Abstract

The Qur'an is the last holy book for mankind and thereafter no more holy book will be revealed by Allah. Muslims should be proud of the holy book of the Qur'an because the Qur'an is the perfect guideline for life. Every Muslim family is obliged to instill the values contained in the Qur'an to be practiced in daily life, so that every Muslim family must be able to spend special time teaching the Qur'an to its family members, both teaching carried out by the family itself and learning carried out in Islamic educational institutions. Then the Qur'an has many privileges, one of which is that reading it is a form of worship. This has been confirmed in the Qur'an Surah Fathir verse 29. In addition, Allah made the Qur'an easy to memorize and understand, as in the Qur'an surah al-Qomar verse 17. The verse hints that learning the Qur'an is the primary obligation of every believer, as well as teaching it. Memorizing the Qur'an is a good effort in maintaining the purity of the great Qur'an. By rote memorization means putting on the heart of the memorizer. The reality that occurs in the Qur'anic huffazul is that errors in the recitation of the Qur'an are not only khafi errors but also jali errors. and those mistakes are due to the lack of quality recitation and understanding of tajweed and the law of recitation before starting the process of memorizing verses of the Qur'an. Abstract

Background Hospitals are health service facilities that have the most complex, capital-intensive and technology-intensive facilities and running hospitals tends to require expensive technology and large amounts of capital. The benefits of using electronic medical records are not only administrative benefits. The benefit felt by doctors and health workers is the ease of accessing patient information which ultimately helps in making clinical decisions. The use of electronic medical records has the potential to provide great benefits for health services such as basic and referral (hospital) service facilities. One of the benefits felt after using electronic medical records is increasing the availability of electronic patient records in hospitals. This is also beneficial for patients because it increases efficiency in the health care process. The aim of this community service activity is so that hospitals can implement electronic medical records to improve the quality and efficiency of health services. The method used in this service activity is outreach regarding the use of electronic medical records. The result of this community service activity is that users of electronic medical records in hospitals better understand how to use ERM and are able to improve the quality and efficiency of health services.

Abstract

This activity was carried out to provide information regarding taxation to MSMEs to increase the level of tax compliance which is not yet optimal in Indonesia. Socialization and demonstration methods as well as practice calculating and paying taxes using case studies, and question and answer methods are carried out in this activity. Apart from that, it also provides an understanding not to be afraid to report taxes and socializes the impacts that arise when MSMEs do not pay taxes. This activity was attended by local people who have small businesses in their homes selling handicrafts, basic necessities, food and drinks, etc. The results of this socialization found that many MSME actors still do not understand how to deposit MSME Income Tax due to their limited knowledge

Abstract

Background: In the current digital era, with the increasingly rapid development of information technology in the health sector, patients can register using the P Care application using the patient's smartphone. It is hoped that this application can improve the minimum hospital service standards that have been set, so that it can overcome the problem of queuing for registration services. The aim of this community service program (PKM) is to increase the utilization of the BPJS online registration application for outpatient pregnant women at the Sei Bejangkar Community Health Center, Batubara Regency in 2023. The methods used include 1) identification of pregnant women at the Pematang Panjang Community Health Center); 2) preparation of materials and steps for the BPJS online registration application); 3) implementation of BPJS online registration application education for outpatient pregnant women). Results Based on the results of the implementation of service to outpatient pregnant women at the Sei Bejangkar Community Health Center, Batubara Regency, there are a total of 68 pregnant women as members, where the majority are aged 20-35 years, 58 pregnant women (85%), < 20 years old, 10 pregnant women (15% ), all participants were enthusiastic about educating on the BPJS online registration application. all participants were enthusiastic about using the BPJS online registration application on.

