Abstract

This paper discusses Cyberbullying by Adolescents and Prevention in the Context of the ITE Law. Cyberbullying is something that should not be envied because behavior is intended to insult, frighten, or humiliate and hurt the heart of someone who is targeted for bullying so as to trigger debate and conflict which is usually underestimated and does not think about the impact. Spreading lies about someone by insulting or posting derogatory, embarrassing photos about someone on social media so that others can also see them.The method we used this time is the research method that the author uses is a qualitative method. Through this method, the author will describe the problem discussed based on relevant data obtained and interpret the data in question as an analysis process to find relevance between variables. The author goes through the Interview method (Interview), interviews are conducted with competent or authorized parties and who are considered to know and understand the problems of researchers to provide information and information in accordance with what is needed by researchers.The result of this study is that it can be concluded that Cyberbullying is bullying that uses digital technology. Cyberbullying is something that should not be envied because behavior is intended to insult, frighten, or humiliate and hurt the heart of someone who is targeted for bullying so as to trigger debate and conflict which is usually underestimated and does not think about the impact. The impact of cyberbullying has major and bad consequences and influences on the physical and mental health of children (victims).

Abstract

This research aims to examine the extent to which humor is able to serve as a crossing space for comedy, whether it is comedy with a little allusion to the ancient Greek school or humor over the expectations of someone or a group deemed excessive or even as a tool for resistance that is often used, for example in Indonesia in formal or informal events (YouTube). This research is literature research by searching and analyzing data through secondary sources or journals that are compatible with the topic of discussion. The results show that humor, comics, life drama, fatigue, encountering ideas wrapped in cuteness, taste, becomes meaningful when it is in a space of surprise, beyond expectations but able to refresh laughter as well as disarming the rigidity of the self.

Abstract

The presence of employees at the Palembang Religious Education and Training Center now uses epresence, namely the heritage application. The attendance data on e-presence or heritage is processed by the Civil Service Bureau of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, making it possible that the application has weaknesses and strengths. Therefore, the application of the presence application needs to be evaluated and identified problems, in order to obtain user perceptions in order to develop the next version that is better and suits the user experience, as well as the level of satisfaction with using the application. The PIECES framework (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service) is a method that helps to evaluate and measure the level of user satisfaction. And the results of the measurements that have been carried out show the effectiveness of the presence system, namely at a Neutral number.

Abstract

A teenager could be addicted to playing on a smartphone, especially if the application does not contain positive educational content but contains negative educational content such as war games, board games, slots, etc. Of course, things like that are very dangerous for teenagers if left alone. This has a very bad impact on communication with the surrounding community, of course it is not easy to teach if it has become a habit for everyone. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this research are teenagers on Jalan Bintan, while the research objects are the perceptions of the community and parents. The results of this research show that this research is, firstly, Intrapersonal Communication. This process helps them organize their thoughts in a more structured way and process emotions better. Second, Interpersonal Communication. The findings also reveal the negative impact of smartphone use on teenagers' intrapersonal communication. Third Communication.

Abstract

This research details the mobile web development process aimed at optimizing the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) website to increase the effectiveness of guest book management in a service context. Through an in-depth analysis of user needs and existing processes, this research views the need for a mobile web-based solution to increase accessibility and responsiveness in recording and managing guest information. By utilizing responsive web technology, this research aims to make it easier for users to interact with the BPS platform, contributing to improving service quality and administrative efficiency. In this context it also discusses aspects of security and system integration ensuring the sustainability and reliability of the implemented solutions. It is hoped that the findings from this research can provide guidance for similar further development and improve the performance of guest book management within the BPS environment.

Abstract

Based on the background of this research, it was influenced by the da'wah and religious activities carried out by Sheikh Abdurrahman in Batuhampar village, where researchers examined the da'wah strategy of Sheikh Abdurrahman based on surau in Batuhampar village. The purpose of this study was to determine the suaru-based preaching strategy of Sheikh Abdurrahman in Batuhampar village, fifty cities. The qualitative research method with data collection using interviews with the people of nagari batuhampar as sources. The data collection techniques that the authors used were interviews and documentation with the people of nagari batuhampar who were selected as research sources. The data analysis technique that the author uses is data presentation and conclusion drawing. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the da'wah strategy conveyed by Sheikh Abdurrahman used sentimental strategies, because he delivered da'wah by taking the hearts of the community by doing good and polite. Then he inserted Islamic teachings in every community activity in Batuhampar village. Start by changing the habits of the community that are contrary to Islamic teachings.

