Abstract

The first chapter contained the introduction and importance of the research, as the importance of using the cognitive training strategy according to cognitive flexibility was addressed for learning football for first-stage students. The research aims to address whether educational units developed by the researchers positively influence learning outcomes in football scoring. The objectives of the research were to prepare educational units using a cognitive training strategy according to cognitive flexibility in learning the skill of scoring in football. Where the research areas were: The human field: first-year students in the College of Basic Education, Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / Al- Mustansiriya University, the time field: for the period from 10/12/2022 until 2/ 10/2023. As for the research community, it was represented by the students of the first stage in the College of Basic Education/Al- Mustansiriya University (70) students. The sample consisted of two equal groups (10), experimental and control. The Vina system was used using a three-dimensional test to determine cognitive flexibility. The researcher conducted pre-tests for the research sample, then the main experiment was applied for a period of 10 weeks, one educational unit per week, after which the researcher conducted the post-tests and the pre-tests with the same procedures, which indicated that there were significant differences between the two research groups and in favor of the experimental group. The conclusions were that there was a positive impact of the educational units used in the research to learn skills, as the researcher recommended using a cognitive training strategy according to cognitive flexibility in learning other skills.

Abstract

The role of Reciprocal leadership is considered essential for those working in the Directorate of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports from their point of view, as they are responsible for achieving work goals and encouraging interaction within the institutional environment. Transactive leadership is a leadership style that depends on mutual interaction between the leader and employees in the organization, where emphasis is placed on the actual results of performance and linking reward to achievement, while relying on the principle of reward and punishment. This is done by assigning work to subordinates and correcting errors before they occur or taking corrective steps in the event of a mistake. As for the problem of the research, identifying the reciprocal leadership among workers in the Directorate of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports from their point of view. To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher prepared a reciprocal leadership questionnaire and included its paragraphs from (29) paragraphs distributed over three areas: the first area is conditional reward, the second area is conditional punishment, and the third area is management by exception, and it was distributed to them. The human area was composed of workers in the Directorate of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports, while the time area is between 1/23/2024 and 2024/4/23 As for the spatial field, the Directorate of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports, the descriptive approach was used, and the research community consisted of (36) workers. The main experiment was (30) workers in the Directorate of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports, from their point of view, and the exploratory experiment was (6) As for statistical processing, to analyze the data in this study, the statistical package was used SPSS. The researcher concluded that the attention and encouragement of workers in the Directorate of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports to reciprocal leadership because of its positive impact on the quality of the reciprocal relationship between the leader and subordinates and an important role in exercising effective leadership tasks. In light of the results, the study presented several recommendations, including developing a clear perception among workers in the Directorate. Ministry of Youth and Sports on the reciprocal leadership style based on exchanging rewards and punishment in exchange for work.

Abstract

The research aims to identify the management of the orientation towards competition in handball for students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences and the differences in the management of the orientation towards competition in handball for the students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences according to the gender variable (males - females). The researcher used the descriptive method because it is suitable for the research procedures. The research community consisted of students from the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, third stage, morning study at Al-Mustansiriya University / College of Basic Education for the academic year (2023 - 2024). The sample consisted of (90) male and female students distributed into three sections, with (65) males and (30) females. The researcher randomly selected a sample of (50) of them, with (25) males and (25). The research tool was the management of orientation toward competition, designed by (Mohamed Hassan Allawi) to measure the management of orientation toward competition for students of physical education and sports sciences because it represents one of the important dimensions of athletic achievement goal orientations. The researcher used the statistical package (SPSS), version (25), to obtain the results. The researcher concluded from the results that there is a case of managing the orientation towards competition among the students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, as well as the absence of significant differences in the case of managing the orientation towards competition among the students of the Department of Education and Sports Sciences according to the gender variable (males - females).

