren Al Ihsan Bintan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini meliputi aspek-aspek yang berkaitan dengan Manajemen Pesantren dalam Mengelola Sumber Daya Manusia, yang terdiri dari Pimpinan Pesantren, pengurus, dan beberapa guru yang terlibat langsung dalam proses pendidikan. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi, observasi, atau wawancara dengan partisipan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi Program Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang diterapkan di Pondok Pesantren Al Ihsan Bintan mencakup pelatihan, penilaian kinerja guru secara berkala, dan insentif, motivasi, yang dapat membantu meningkatkan disiplin dan motivasi kerja. Selain itu, Pengembangan keterampilan interpersonal dan komunikasi antara atasan dan guru juga memainkan peran kunci dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif. Menurut penelitian ini, manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif dapat meningkatkan produktivitas guru, yang pada akhirnya berdampak positif pada hasil belajar siswa di Pondok pesantren.

Abstract

Management theory has undergone rapid development, encompassing various approaches to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This article explores the evolution of management theories, including contributions from Muslim scholars such as Ibn Khaldun with the concept of asabiyyah (social solidarity), which is relevant for building a collaborative work culture. Management is defined as the process of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling resources to achieve organizational goals.The study discusses theories such as Scientific Management, Modern Management, General Administrative Management, as well as quantitative and behavioral approaches. Furthermore, the position of knowledge in Islam is presented as an ontological foundation connecting physical and metaphysical existence, with God as the ultimate source of all being.This article also highlights the future directions of management theory through five main perspectives: Dominance, Divergence, Convergence, Synthesis, and Proliferation. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of integrating traditional and modern management principles to address organizational challenges sustainably.