Abstract

The background of this research is that in the world of da'wah, teaching how to invite people to the goodness of the world and the hereafter as well as possible without coercion, threats of death, or with erratic violence. The main goal of Islamic da'wah is to realize happiness and prosperity in life in the world and in the hereafter which is blessed by Allah SWT, and the Prophet Muhammad SAW. There are various ways to preach, can use oral, written, print media, or electronic. Along with the development of the times, da'wah developed quite rapidly and significantly, starting from the number of mad`u, the ways and methods of da'wah or the da'wah actors themselves. Da'wah is also a process of communication, but not all communication processes are da'wah, because da'wah is influencing and contains an invitation to invite people to take actions according to religious orders. Ustadz Tulus Anjasmara is one of the preachers domiciled in Hutagodang Labusel, North Sumatra, who often discusses various issues regarding issues of the Islamic religion. Based on the observations made by the author on October 30, 2022, he discussed a lot about nationalism and various current issues that are currently being hotly discussed among the public. Therefore, this study aims to explain what are the da'wah strategies and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of Ustadz Tulus Anjas Mara's da'wah in Hutagodang, Labuhan Batu Selatan, North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. By using data collection techniques through, observation, interviews and documentation. Where respondents or informants are used as objects in research and become sources of data or information obtained. The results of this study show that: (1). Ustadz Tulus Anjas Mara preaches with a Sentimental, Rational and Sensory da'wah strategy approach. (2). Factors that support Ustadz Tulus Anjas Mara's preaching are strong spiritual, good intellectual, good physical health and sufficient material. (3). Factors that hinder the preaching of Ustadz Tulus Anjas Mara are internal factors which are still a lack of knowledge of the preacher, inadequate staff of the preacher, inappropriate selection of da'wah materials and inappropriate rhetoric. External factors, in which Mad`u (congregants) are not interested in listening to da'wah and the distance between their homes and places of worship is far away.

Abstract

This era is an era when television is no longer the first choice in the hearts of customers as a place to look for entertainment or the latest information. The internet can be accessed anywhere and anytime, causing television to become less attractive to teenagers compared to using technology that can access the internet. The practicality and ease of use of their smart TVs, smartphones or tablets to access online streaming services is the main reason for doing online streaming. The quantitative approach is the method that will be used for this research and the questionnaire will be distributed online. The sampling method applied in this research is cluster disproportionate random sampling. This analysis will be carried out by utilizing the SPSS and AMOS applications and applying the PLS-SEM approach to test the hypothesis. The results showed that Perceived Ease of Use had a significant and positive influence on Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Usefulness, Instrumental Use, and Ritualized Use had a significant and positive effect on Intention to Use. However, Perceived Ease of Use does not have a significant effect and can have a negative impact on Intention to Use. It is known that online streaming services in the aspect of ease of access and use really need improvisation, but other aspects still need to be considered so that they can complement and support each other.

Abstract

Research in the background by increasing the number of tourist hoyak tabuik piaman 2022, namely during the period of covid-19 exactly at the extension of ppkm level-1. This is a comparison by researchers, namely in 2018, 2019 in this year, tabuik tourist are not as much as 2022. This increase became attraction for researchers in conducting a study and then figuring out what communication strategy were done by tourism and culture of Pariaman city in promoting this hoyak tabuik traditon so that there was an increase. The research methodology used by researchers is a qualitative descriptive in which researchers obtain data by interviews, documentation, and other data in the field. The result of this study show that communication strategies carried out by tourism and culture services of the city Pariaman in the promoting the tradition hoyak tabuik piaman post covid-19 struck in Indonesia have been succesfull, this can be proved by the increase of tourist with the foundation of data obtained by researchers in the field.

Abstract

Technology is developing rapidly and becoming part of society, especially among children to adolescents. The development of this technology has resulted in a new form of entertainment in the form of games. Online games are one of the results that arise as a result of technological developments. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach and distributing questionnaires online. The sampling method used in this research is Cluster Disproportionate Random Sampling. The method that will be used as a medium for data analysis in this study is SEM. This analysis will be carried out by utilizing the AMOS application. The test results show that Online Gaming Enjoyment has a significant and positive effect on Satisfaction of Playing Online Games and Subjective Norms Instrumental Use and Trust in Online Game Ritualized Use has a significant and positive effect on Satisfaction of Playing Online Games. Appropriate improvisation of the Game can increase the enjoyment of playing the Game so that it can reach more players. This is the reason to improve the features in the Game such as Graphics, Songs, Community, Story, World Building and other aspects.
