Abstract

This study was made to find out whether there is a relationship between the social support of parents and the learning interests of students of SMK Negeri 2 during the covid-19 pandemic in the city of Bekasi. The method used is quantitatively correlational. This research sample is 100 students of SMK Negeri 2 in the city of Bekasi. The data was obtained through the parents' social support scale and the learning interest scale. The results of this study showed that in spearman rho' correlation analysis showed a weak or probable relationship between parental social support and learning interests (value r=0.375** with p≤0.000). It concluded that parental social support correlated with learning interest in students.

Abstract

The development of internet technology today is growing quite rapidly, especially on social media. On Instagram social media, individuals will find it easy to upload photos and hope to get likes or comments on their uploads. Uploading photos or videos with more frequent or excessive intensity shows behavior that leads to narcissistic tendencies.k This study aims to determine the effect of self-esteem on narcissistic tendencies in students using Instagram at Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. The subjects of this study were 140 students using Instagram. The results showed that self-esteem was able to significantly influence narcissistic tendencies with values ​​of F=12,465 and p=0.001 (p<0.05). Based on these results, it can be concluded that self-esteem is able to influence narcissistic tendencies in students using Instagram at Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta by 8.3%, while the remaining 91.7% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

The development of the industrial world in the era of globalization is increasing rapidly.Successful companies need people who do moretheir usual job, which exceeds expectations. In a dynamic world of work today, where more and more tasks are carried out by teams and flexibility is very important, civilly engaged employees help others on the team them, volunteering for additional work, avoiding conflict unnecessary, they obey the spirit and the rules and regulations, and with friendly tolerating coercion and occasional work-related distractions is organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Many things leadership style can be done by a leader, one of which is leadership transformational behavior that will encourage the growth of mutually helpful behavior and help voluntarily. One of the factors that can influence organizational citizenship behavior, namely transformational leadership. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between transformational leadership with organizational citizenship behavior in employees of PT. Patra Trading Plumpang 3. The subjects of this research are all production employees of PT. Patra Trading Plumpang 3 155 subjects. Data analysis using the Pearson correlation technique and obtained a sig value of 0.000 (P < 0.005) it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between transformational leadership with Organizational Citizenship Behavior to employees of PT. Patra Trading Plumpang 3, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia caused a large number of positive COVID-19 patients to be treated. Care for patients who are positive for COVID-19 is the responsibility of health workers, one of which is a nurse. The surge in the number of patients who must be given treatment is a stressor for nurses which can result in low psychological well-being. The stress experienced by nurses comes from the workplace, which is the hospital. The hospital must create a work environment that contributes to the welfare of its nurses to create a good perception of organizational support for nurses.The purpose of this study is to see a relationship between perceptions of organizational support and psychological well-being in nurses treating COVID-19 patients. The subjects in this study were nurses treating COVID-19 patients and worked in hospitals located in Bekasi city using purposive sampling technique. The sample amounted to 123 nurses which was calculated using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% based on a population of 2,718 nurses. The measuring instrument in this study is the perceived organizational support scale and the psychological well-being scale using the Likert scale. This study uses the Pearson Product Moment correlation test with a result of 0.610 and a significance value of 0.00 (p <0.05). the result in this study indicate that there is a relationship between perceived organizational support and the psychological well-being of nurses who treat COVID-19 patients

Abstract

The existence of this pandemic Covid-19 has an impact on some aspects like health, economy and education. This virus is spreading around the world specifically in education sector. During the Covid-19 pandemic, students around the world appliying distance learning from their home. This distance learning needs an adaptation process that making students stress in learning. Stress in learning makes many students feel pressure because a lot of assignments which causes the level of student resilience to decrease. Low resilience will make students to be anxious when facing their problems or make them depressed and make them study longer than usual. One of the factors that related to resilience is self-efficacy where resilience can increase or decrease due to self-efficacy. The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between self- efficacy and resilience in students who experience distance learning. The technique we will use is probability sampling with a cluster random sampling approach with a research sample of 100 samples. The results showed that the correlation coefficient between self-efficacy and resilience was r= 0.499** and p= 0.000 (p<0.05). The results shows that there is a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and resilience. The higher the self-efficacy, the higher the resilience and it goes for the other way, the lower the self-efficacy, the lower the resilience. This research leads to the ideas for further research are expected to research other factors that have a relationship with student resilience such as religion or social support.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic period caused several consequences, namely many companies experienced an economic downturn, so they chose to terminate their employment (PHK). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between positive thinking and gratitude with resilience in employees affected by layoffs, especially working men and to find out how to develop resilience to victims of layoffs. The method uses a quantitative correlational approach. Data were collected through 3 kinds of questionnaires, namely positive thinking, gratitude, and self-resilience. Respondents were 99 people who came from the South Tambun area experienced termination of employment at the company due to the economic downturn in the company. The data were analyzed through the correlational method. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between positive thinking and gratitude and self-resilience. Furthermore, the results of the study show that positive thinking has a greater correlation value than gratitude. Keywords : positive thinking, gratitude, and resilience

