Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine how much influence the Gold Price, World Oil Price and Wholesale Price Index have on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index with the Exchange Rate as a Moderating Variable in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach to secondary data with the MRA analysis method. The results of his research show that the price of gold has a positive and significant influence on the Indonesian Islamic Stock Index; World oil prices have a positive and significant impact on the Indonesian Islamic Stock Index; Wholesale Price Index has a negative and significant influence on the Indonesian Islamic Stock Index; The rupiah exchange rate moderates (strengthens) the relationship between the gold price and the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index; The rupiah exchange rate moderates (strengthens) the relationship between world oil prices and the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index; The rupiah exchange rate moderated (strengthened) the relationship between the Wholesale Price Index and the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index.

Abstract

Fuel oil is currently the main need of the community in supporting various activities to drive the economy. Starting from providing electrical resources at home, motorized vehicles, and to trade as a source of income. To ease the burden on society and increase the wheels of the economy, the Government made a policy by providing subsidies for fuel. So that the price of fuel is not too high and affordable for the community. However, subsidized fuel is prone to misuse and even frequent irregularities, one of which is the practice of shifting. Shifting or known as ‘Melangsir” to the people of Palangkaraya city means buying subsidized fuel at gas stations and selling it at retail. This is qualitative research in which research data is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation with suppliers or retailers, consumers. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is analyzed using descriptive analysis method. From the results of this study, it is explained that, according to the positive law regulated by Oil and Gas Law of Indonesian Law number 22 of 2001, Melangsir and buying and selling of retail fuel in Palangkaraya is a criminal act that is prohibited by the government, this is stated in Article 53. In Islamic Economic Practice shifting and buying and selling of retail fuel is permitted as long as it applies Islamic economic principles and aims for the benefit of all parties.

Abstract

This study aims to find a solution in reducing unemployment in Indonesia, especially educated unemployment through an entrepreneurial program, namely the double track high school program by implementing the concept of Islamic entrepreneurship. The method in this study uses a descriptive field research method with a qualitative approach and the type of multi-site research, while the data analysis used is interactive analysis. This study took the research location at SMAN 1 Bendungan and SMAN 1 Tugu, Trenggalek Regency. The result of this study is the discovery of elements of the concept of Islamic entrepreneurship that are applied in the double track high school program, such as the concept of income distribution with the sharing movement while promoting (BSP), the concept of sincerity in work and business with various demands for innovation and achievement, and the concept of earnestness in work and business. halal haram with interest-free capital program (MTB). By applying the concept of Islamic entrepreneurship in doing business, business is not only oriented to worldly material but also connected and oriented to the hereafter.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in the performance of Islamic stocks with stocks based on the Sharpe and Jensen method for the 2010-2020 period in the Indonesian Capital Market. The research method is using a quantitative approach with the type of comparative research. The data used is secondary data from OJK. The population used in this study is the capitalization of sharia stock performance data compared to stocks, for the 2010-2020 period (monthly data) in the Indonesian Capital Market. Data analysis was carried out using the Sharpe and Jensen method and the Manova test with the help of the SPSS statistical program. The results of this study indicate that the performance of Islamic stocks with stocks has a significant difference and the performance of Islamic stocks is better than stocks based on the Sharpe and Jensen method. This shows that the return on the performance of sharia shares with shares based on the Sharpe and Jensen method that will be received will be relatively different. The implication of this research is that this research can contribute to the general public, both academics, investment players and the general public so that they better understand the performance of capital market investment instruments before they invest.

Abstract

The performance of international trade in Indonesia has fluctuated for several years, volatile inflation has a positive or negative impact on GDP results, imports and exports which are indicators of the trade balance and the BI Rate as an inflation controller affect the trade balance performance policy. The research approach is monthly data for a 5-year period, secondary data using path analysis techniques. The findings of this study indicate that GDP indirectly through inflation affects the trade balance, directly exports through inflation has no effect on the trade balance, directly imports through inflation has a significant effect on the trade balance, indirectly the BI Rate has a significant effect on the trade balance, inflation has a significant effect on the trade balance.

Abstract

A profitability ratio is a ratio to assess the company's ability to seek profits. The leverage ratio is a measure of the number of assets that are financed with debt. These two ratios can influence the company in expressing its social responsibility. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect partially and simultaneously between the profitability variable is proxied using Return on Asset (ROA) and the leverage is proxied using the Debt Equity Ratio (DER) on corporate social responsibility disclosure (CSR). The population in this study were 14 Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia from 2015 - 2019. This study using five periods so that the sample data obtained was 70. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using saturated sampling. And the data collection technique in this study is to use documentation analysis in the form of BUS reports that reveal annual reports, sustainability reports, and reports on CSR during the 2015 - 2019 period. Sourced from the web addresses of each bank. The analysis results obtained show that: 1) Profitability does not affect CSR disclosure 2) Leverage has a significant effect on CSR disclosure 3) The effect of profitability and leverage on CSR disclosure is 27.9% and the remaining 72.1% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This study discusses halal tourism as an instrument of Indonesian public diplomacy in order to increase tourist visits and improve the community's economy, where the large potential for halal tourism is expected to have an important role in the regional economy, especially for the people around Jumiang Beach, Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency. This research used qualitative research to obtain a greater understanding of the phenomenon. The data were data collected from the field directly collected using interview scripts. The results of this study indicate that the economy of the community around Jumiang Beach has increased with the existence of Jumiang Beach. However, it has a decreased trend for tourist due to Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand ambassadors on the brand equity of Wardah cosmetic products among ASN in Blitar district. The research data used was primary data taken by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale to 87 respondents out of 105 respondents who met the criteria. The research method used is an associative quantitative method, the data obtained is analyzed using validity and reliability tests, normality tests, simple regression tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests. The results of the research show that the use of brand ambassadors can have a positive influence on brand awareness of Wardah cosmetic products among Blitar district ASN. Wardah cosmetics brand ambassadors who are able to increase brand awareness are transference brand ambassadors

Abstract

Islam was revealed as a code of moral and ethical behavior for life. The sources of values ​​and ethics in all aspects of human life as a whole, including in the business world, are the Koran and Hadith. The Al-Quran provides instructions for things to be harmonious, mutually pleased, and there are no elements of exploitation. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The purpose of this research is to find out the analysis of the application of sales ethics in the Gadung cracker industry according to business ethics from an Islamic perspective and to find out the analysis of the application of transaction ethics in the Gadung cracker industry according to business ethics from an Islamic perspective. The results of the research state that sales ethics. In reality, all producers cannot implement all the principles of buying and selling ethics. Mrs. Nanik's home industry applies the principle of honesty or truth as a priority. From the results of observations related to the application of transaction ethics carried out in Mrs. Nanik's industry, she has implemented transaction ethics in accordance with sharia transaction principles. Even though the implementation is appropriate, the basis for the transactions carried out is the benefit. When transactions use the principle of benefit, which is the basis of this transaction principle, it covers all the principles of sharia transactions, so that Mrs. Nanik's home industry has carried out sharia transactions in accordance with Islamic law. Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain strategies for optimizing the role of santri in realizing inclusive sharia economic acceleration. A qualitative approach was chosen to explore informant responses in depth in their contribution to developing the sharia economy in Indonesia. Through in-depth interviews followed by data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing, it can be explained that to realize the acceleration of the sharia economy, inclusiveness is needed, namely by optimizing many parties or stakeholders, namely: the Ministry of Religion, Bank Indonesia and universities with their Tridharma of Higher Education. Meanwhile, the strategy used is to strengthen the knowledge and competence of students in the form of education and training.
