Abstract

The The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the effect of working capital (WCT), liquidity (CR), and firm size (Firm Size) variables on profitability in consumer goods industrial sector companies for the 2016-2020 period. The population in this study is the consumer goods industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling method and obtained 21 companies in the consumer goods industry sector. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports (Annual Report). The data analysis method in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the partial analysis (t-Test) shows that the working capital variable has a negative and significant effect on profitability, liquidity has a positive and not significant effect on profitability and company size has a negative and significant effect on profitability. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous analysis (f-Test) show that working capital, liquidity, and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability in consumer goods industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period.

Abstract

Sharia Economics has a role in supporting the implementation of the SDGs in Indonesia with all existing product ecosystems. Starting with financial products, various halal food and beverages, Islamic entrepreneurs and others. The SDGs have 17 goals, including, without poverty, without hunger, a healthy and prosperous life, quality education, gender equality, clean water and proper sanitation, energy clean and affordable, decent work and economic growth, industry, innovation and infrastructure, reducing inequality, sustainable cities and communities, responsible consumption and production, tackling climate change, marine ecosystems, terrestrial ecosystems, peace, justice and resilient institutions, and partnership to achieve goals. The role of Islamic economics in the SDGs in Indonesia is that the characteristics that exist in Islamic finance are suitable for achieving the SDGs, such as social funds and their nature that is free from speculation. In addition, the existing contracts in Islamic finance, especially in the agricultural sector such as Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Muzara'ah, Musaqah, Murabahah, Ba'i Salam and sharia-based businesses with halal food and beverage products as well as Islamic entrepreneurs with various Sharia contracts such as Salam and Ijarah in Franchise, Musyarakah, Muzara'ah, Musaqah, Murabahah in livestock and agriculture are very supportive of the SDGs.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel modal kerja (WCT), likuiditas (CR), dan ukuran perusahaan (Firm Size), terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi periode tahun 2016-2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2016-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 21 perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berupa laporan keuangan (Annual Report). Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara parsial (Uji-t) menunjukan bahwa variabel modal kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Sedangkan hasil analisis secara simultan (Uji-f) menunjukan bahwa modal kerja, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2016-2020.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis pengaruh manajemen aset dalam optimalisasi Aset tetap di PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh manajemen aset dalam optimalisasi Aset tetap di PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Manajemen aset adalah ilmu dan teknologi untuk mengelola, merencanakan, memperoleh inventaris, melakukan tinjauan hukum, menilai, mengoperasikan, memelihara, dan memperbarui persyaratan aset atau proses disposisi aset sehingga efektif dan mencapai transfer aset yang efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data dan analisis langsung situasi untuk mencapai hasil penelitian yang maksimal. Manajemen aset yang diukur dengan rasio aktivitas adalah rasio untuk mengukur efektivitas perusahaan mengelola sumber daya dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasinya. Dalam penelitian ini Manajemen aset diproksikan dengan total assetTurnover. Total AssetTurnover (TATO) menggambarkan efektivitas penggunaan aset perusahaan dalam menghasilkan pendapatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen harus dijalankan secara berurutan: Perencanaan Kebutuhan Aset, Pengadaan Aset, Inventarisasi Aset, Penilaian Aset, Tinjauan Hukum Aset, Operasi dan Pemeliharaan Aset, Penilaian Aset, Penjualan dan Pengalihan Aset, dan Perbaikan Aset. Dengan adanya pengelolahan aset dengan baik akan memberikan dampak positif bagi perusahaan. Begitupun sebaliknya jika aset perusahaan tidk dikelola dan tidak di atur dengan baik, maka perusahaan akan mengalami dampak negatif. Manajemen aset sangat berpengaruh dalam optimalisasi Aset di PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Sistem Employee Self Service Sebagai Penunjang Kegiatan Departemen General Affair Di PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Sistem Employee Self Service Sebagai Penunjang Kegiatan Departemen General Affair Di PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Latar belakang Penelitian ini di berdasarkan kebutuhan operasional di Departemen General Affair untuk mengelola semua data dan proses operasional yang terjadi di Departemen ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan tahapan Pengumpulan Data, Tahap Analisis Sistem Employee Self Service Sebagai Penunjang Kegiatan Departemen General Affair, Tahap Penarikan Kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Departemen General Affair mempunyai peran yang cukup signifikan untuk mengelola permintaan, perawatan dan pemeliharaan serta membantu perizinan yang berkonstribusi dalam operasional perusahaan. Untuk mengimplementasikan peran tersebut, Departemen General affair menggunakan Sistem Employee Self  Service. perusahaan membuat rancangan sistem berupa sistem employee self service membuat pekerjaan departemen general affair lebih efektif dan efisien. Sistem employee self service dapat menginput dan mengakses data berupa WO (Work Order) Request dan SPPD. Rancangan user interface pada sistem employee self service terdiri dari halaman log in, halaman dashboard, halaman dashboard WO request, halaman input WO request, halaman dashboard SPPD, dan halaman input SPPD. Sistem Employee Self Service merupakan sistem yang digunakan oleh karyawan, yang berguna untuk mengakses data dan informasi secara mandiri terkait perihal human resources.

