Abstract

The extraordinary advances in the modern era in information technology and the internet have had an impact on many aspects of human life, including marketing. Additionally, internet marketing has become an important component in contemporary corporate plans. One of the best ways to increase market share and attract new consumers today is through digital marketing. To fully capitalize on these prospects, MSMEs in Indonesia must overcome a number of obstacles despite the enormous potential provided by e-commerce and digital marketing. To effectively utilize information technology and e-commerce in the digital era and remove the obstacles that MSMEs face in the fashion industry, it is essential to take specific measures. The aim of this research is to understand tactics that can increase the operational effectiveness of fashion MSMEs, look at the prospects for market entry and promotion of MSMEs, and evaluate increasing the competitiveness and innovation of this sector. The research results show how important information technology is in increasing the operational efficiency of fashion MSMEs through the use of a qualitative descriptive diary approach. Fashion MSMEs can now optimize several parts of their business with the help of technology and techniques including supply chain systems, e-commerce and business management software. Given the increasingly connected digital environment, this allows fashion MSMEs to concentrate more on creative and strategic components. In addition, the deliberate application of communication and information by promoting the investigation of export prospects and new business ventures, information and communication technology (ICT) plays an important role in enhancing the competitiveness of MSMEs. Information technology has shown tremendous promise in helping fashion MSMEs remain competitive and innovate in the face of this period of rapid change, including the application of technology to the development of new product designs.

Abstract

The method is the path we take to reach the goal. Many businesses will not be successful or will definitely not produce optimal results, if not used the right way Da'wah is an activity or activity inviting to do good which is mainly played by a preacher. Religious enthusiasm is a sense of desire and participation in all religious activities. So the da'wah method is the method used by a preacher to convey da'wah material or a series of activities to achieve certain goals. This study uses qualitative methods in qualitative descriptive techniques, with the research stages namely observation, interview, and documentation, then uses data analysis techniques in the form of words in written and oral form that have been collected previously. So that you know how Ustadz Suwardi's Da'wah Method is in Enhancing the religious enthusiasm of the Gajah Sakti Village Community, Bengkalis Regency.

Abstract

Education is a topic that is always interesting and current to discuss. The development of science and technology, which is marked by advances in the fields of information media and technology, is currently progressing so rapidly, that in placing a nation in a position, the extent to which the nation is advanced is based on how far the nation has mastered these two fields. The method used is the library research method. The aim of this research is to discuss problems in the world of education, to find out developments in technology and media, and ways of education in facing the challenges of globalization. The results of this research are: First, problems at the input stage. Second, problems with the process. Third, problems with output. Education in facing the challenges of globalization: education must be able to produce quality human resources, know science and technology and improve quality.

Abstract

In today's era, social media has become one of the platforms for delivering religious teachings to the public. One of the preachers who utilizes social media for this purpose is Ustadz Hanan Attaki. He conducts his preaching through YouTube, where he shares his religious lectures. Ustadz Hanan is a young preacher widely recognized and admired by the youth due to his gentle speaking style and discussions that relate to their everyday lives. This research focuses on the ethical aspects of Ustadz Hanan Attaki's preaching in his video titled "Ustadz Hanan Attaki- Diam" on the YouTube channel @Hanan Attaki. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method to describe and depict the events being studied without data manipulation. Primary data is obtained from Ustadz Hanan Attaki's preaching videos, while secondary data is collected from various books and relevant documents. Data collection is carried out through observation and documentation, with the collected data being processed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity is ensured through triangulation of time, data sources, and methods to verify the accuracy of the research findings. The research findings from the video "Ustadz Hanan Attaki- Diam" reveal that Ustadz Hanan Attaki demonstrates effective preaching methods. He treats everyone equally, prioritizes sincerity and truthfulness in his messages, and refrains from discussing matters he is not knowledgeable about. Ustadz Hanan also displays patience, respects other religions, and does not impose his opinions. His approach inspires and motivates the younger generation to draw closer to their faith and make positive changes in their lives. His message is conveyed in a friendly and easily understandable manner. Despite his popularity, Ustadz Hanan maintains simplicity in his appearance, aligning with the preferences of the youth.

Abstract

The da'wah method is a method of da'wah used by a da'i to convey his da'wah and material to mad'u to achieve certain activities. With this da'wah method, a preacher can convey the da'wah material that will be delivered. The author's interest is in wanting to know the method used by Buya Sapribil Malin Marajo so that his preaching can be accepted. And what is known at this time is that a mad'u wants to take part in his preaching studies, especially in the village of Melati Sorek Satu. Therefore, how can Buya Sapribil Malin Marajo invite and protect people in his environment to attend his recitation. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research which aims to describe research results according to actual data. The informants in this research were divided into two, namely key informants and supporting informants. The key informant was Ustadz Buya Sapribil Malin Marajo, while the supporting informants were mad'u or his congregation. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The preaching methods used by Buya Sapribil to his congregation are the bil-hikmah, mau'idzah hasanah and mujadallah al-lati hiya ahsan methods. The bil-hikmah method is used when he is giving wise examples to the congregation in between the recitations he is delivering. Mau'idzah hasanah is used when giving a statement regarding good advice. Muadallah al-lati hiya ahsan applied the da'wah method he used was question and answer, discussion and interpersonal conversation and this application was very much in line with the da'wah method.

