Abstract

Based on the problems faced by UMKM Catering in the Kepanjen Kidul sub-district, Blitar City, it is necessary to have training in digital marketing strategies and product brand recognition so that they are known in a wider market. The method used in this service is to provide solutions to MSME catering problems, including branding assistance and digital marketing strategies through social media. Based on the results of the service that has been carried out including making logos, brochures, catalogs, banners and creating social media accounts as online marketing media, the dedication program in branding and digital marketing assistance to UMKM Catering has gone well because UMKM Catering owners can gain new knowledge and skills to be applied to its business with the aim of increasing product competitiveness and increasing product sales revenue.

Abstract

Jumputan batik is batik which is done using tie dyeing, tied with rope, dyed using powdered textile dyes. This batik does not use wax, but the cloth is sewn and tied using rubber or rope. The socialization was carried out to PKK RT 04 RW 06. The methods used in this community service were lectures or delivery of material, demonstrations and the practice of making batik. The background of the socialization was to add insight to PKK mothers through training on how to make jumputan batik and digital marketing. The socialization of jumputan batik aims to increase community creativity in entrepreneurship and preserve local culture in the area. Batik making training is expected to support the community's economy in Kepanjenlor Village, Blitar City. The results of this socialization were that PKK mothers became enthusiastic about doing jumputan batik products, were able to market their products through digital marketing, became more skilled at making jumputan batik, and were able to develop potential in independent entrepreneurship through batik training.

Abstract

The use of application technology in modern libraries has played a significant role in increasing the efficiency and accessibility of library services. This study aims to describe community service carried out through the application of the Inlist Lite application at the Regional Library. Inlist Lite is a smartphone-based application specially designed to assist users in searching, borrowing and returning books online. This journal includes a description of the implementation of the Inlist Lite application in Regional Libraries, an evaluation of the impact of using the application on library operational efficiency, as well as the benefits felt by the community in accessing library services.

Abstract

It turns out that not all people who live in the Gayamsari Village Office, Gayamsari District, Semarang City understand the importance of knee and calf health and the dangers faced by patients or sufferers. Residents of Gayamsari Village, Gayamsari District, Semarang City initially only knew about osteoporosis and its dangers and prevention, but they did not know about sarcopenia, its dangers and its prevention or treatment.According to Wiyashihat, sarcopenia syndrome in 2023 which is characterized by progressive loss of skeletal muscle mass and strength is a syndrome characterized by a decrease in quality of life, an increased risk of falling and even death. Specifically, sarcopenia is muscle wasting that can interfere with regular daily activities. With the weaknesses and dangers of sarcopenia, it is hoped that the public will not underestimate it, be more careful and prevent rather than cure, therefore our PKM team, Faculty of Economics, University of Semarang, consists of three lecturers. in various fields under the Faculty of Economics assisted by two S1 accounting students from the University of Semarang who are eager to conduct outreach to educate about the basics of sarcopenia and its dangers. and how to prevent it.The community service organized by our group on Saturday 24 July 2023 which starts at 06:00 WIB - 08:15 WIB will be held at the Gayamsari Village Office, Gayamsari District, Semarang City. lecturer in the field. The Faculty of Economics explained the importance of nutrition, the event was attended by 45 participants from adults to the elderly, Kelurahan staff representing the Lurah were present because they were sad because their mother had died in Rahmatullah. The results of this activity were successful, the community was very enthusiastic, they enjoyed participating in the event, they also played an active role in organizing this event and the advice given, if an event like this was held they were happy. to participate. in the next event, with material or topics that are more interesting in the future.