Abstract

This study is entitled Analysis of Factors Affecting Newspaper Purchasing Decisions in Times of Increasing Technological Progress at Pt Arisma Indonesia Merdeka in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This study aims to analyze the effect of consumer confidence, distribution and brand image on newspaper purchasing decisions at PT Arisma Indonesia Merdeka in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This research is descriptive and uses accidental sampling with a sample size of 94 respondents. Using multiple regression analysis techniques and to test the research hypothesis used the f test and t test. The results of the study are with multiple linear regression Y = 0.891 + 0.421X1 + 0.236X2 + 0.300X3. The equation can be interpreted that the constant is 0.891, which means that if consumer trust (X1), distribution (X2), and brand image (X3), the value is zero (not done), the purchase decision (Y) is 0.891. The coefficient value of purchasing decisions (X1) is 0.421, meaning that if consumer confidence (X1) increases by 1 unit, purchasing decisions (Y) will increase by 0.421. The distribution coefficient value (X2) is 0.236, meaning that if the distribution (X2) increases by 1 unit, the purchasing decision (Y) increases by 0.236. The brand image coefficient value (X3) is 0.300, meaning that if the brand image (X3) increases by 1 unit, the purchasing decision (Y) increases by 0.300. Determination testing obtained the contribution of consumer trust variables (X1), distribution (X2) and brand image (X3) to purchasing decisions (Y) of 80.9% while the remaining 19.1% was influenced or varied by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the pricing of fishery products from an Islamic economic perspective (Case study in the Kendari City fish auction market which: 1. Explains the price fixing mechanism for the sale of fishermen's catch that occurs in the Kendari City Fish Auction Market. Explain the Islamic economic perspective on the fish price fixing mechanism for fishermen at the Kendari City Fish Auction Market. This research method is qualitative with a sosoilogical economic approach. The data sources in this study were fishermen, skippers, and fish collectors. Data collection methods used were interviews, documentation and reference tracing. The technique of collecting data management and analysis was carried out by conducting in-depth interviews with informants. The results of this study indicate that the price fixing that occurs at the Kendari City fish auction cannot be said to be in accordance with Islamic law because although initially there was cooperation between two parties, namely the skipper as the provider of capital and the fisherman as the manager, but in terms of pricing, only one party was involved. can determine that is the skipper.

Abstract

In people's lives, business is something that is quite significant. First of all, in the 21st century. in the flow of telephones which was coupled with the outbreak of the covid-19 disease which previously hit this country, so that this increased the influence of the community in doing business both selling and buying. The modern business world is no longer rigid and many have even implemented spirituality in business, even new spiritual discoveries are widely adopted and applied as standard operating procedures in the workplace. The purpose of this research is to show how Islamic business ethics can be applied to online buying and selling while educating readers about the importance of following Islamic business ethics. Library research is a series of tasks related to collecting data from the library, reading and taking notes, and organizing research materials in this study. The principles of Islamic online business ethics, which include the principles of divinity, morality, balance, individual freedom, fairness, and benefit, honesty, and legitimacy, must be followed by sellers in online buying and selling transactions. This is because one of the main objectives of these principles is to enforce customer rights.

However, certain parties often ignore Islamic business standards because of the ease of doing internet marketing. This poses a relative danger to the development and growth of the company. Applying Islamic business principles is very important for those who are in the business world. Because business people must follow Islamic business ethics, namely moral principles based on the Qur'an and Hadith. The following problem formulation includes the following questions, which this research tries to answer: What were the conditions for cosmetics that could be sold before and during the Covid-19 pandemic? What internet marketing techniques for halal cosmetic products are used by business people during the Covid-19 pandemic, and how are they implemented? Online marketing approach based on Islamic business ethics. This study uses a case study approach and a descriptive qualitative research design to examine cosmetics sellers. Data collection techniques using the results of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that cosmetic vendors have incorporated Islamic business ethics into their online marketing strategy for halal cosmetic products, namely by adhering to the principle of unity, which prohibits prohibitions against workers and customers based on SARA, by providing clear product descriptions. by being responsible and trustworthy, by engaging in fair competition, and by never pressuring customers to make a purchase