Abstract

Senam dan ritmik merupakan kegiatan yang memiliki potensi besar dalam mengembangkan keterampilan motorik kasar dan halus pada anak usia dini, namun implementasinya sering menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi senam dan ritmik dalam program pendidikan anak usia dini dan mengidentifikasi cara mengatasi tantangan yang mungkin timbul. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan literatur review untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis temuan dari berbagai penelitian terkait. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi senam dan ritmik dipengaruhi oleh kualitas dan kualifikasi guru, ketersediaan fasilitas dan peralatan, dukungan orang tua, motivasi dan minat anak-anak, alokasi waktu dalam kurikulum, adaptasi program terhadap kebutuhan individu anak, serta lingkungan sosial yang mendukung. Guru yang terlatih dengan baik dapat memberikan instruksi yang efektif dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan menyenangkan. Ketersediaan fasilitas yang memadai memastikan anak-anak dapat berlatih dengan optimal dan mengurangi risiko cedera. Dukungan orang tua yang positif dapat memperkuat latihan di rumah, sementara motivasi anak-anak dapat ditingkatkan melalui musik yang menyenangkan dan variasi gerakan. Alokasi waktu yang seimbang dalam kurikulum memungkinkan anak-anak mendapatkan cukup waktu untuk berlatih, sedangkan adaptasi program memastikan bahwa setiap anak dapat berkembang sesuai dengan kemampuannya. Lingkungan sosial yang inklusif dan suportif membantu anak-anak merasa lebih percaya diri dan termotivasi untuk berpartisipasi. Kesimpulannya, dengan mengelola faktor-faktor ini secara efektif, program senam dan ritmik dapat diimplementasikan dengan sukses dan memberikan manfaat optimal bagi perkembangan motorik anak usia dini.

Abstract

Abstract

Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) memainkan peran penting dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan bakat anak-anak dalam bidang olahraga. Penelitian ini membahas pentingnya PJOK dalam membantu siswa menemukan dan mengembangkan bakat olahraga mereka. Masa anak-anak dan remaja dianggap sebagai periode kritis untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan bakat olahraga. Bakat diartikan sebagai potensi yang dapat menghasilkan keunggulan dalam suatu bidang tertentu, dan pembinaan bakat olahraga penting untuk mencapai prestasi tinggi. Meskipun demikian, beberapa masalah seperti kurangnya fasilitas olahraga yang memadai dan kurangnya kesadaran akan pentingnya PJOK sering dihadapi, menyebabkan rendahnya minat dan motivasi siswa dalam bidang olahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana PJOK dapat membantu dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan bakat olahraga anak-anak, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung atau menghambat pengembangan bakat tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskripsi kualitatif dengan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PJOK memiliki peran fundamental dalam mengungkap dan mengembangkan potensi holistik anak-anak, namun dihadapkan pada tantangan seperti kurangnya fasilitas olahraga yang memadai. Kolaborasi yang erat antara pemerintah, sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat menjadi kunci dalam memastikan pengembangan potensi anak-anak terjadi secara optimal.

Abstract

Dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, model pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru sangat bervariatif. Model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru tentu saja sangat mempunyai pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Terdapat satu model yang dikaji dalam penelitiann ini yaitu model pembelajaran kooperatif khususnya pada materi senam lantai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka dengan upaya pengumpulan dan upaya analisis data manfaatkan berbagai literatur meliputi jurnal dan ekonomi buku, artikel serta sumber lain termasuk foto dan dokumen yang sifatnya elektronik. Analisis kritis terhadap bahan pustaka menyajikan bahwa terkait model pembelajaran kooperatif memberikan keefektifan dalam usaha ditingkatkannya hasil belajar peserta didik dalam gerakan guling depan dan guling belakang. Pendekatan ini mendorong kerjasama antar siswa, memungkinkan mereka untuk belajar dan berinteraksi secara lebih aktif. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa penggunaan model ini meningkatkan aktivitas belajar, hasil evaluasi, dan keterampilan sosial siswa. Siswa yang terlibat menunjukkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri, kemampuan berkomunikasi, dan minat belajar. Model pembelajaran kooperatif memberikan peran aktif kepada siswa dan mengurangi ketergantungan pada guru, secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Penjasorkes, membuat proses belajar lebih dinamis dan efektif dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan secara sekeluruhan.