Abstract

Over time, continuous technological developments should be used in the implementation of//product branding and digital marketing//by MSMEs players.//Digital technology-based marketing also provides opportunities for MSMEs, to develop further//and become part of Indonesia's economic recovery. That is why product branding and digital marketing assistance are needed. Therefore, the author created a community service program that offers, product branding and digital marketing assistance. Mikasi Drink MSMEs engaged in the culinary or beverage industry are one of our main targets in this work program. The FGD (Focus Group Discussion) method used in the method of implementing product branding and digital marketing-support. This work program succeeded in providing an understanding to MSMEs players of the importance of utilizing information technology for product branding and marketing. The author hopes that MSMEs players who get the assistance program will continue to implement it and innovate with the development of information technology.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa penanganan komplain ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan kualitas layanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Penanganan komplain yang baik membantu memperhatikan dan menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Selain itu, penanganan komplain yang transparan dan akuntabel dapat memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang bagaimana menangani masalah yang timbul. Metode yang dilakukan adalah menyediakan nomor Whatsapp khusus pengajuan komplain dan menerapkan prosedur yang sudah berlaku

Abstract

Salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan untuk tetap terus mengembangkan kualitas dari pendidikan yakni dengan study abroad. Banyak pelajar juga mulai tertarik untuk mengeksplor dunia internasional, dan sekolah memiliki peran yang penting dalam mewujudkan hal tersebut. Maka dari itu dilaksanakan lah sosialisasi terkait peran sekolah dalam mendukung keberhasilan siswa studi ke luar negeri khususnya dengan beasiswa. Sosialisasi diadakan secara daring dengan platform zoom meeting pada bulan Mei 2023. Dengan pembicara study abroad consultant, sosialisasi ini menyasar target siswa, manajemen sekolah atau yayasan, dan lainnya. Merujuk pada feedback yang diberikan peserta, sosialisasi ini berjalan lancar dan memberi manfaat berupa panduan yang komprehensif dan wawasan yang baru terkait studi ke luar negeri dengan beasiswa.

Abstract

Literasi digital merupakan salah satu keterampilan yang harus dikuasai di tengah perkembangan teknologi dan informasi digital. Keterampilan ini akan menghindarkan masyarakat dari terpapar hoaks, misinformasi, polarisasi, kebocoran data pribadi dan dampak negatif yang lain. Selain itu, keterampilan ini juga diharapkan mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi digital guna mendapatkan manfaat dari segi pengetahuan maupun ekonomis. Pada tulisan ini akan dipaparkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilakukan terkait pelatihan literasi digital bagi guru Sekolah Dasar di kota Surakarta.

Abstract

Digital marketingimerupakan salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan para pelaku UMKM untuk mengambangkan jaringan pemasaran dan memajuakn sebuah usaha. Permasalahan yang dihadapi para petani dan pelaku usaha di Desa Puspo adalah kurangnya pemahaman akan penggunaan sistem digital marketing. Masyarakat masih mengandalkan pemasaran secara konvensional untuk memasarkan produk mereka. Tujuan dari sosialisasi ini untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya penerapan digital marketing dalam sebuah usaha. Metode pelaksanaan dari kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara penyuluhan/penyampaian materi dan pendampingan pemanfaatan e-commerce sebagai platform pemasaran digital. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dan mendapatrrespon yang baikadari para peserta. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan banyaknya pertanyaannyang diajukan dan adanya diskusi secara dua arah.

Abstract

The current era of society 5.0 is a challenge in itself with the development of digitalization issues that impact all aspects of life. Society is so spoiled by media and technology. However, there are positive and negative impacts in today's rapid technological advances such as hoax news, cyber bullying and body shaming. The purpose of this community service activity is to mitigate negative impacts and provide an understanding of how to use the internet in a good and healthy way through digital literacy. The methods used are lectures, question and answer and use the pretest as a measuring tool. The results of this study are that the millennial generation is very familiar with using current applications, but they don't care about their own security in cyberspace. In addition, they also do not know their privacy rights when surfing the internet and there are still many who cannot use social media wisely. Hopefully it is hoped that the digital literacy training from this community service program will have a significant impact on the importance of maintaining data privacy and how to wisely use social media.
