Abstract

The study aimed to develop targeted specialized exercises when practicing fitness activity and then know the activity (GPT and GOT) as variables reflecting the image of cell degradation or preservation as a result of adaptation to the level of functional devices, so the experimental method was chosen by the method of one sample as a way to solve the issue. The researcher used a deliberate sample of (10) practices and used training with a training intensity of (50-80%) for two months at 3 units per week, the time of each training unit (60d), then the researcher conducted post-tests and used statistical methods for treatment. The results were presented in tables and the most important conclusions were that specialized training contributes to the stability of GPT and GOT enzymes and is not affected to the degree of high altitude.

Abstract

The importance of the research lies in learning peaceful scoring through Karen's model and using the auxiliary tool to teach this skill through motor sense and feeling the target, as well as preparing educational units specific to the model referred to in the research and identifying which of the two groups was better in implementing the units. This research used the experimental method, known for its precision and balance, to solve the research problem, selecting first-year students from Al-Mustansiriyah University. The sample included 15 students each in the experimental and control groups, representing 19.10% of the original 157 students. A pilot experiment involved 5 additional students from outside the sample. The use of Karen's model positively impacts the learning of peaceful scoring skills. Educational tools used with the model enhanced learning outcomes, showing significant improvements in the experimental group. Educational models should be reviewed and prioritized to enhance the learning process. Consider individual differences in understanding concept maps. Use engaging educational exercises with Karen's model to achieve better results, utilizing tools that capture learners' attention.

Abstract

The importance of research in employing playing exercises in building a training program based on the fact that integrated performance in this game depends on the interaction and entry of cortisol hormone and what are the functional changes to bring the training program (used in the research) to the safe side. The researcher uses the experimental method by designing two equal groups, control and experimental, to make it suitable. The research problem is that the experimental method is “an intentional and controlled change to the specific conditions of the phenomenon and to observe the results of the change in the phenomenon that is the subject of the study. The research community is determined in an intentional way, represented by the Kirkuk Educational Futsal Team players for the academic year (2023-2024). The number of players is (20) and the research sample was chosen intentionally and consisted of (18) players representing (80%) of the research community. Thus, they were divided into two experimental and control groups by drawing a lottery with (8) players for each group, after the researcher excluded (4) players, namely goalkeepers and injured players. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher assumed the significance of the differences in the results of the pre- and post-tests for the two research groups (control and experimental) in the concentration of the cortisol hormone for futsal players. The researcher reaches a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: The use of playing exercises carried out by the experimental group significantly outperformed the control group in the concentration of the cortisol hormone, as we notice its return to its normal level after 24 minutes of rest during the evening period. So, this indicates that the training program prepared by the researcher is in accordance with the correct scientific foundations.

Abstract

Volleyball is a competitive sport activity characterized by a direct struggle between two teams: Volleyball is one of the competitive sports activities that are characterized by direct struggle between two teams, as it has become a lot of practice today and occupies a good position as it is at a high and beautiful level of performance, so there is a desire for those who practice it to appear integrated performance as it is a combination of many different skills, whether offensive or defensive. Hence the importance of the research lies in knowing the extent of the effect of a training programme (skill - psychological) on psychological fitness and performance of some offensive skills in volleyball players. The issue lies in the fact that the player faces difficulties and psychological pressures during the match and his inability to regulate and control his emotions and greatly affect his performance, so the researcher decided to study the effect of a training programme (skill-psychological) on the psychological fitness and performance of some offensive skills in volleyball players. The aim is to find out the effect of a training programme on psychological fitness and performance of some offensive skills. It is hypothesized that there are statistically significant differences between the results of the pre and post tests in psychological fitness and the performance of some offensive skills in the sample. The experimental approach was used. The sample was volleyball players. It used the appropriate methods, tools and devices for research and also used the scale and tests and conducted pre and post tests and the exploratory and main experiment and the number of units was 16 units, two units per week, and concluded that the training exercises (skill - psychological) have a clear impact on the psychological fitness of players.

Abstract

The study aimed to design and manufacture the smart jacket to improve some bio kinematic variables and improve the level of skill performance of the May Giry kick in karate. One of the hypotheses of the research is that the exercises for the smart jacket device have a significant impact on some bio kinematic variables and improve the level of skill performance of the May Giry kick in karate for young people. The researcher used the experimental approach by designing the experimental and control groups and the method of pre- and post-measurement for its suitability to the nature of the research, the study was conducted on a sample of the youth forum players at the age of (17-19) years in karate, and the number of (20) players, and the sample was selected randomly. The most important conclusions were that the exercises prepared by the coach and the exercises with the proposed device have a positive impact on the kick of May Giry in karate. The researchers also recommend circulating the device to clubs in the province and the country to be used as an auxiliary training device and to be included in the trainings.