Abstract

The research focuses on communication barriers between Sundanese ethnic communities and Minang ethnic communities in Bukittinggi. This research is motivated by the issue of what communication barriers are felt by Sundanese ethnic communities while living or settling in Bukittinggi. Various kinds of communication barriers felt by the Sundanese ethnic community make the communication process that occurs not run properly, in other words the communication process only runs without any reciprocity from the recipient of the message. It is clear that the language used is different from the language commonly used by Sundanese ethnic communities, even though they have used Indonesian, sometimes there is still language that is difficult to understand, coupled with the accent and articulation also has some differences. The purpose of this research is to find out how the communication barriers of Sundanese people with Minang people in Bukittinggi. The type of research used is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The location of the research conducted was in Bukittinggi City. While to analyze the data the author uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study found that there were nine communication barriers that occurred between the Sundanese community and the Minang community in Bukittinggi, namely, physical, cultural, perception, motivation, experience, emotion, language, nonverbal, competition.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the background of the occurrence of cultural mixing in the Nagari Ujung Gading area, West Pasaman Barat, the Minangkabau and Mandailing ethnic groups have special cultural motifs that focus on their respective cultures. Each of the migrant communities undergoes exchanges because they have to adapt to a new area, be it lifestyle, ways of getting along, and other social ties. This background is then raised by researchers into the formulation of the problem regarding what are the wedding activities originating from Minangkabau, then what are the wedding activities originating from Mandailing, how is the process of intercultural communication occurring in the process of culturation in Mandailing and Minangkabau ethnic marriages, and what are the obstacles in the process of acculturation of different ethnic marriages. The research process was carried out using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. It aims to observe and describe the condition of a traditional wedding ceremony of Sumando and Manjujur which is located in the border area. Data collection in this study was carried out by interviews and observations to observe the various activities carried out by the Datuok, Penghulu, Niniak mamak, the bride and groom, the parents of the bride and the local community in traditional wedding ceremonies. The results of this study are two different cultures in Nagari Ujung Gading, namely Mandailing and Minangkabau, resulting in acculturation. In accordance with this acculturation theory, significant changes often occur in a tradition, even though changes occur in practice, this does not change the original purpose of the tradition.

Abstract

The achievements of an organization are identified with its leaders. The leader's job is to guide, influence and encourage members to carry out their tasks and activities to achieve organizational goals. Therefore, leaders are required to have effective communication. In this way, the role of leadership communication plays an important role in the smooth running of the organization. The aim of the research is to determine the role of leadership communication in building employee performance as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of leadership communication in building employee performance at the Bukittinggi Tourism Office. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Qualitative data collection techniques use observation methods, interviews with informants using question and answer techniques and dealing directly with informants, and documentation. The research results show that: (1). The role of leadership communication in building the performance of employees at the Bukittinggi City Tourism Office is communicating service policies, providing instructions and tasks clearly and easily understood by employees and motivating employees (2). Supporting factors in the leadership communication process in building the performance of Bukittinggi City Tourism Office employees are good communication skills, mutual trust between employees, sufficient human resources and adequate facilities and infrastructure due to the availability of sufficient APBD funds. The inhibiting factor is the organizational structure system. Because in a structural organizational system the way information, messages or tasks are delivered is also structured.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the importance of spirituality in improving mental well-being through the perspective of Islamic religion in adolescents aged 17 to 25 years who are Muslims and have awareness about mental health. The research method used is quantitative research by filling out a questionnaire through Google Form, which is used to obtain an overview of the importance of having high spirituality in improving mental well-being. The results of the data will be seen through the answers contained in the questionnaire by using the theory from previous research. This research can benefit individuals in improving their mental well-being through spiritual practices that are in accordance with their religious beliefs.

Abstract

National mass media plays an important role in international politics. In an era of advanced globalization, the mass media has the power to influence public opinion and shape perceptions of international politics. This article aims to present an abstract of the role of national mass media in international politics. The research is based on a literature study and content analysis of mass media related to international politics. In the context of international politics, the national mass media has several main roles. First, the mass media serve as communication channels between the government and the public. They convey information regarding foreign policy, diplomatic relations, and global issues to the public.