Abstract

This community service program is the revitalization of the library at SDN Karanglegi 01 Trangkil Pati. The background to this activity is the poor condition of the school library so that its function is not optimal. This service method is ABCD (Asset Based Community Based) using 5D steps (Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, and Destiny). The parties involved in this service are lecturers, KKN students, teachers and students. This activity includes several things such as assistance in using the library information system and redesigning the library. The result of this activity was that the school succeeded in reorganizing the library using the SLiMS (Senayan Library Management System) information system. The servants conducted workshops for teachers about this system as well as accompanying them on installation and use. After that, improvements were made to the layout and reading material aspects. Layout by arranging bookcases, reading areas and beautifying the library. The number of reading materials was increased by borrowing via cross-leverage from PERPUSDA Pati and also open donations of reading books.

Abstract

Tanjung Rambutan is one of the villages in Kampar sub-district, Kampar district, Riau Province. The village consist of 4 hamlets, 16 neighborhood associations and 8 community associations. Most of the people of Tanjung Rambutan village work as farmers. Thus, many people in Tanjung Rambutan village are familiar with Family Medicinal Plants. In every hamlet, there are already family medicinal plants, but they are not properly managed and cared for. This Family Medicinal Plant needs to be developed because it is not only used as a spice or cooking ingredient but Family Medicinal Plants can be used as an alternative to maintain and care our health naturally.Family medicinal plants have an essential role in maintaining public health naturally. However, in recent years, the use and maintenance of Family Medicinal Plants has experienced challenges, such as the decline of tradisional knowledge, urbanization, and a shift in interest towards modern medicines. Therefore, Riau University KKN students in Tanjung Rambutan Villages revitalizing or improving the management and use of family medicinal plants is essential to ensure the continued use of the family medicinal plants (TOGA).

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by a lack of nutritional intake over a long period of time, which causes future problems in achieving optimal physical and cognitive development. The problem of stunting is a nutritional problem faced by the world, especially in poor and developing countries including Indonesia.  This activity was carried out in Laboy Jaya Village, Bangkinang District, Kampar, Riau. This activity begins with a theoretical explanation of stunting prevention about the factors that cause stunting and efforts to prevent and treat stunting itself. The result of this activity is that the Laboy Jaya Village community, especially mothers, can be more familiar with the dangers of stunting and can be prevented.

Abstract

Easy access to social media has several impacts that can be detrimental to other people. Freedom of opinion is now being misused by irresponsible people, for example by spreading fake news or hoaxes. The flood of information makes it difficult for audiences to determine true information from false information. This research aims to determine the literacy understanding of students at SMP Negeri 2 Kandis regarding hoax news and the factors that influence the development of hoax news. This program used qualitative research with descriptive and discussion methods. This research took place at SMP Negeri 2 Kandis, Simpang Belutu subdistrict. The final results of this program are hoax news can be an influence on the views of young students and the student’s ability to evaluate fake news still at the initial category. There are several influencing factors, among others: fanaticism towards news sources, emotional factors regarding the situation of an incident, factors that are easily influenced and factors that limit the ability to test the truth.)

Abstract

Bukit Payung Village is a village in Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency which was formed in 1986 from the Trans SP 3 SKP A Bangkinang program from the Transmigration Department of Kampar Regency. The Bukit Payung Village Youth Organization has become a catfish farming business. Feed costs are the largest component in catfish farming activities. Commercial feed produced by factories has guaranteed quality and quantity, but the problem is that the price of feed produced by factories is getting more expensive day by day, so alternative feeds are needed to reduce costs. One alternative fish food is maggot or Hermetia illucens. Maggots are organisms that originate from black soldier eggs which are known as rotting organisms because of their habit of consuming organic materials. Maggots consume organic materials to grow and reproduce, this makes maggots one of the natural organic waste processors.

Interactive learning media is an intermediary that can help in the learning process, so that learning becomes fun. one of these learning media is game-based. which aims to provide an atmosphere in the teaching and learning process that is more enjoyable with mutual activity between educators and their students. in this activity carried out at SDN 09 buatan baru school with the style of the game link dots, in the implementation, several tables are given that contain some material that is connected with color dots, as the game link dots.