Abstract

The current paper aimed to prepare axial stability exercises with a variety of back muscle contractions for volleyball players, and identify their important effects on some physiological indicators according to sports technology and the explosive ability of volleyball players. The research was based on two hypotheses, both of which indicated statistically significant variations in test results. Pre and post brain signals (EEG) for the three beta brain waves in the experimental group. There are statistically significant variations between the before and post-test findings for the explosive ability of the legs in the experimental group participants. The experimental research technique was used by creating one experimental group. The research population was represented by 12 young volleyball players from Al-Kahraba Club, who were selected using a comprehensive enumeration method to represent their community of origin, with a 100% representation of their community of origin in the sample for the 2023/2024 sports season. The latest sports technologies were employed to measure brain signals (EEG) for the three beta brain waves. This method is easy to apply on the volleyball court and does not require the transportation of players to other laboratories, as is the case with the (Neurosky) device, which includes a sensitive head kit. The Sarget test is approved for the purpose of measuring the explosiveness of the legs, and the EEG is equipped with NeuroSky technology to detect nerve signals. The exercises were prepared and applied in the research experiment by applying pre-tests on 8/10/2023 and then applying axial stability exercises with varying back muscle contractions for the period from 8/13/2023 until 10/5/2023. Applying post-tests on 8/10/2023 concluded the experiment, and the SPSS system statistically processed the collected data, leading to the conclusions and applications that axial stability exercises with varying back muscle contractions enhance the level of low beta EEG signals. To improve volleyball players' explosive abilities, coaches should prioritize physiological (EEG) signals measurement in line with their sports technology. Mobile balance tools used in axial stability training should be suitable for the players' abilities and ensure their safety from sudden falls or injuries.

Abstract

The research aimed to prepare exercises in the fartlek style to develop the speed endurance of first-class football referees. The researcher used the experimental method with the same design for one interconnected experimental group (pre-post), while the research sample included a sample of first-class referees (field referees and assistant referees) in Baghdad and accredited to the Central Iraqi Football Federation for the 2023-2024 football season, amounting to (30) referees who were chosen randomly, and special fartlek-style exercises were prepared at (3) training units per week for (8) weeks to develop the referees’ speed endurance and passing physical tests. After processing the data statistically, the researcher concluded that the experimental group had achieved a noticeable improvement in the speed endurance variable, due to the use of the fartlek method, as the results showed statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-measurements, in favor of the post-measurement. The researcher recommended the necessity of applying exercises specific to the fartlek method due to its effectiveness and its positive impact on football referees.

Abstract

Athletes who engage in sports that demand the use of great force to overcome great resistance—like weightlifters—are subjected to various loads during training that place stress on their bodies, particularly the musculoskeletal system. As a result, it is common for these athletes to experience lower back pain. One of the most common consequences of spinal injuries that needs to be treated is chronic lower back pain. Natural therapeutic approaches are among the significant and secure approaches that the world has recently started to focus on with great strides, as contemporary methods and techniques have been applied, Physical therapy facilities have used a wide range of treatment techniques, but take caution Shockwave electrophoresis using the shockwave apparatus is an effective method that targets enhancing the muscles' capacity to resume their original function. The purpose of the research was to develop rehabilitation workouts that would work with the shock wave strength gadget. For weightlifters, some lower back stiffness and muscular soreness over time. Find out how exercise affects Treatment for persistent lower back pain with the shock wave gadget enhances muscular strength. For those who exercise weights in between pre- and post-tests. Using a single experimental group design, the researcher used the experimental technique to identify the research community.
