Abstract

Employee performance can be seen from the quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. This research aims to analyze leadership, motivation, and discipline and employee performance in the Medan Perjuangan Village Head. The sample in this study was 32 employees at the Medan Perjuangan Village Head. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which has been tested and has met the validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using SPSS 19.0 for Windows software tools. The results of the partial research show that partial testing for the leadership variable shows a p-value of 0.303, meaning that partial leadership does not have a significant effect on employee performance in the Medan Perjuangan Village Head. The partial test results for the motivation variable show a p-value of 0.009, meaning that motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Medan Perjuangan Village Head. The partial test results for the work discipline variable show a p-value of 0.000, meaning that discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Medan Perjuangan Village Head. The results of the simultaneous testing of the calculated F value are 512.757 which is greater than 3.33 and the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that leadership, motivation and discipline have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Medan Perjuangan Village Head.

Abstract

Based on the results of initial observations obtained from PT. Elang Reaksi Cepat, information was obtained that one of the problems that must be resolved at this time is how to encourage employees to further improve their performance. It was informed that the performance conditions of employees at PT. Elang Reaksi Cepat is still low. The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Elang Reaksi Cepat, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. The method used in this research is a survey method, using a quantitative correlational approach, namely looking at cause-and-effect relationships. The sample used was part of the population in this study, namely 78 employees using a saturated sample. This research can be concluded either partially or simultaneously, work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Elang Reaksi Cepat, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta.

Abstract

Smartfren Telecom Tbk. is one of the telecommunications companies in Indonesia. The company has experienced losses in the last seven periods, from 2017 to 2023. It is feared that this condition will result in a high risk of a company experiencing financial distress or even bankruptcy. This research aims to find out, describe and explain the results of applying the analysis of the financial distress prediction model, namely the Altman Z”-Score model which is used to assess and predict potential bankruptcy with research objects at PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk for the 2017-2023 period. The method used in this research is a descriptive method using a qualitative approach, and the operational variables used are independent variables, namely a bankruptcy prediction model with the dependent variable being financial ratios. The data used is secondary data in the form of PT's annual financial report. Smartfren Telecom Tbk for the 2017-2023 period. Results of financial distress analysis using the Altman Z”-Score model at PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk for the 2017-2023 period, shows that the company is in a state of distress because the average Z"-Score value is -2.9 or Z < 1.1. This research shows that analysis of bankruptcy or financial distress using the Altman Z"-Score model at PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk for the 2017-2023 period concluded that the company was in a state of distress.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important factor that must receive serious attention for human resource management at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I Medan. The level of success of a company is largely determined by the abilities of the employees in the company. This research aims to find out whether human relations, individual behavior and work ethic have an influence. The information analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 19 program. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 55 respondents. Collecting preliminary information using a questionnaire. The results of the research show that human connection has a partially positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Local I Medan employees. Individual behavior has a partially positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Local I Medan employees. Work ethic has a partially positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Provincial I Medan employees. Human connection, individual behavior and work ethic simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Provincial I Medan employees. The changed R Square value is 0.731 which can be called the coefficient of determination, which in this case means that 73.1% of employee performance can be obtained and explained by human connection, individual behavior and monkey ethos while the remaining 26.9% is explained by other factors or variables outside the research model.

Abstract

The research analysis aims to find out whether motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment influence employee performance. The data analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 19 program. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 60 respondents. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire. The research results show that the t value is 2.432 > t table of 2.00 with a significant value of 0.019 < 0.05, so the hypothesis H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that motivation has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Gergas Utama. The t value is 3.926 > t table of 2.00 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, so the hypothesis H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that job satisfaction has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Gergas Utama. The t value is 6.545 > t table of 2.00 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, so the hypothesis H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that organizational commitment has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Gergas Utama. The calculated F value is 45.081 which is greater than 2.78 and the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that hypothesis 4 is accepted and hypothesis 0 is rejected so it can be concluded that motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant simultaneous effect on performance of PT Gergas Utama employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM), work motivation, and organizational commitment on managerial performance at PT Semen Padang using a quantitative approach method. The population in the study were all managers and senior managers working at PT Semen Padang totaling 140 people. In this study, the sampling technique used the purposive sampling method. The sources in this study were employees who held managerial positions at PT Semen Padang. The data collection method that will be used in this study is a questionnaire. Data were processed using SPSS 25.0. The results of the study indicate that Total Quality Management and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on managerial performance. Total quality management, work motivation and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on managerial performance at PT Semen Padang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Financial Performance Analysis on Credit Granting Decisions at Bank Mandiri KCP Belawan. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that the factors that can make a credit application accepted by the bank are (1) the debtor already has an official business license and NPWP, (2) the debtor must have 50% capital before applying for credit and the business is managed directly by the debtor himself. , (3) The debtor must be cooperative and open when asked about his efforts to arrange credit, (4) The debtor has never had a history of arrears in payments. (5) The debtor has never been involved in legal problems, (6) The value of the collateral provided by the debtor must be in accordance with the market price when applying for credit, (7) The established business has been running for approximately 1 year, (8) The business location is convenient accessible to local residents. If a business has no debt (current debt = 0), neither the current ratio nor the quick ratio can be calculated in the usual way and is considered undefined or infinite, then this shows that the business has a very strong liquidity condition because there are no liabilities. short term needs to be met.

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or commonly abbreviated as BNI, is an Indonesian state-owned enterprise that provides various financial services. one part of finance is kredit administration, kredit administration is the process of managing and supervising the provision of kredit and monitoring payments from borrowers. in general, kredit administration includes the kredit assessment process, kredit granting decision-making, and risk management during the kredit period. The Kampus Merdeka Internship Regular Program is an activity carried out by the government from the Ministry of Education and Culture to provide space for students to gain experience in understanding the professional world and creating a professional workforce so that students are given the opportunity to help manage the Kredit administration process at.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of E-commerce, business capital, and the use of accounting information systems on the financial performance of UMKM in Padang City. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. To obtain data in this study by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were all micro and small business actors in Padang City. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive random sampling. The data obtained for the online questionnaire were 8 respondents and direct distribution was 105 respondents. The results of this study are the use of e-commerce and business capital have a significant positive effect on financial performance, the use of accounting information systems does not have a significant positive effect on financial performance. Together the use of e-commerce, business capital, and the use of accounting information systems have an effect on financial performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of institutional ownership, capital intensity, inventory intensity, and profitability on tax avoidance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023. This research is quantitative study. The population of this study consists of all manufacturing companies listed on the IDX during the period 2019-2023. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Based on the established criteria, there are 47 companies that meet the criteria, resulting in 235 data points that constitute the sample in this study. The data source is obtained from the BEI website and the related company website. Data was processed using SPSS version 29 and analyzed using a multiple regression model to test the influence of each variable on tax avoidance. The research results show that simultaneously, institutional ownership, capital intensity, inventory intensity, and profitability affect tax avoidance. Partially, institutional ownership, capital intensity, and inventory intensity have a positive effect on tax avoidance, while profitability does not affect tax avoidance