Abstract

Since covid-19 pandemic aroused, government has done many things in order to help people survive as the result of this situation. One of the things was cash social donation towards certain people. Of course there’s always pros and cons but in the end it was still distributed through district officer. That is why, the researcher found it’s interesting to look deeper into people’s saelf-awareness and emotion regulation. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between emotion regulation and self-awareness. This study uses a quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were the community in Bekasijaya village as many as 56,462 people with a sample of 140 through a process of characteristic processing. The measuring instrument used is in the form of two scales, namely emotional regulation and self-awareness. The two measuring instruments have been through the validity of the item discriminating power test and the reliability test using Cronbach's alpha which was carried out through the SPSS Version program. The results in this study indicate that there is a relationship between emotional regulation and self-awareness with a correlation coefficient of 0.800** with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). That is, if emotion regulation high, then self-awareness is high, and vice versa, if emotion regulation low, then self-awareness is low

Abstract

The use of smartphones in students can cause various kinds of negative impacts such as feelings of anxiety when away from smartphones. Students experience feelings of anxiety based on the fear of missing out on information and activities that other people do, this causes feelings of anxiety away from smartphones which is often called nomophobia. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between fear of missing out with nomophobia tendencies in psychology students. by using a total of 147 respondents from the psychology faculty of University Bhayangkara. The method used in this study is correlational with the aim of seeing the relationship of the two variables studied, using SPSS version 25. The results of the calculation of the correlation test R = 0.664, with a significance level of p = 0.00 (p>0.05). These results show that fear of missing out is positively related to nomophobia in psychology students at University Bhayangkara. Suggestions for students in particular are to be able to regulate the use of smartphones as an effort to prevent nomophobia tendencies which will have a negative impact on health and social interaction, so that students will find it easier to understand. interact and have a calm feeling.

Abstract

It is commonly happened in dynamic love relationship to breakup each other, in which so that they do actions that can hurt themselves, this is done by someone to deal with emotional pain, self-emptiness, loneliness, loss. , and satisfy the desire to punish oneself by causing injuries to the body, this is called self-injury. Self-injury is a form of behavior carried out by individuals to deal with emotional pain, this behavior is carried out very intentionally but the individual does not intend to commit suicide. One that affects self-injury is self-esteem. Self-esteem is the result of an individual's evaluation of himself which is expressed in his own attitude. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between self-esteem and self-injury in Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya students who experience a breakup. The subjects used in this study were students of Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta with a total of 100 subjects. The results of the non-parametric correlation test of Spearman's Rho showed a relationship of -0.403** with a significance of 0.000 (p < 0.001). The results show that there is a relationship with a significant negative correlation between self-esteem and self-injury in Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya students who experience a breakup. That is, the higher self-esteem in students, the lower students do self-injury, and vice versa.

Abstract

Selfie merupakan kegiatan berfoto dengan menggunakan kamera ponsel yang menampilkan seluruh atau pun sebagian tubuh dari pengguna, mengunggah selfie kedalam Instagram dapat menjadikan pengguna nya meyakini menjadi terkenal. Selfesteem dan self-presentation kaitan penting dalam unggahan selfie, dengan self-presentation individu dapat memberikan kesan yang baik kepada individu lainnya. Self-Esteem terbentuk dari interaksi individu dengan individu lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Self-Esteem dengan Self-Presentation Unggahan Selfie Instagram Pada Mahasiswi Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional yaitu teknik korelasi spearman’s rho, dan menggunakan 105 subjek yaitu mahasiswi Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi 0.198* dengan taraf signifikansi nya ialah (p) sebesar < 0,001 yang menunjukan hasil signifikannya (p) < 0,05 yang artinya ada hubungan antara self-esteem dengan self-presentation unggahan selfie Instagram pada mahasiswi Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya dengan arah penelitian positif, yang dimana apabila semakin tinggi self-esteem maka semakin tinggi pula self-presentation dan sebaliknya. Adapun saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya dapat meneliti faktor lain yang memiliki hubungan dengan self-presentation mahasiswi di media sosial Instagram seperti faktor body image dan faktor popularitas