Abstract

Current research aims to identify vocational stability for educational guides in Basrah Governorate, where research community included educational guides in service in government schools, and to achieve research aim, researcher chose a sample consisting of (200) mentors and Guides , researcher used a questionnaire (research tool) It consisted of (20) paragraphs, extracted from vocational stability literature , and it was presented to a group of experts and arbitrators to extract its apparent honesty, to measure existence of characteristic or apparent or not, and percentage of acceptance of paragraph was based on (80 %) or more, where all paragraphs won On required percentage, and for purpose of completing validity of construction, researcher applied scale on research sample to extract distinctive strength of scale vertebra For paragraphs, where several paragraphs that get a calculated, calculated value (1.96) and more statistically indicate at level of significance (0.05) and degree of freedom (106), and it appeared that all paragraphs were distinct because calculated Total values ​​are greater than Table value (1.96), and it has results of statistical analysis indicate that educational guides in general have high vocational stability at work.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of aerobic exercise and the DASH diet on chronic hypertensive patients aged 40–50 years. High blood pressure is a widespread chronic condition influenced by genetic, lifestyle, and environmental factors. This research aims to prepare tailored aerobic exercises and implement the DASH diet to evaluate their combined impact on blood pressure management. Using a single-group experimental design, the study involved ten non-athletic male participants with chronic hypertension, selected randomly from Thi Qar Governorate, Iraq. Participants engaged in a 12-week intervention consisting of aerobic exercise and adherence to the DASH diet. Data were collected through pre- and post-tests measuring systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Results revealed significant improvements, with systolic pressure decreasing by 8.7% and diastolic pressure by 8.16%. The study highlights the synergistic effects of physical activity and a healthy diet in reducing blood pressure, underscoring their importance in managing hypertension and improving overall health.

Abstract

The research aims to design a sports recreation programme to reduce negative thinking among second grade intermediate students of East Baghdad suburban schools, and to identify the effect of the sports recreation programme in reducing negative thinking among the research sample.To achieve the goal, the researcher used the experimental method and the design of the experimental and control groups with pre-testing and post-testing to suit it with the research issue and objectives, the research population included intermediate second grade students with ages (14_15) years in East Baghdad suburbs education for the academic year (2024-2025), and the sample was selected 2025), and the research sample was selected by the purposive method, and they are the students of the second intermediate grade of Martyr Hussein Karidi Intermediate and their number (320) students divided into (8) divisions, namely (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H) and they were divided into two experimental and control groups and were selected by random method (lottery), as the experimental group was identified from division (C) and their number (32), which was trained on the recreational programme, and the control group from division (E) and their number (35), which used the traditional curriculum followed by the teacher of education in the outskirts of East Baghdad for the academic year (2024-2025), and the experimental and control groups were divided into two experimental and control groups. The researcher conducted the pre-test and post-test for the experimental and control groups, and conducted the appropriate statistical treatments, and the researcher concluded that the negative thinking scale is able to detect negative thinking in the second intermediate grade students in East Baghdad suburbs education, and that the sports recreational programme has a clear effect on reducing negative thinking in the second intermediate grade students in East Baghdad suburbs education.The researcher recommends that the proposed recreational sports programme should be used in middle schools because the middle stage represents the stage of early and middle adolescence in which biological, psychological and social changes occur, the possibility of using the negative thinking scale to measure the level of negative thinking among students aged 14-15 years to identify their reality, the media to increase the awareness of parents and teachers in treating their children well and urging them to cooperate with others and take into account the circumstances of the stage he is going through to try to reduce negative thinking.

Abstract

The first chapter included the introduction and the importance of the research through the functional efficiency, the level of central strength and physical training methods through the latest methods to achieve training achievements, while the second chapter included the researcher's use of the experimental method with the experimental and control groups system to suit the nature of the research, while the research sample was selected by the random method and consisted of (20) players of the Karkh Volleyball Club for the season 2023-2024, The third chapter included the presentation and discussion of the results of the pre and post tests of the research sample in the two variables (back muscles and legs) and providing a database of the arithmetic averages of the strength of the stabilizing muscles of the body and the skill of the aces in volleyball as an indicator for comparison and legalization of training loads for volleyball players, as for the fourth chapter, the researcher concluded that the arithmetic averages of back muscle strength reached (82. (77) where the percentage of improvement reached (12.01%) in favor of the post-measurement and this confirms its importance, and the arithmetic means of the strength of the leg muscles reached (7.33) where the percentage of improvement reached (14.78%) in favor of the post-measurement and this confirms its importance and recommended the use of databases for the arithmetic means of body-stabilized muscle strength tests as an indicator of ground training processes and comparison with abducted age groups, as well as the importance of the ability of volleyball players to perform body-stabilized muscle strength tests and ground training for the participating muscles.

Abstract

The research aims to identify the effect of katsu training on the efficiency of some physical and physiological variables and its impact on the level of some offensive skills of young taekwondo players by determining. Because of its suitability for the nature of the research, the researcher used the experimental design with two measurements before and after one experimental group, and the researcher selected a random sample of (24) players registered in the Iraqi Taekwondo Federation from the youth category, and one of the most important results was that the Katsyu training caused a development in the physical, physiological and skill abilities of young Taekwondo players, and the most important recommendations were that Katsyu training should be used to develop the physical, physiological and skill abilities of Taekwondo players.
