Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect customer transaction costs at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Nusuma Gondang Legi, Malang, using qualitative methods through library research using secondary data from sources such as the bank's official website, books, journals, and related articles. The results show that the cost of obtaining third-party funds has a significant positive effect on transaction costs, while bank operational costs do not. Target profit margin and timely payment incentive costs have a significant positive effect, but loan risk costs and asset depreciation are not significant. In conclusion, factors related to bank management and operations, including cost of obtaining funds, operational costs, target profit margin, timely payment incentive costs, and asset depreciation costs, have a significant effect on customer transaction costs. Effective management is needed to minimize transaction costs and improve the efficiency of the banking industry, providing additional insights for further analysis development in supporting the growth of the banking sector

Abstract

This  study aims to determine the effect of halal labeling and product quality on buying intention of Azarine Hydrosoothe Sunscreen. This research approach uses quantitative research .The research was conducted in March. The number samples in the study were 109 respondents using the accidental sampling technique. Then analyse the data obtained in the from of quantitativ e analysis which includes descrptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, hypothesis testing  through t test. Test the analysis of the coefficient  of  determinan (R2) classical assumption test and multiple linier regression analysis  which serves to see the influence between variables. The results of this study indicate that halal labeling  and product quality have an effect on purchas intention. Correlation coefficeient  (R) value is 0,830  which indicates a strong and positifve relationship. While the coefficient  of determinan   (adjusted R2) is 0, 682. This  shows that 0,682 or 68,2% of purchase intention is influenced by the independet variables, namely halal labeling and product quality, while the remaining 31,8% is influenced by order variables not examined in this study

Abstract

Customer Service is a very important aspect in the banking world. Therefore, banks must focus on providing services to customers. Because good service is a bank's strategy to retain its customers. This study aims to describe the Strategy of Bank Syariah Indonesia to Retain Customers Through Handling Complaints at BSI KCP Purwokerto through the role of customer service in handling complaints in order to retain customers. The type of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses data collection methods, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions as data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that customer service plays a very important role. The role of customer service in handling complaints is as a channel for problem information and solution services. To retain customers, customer service must provide friendly service, approach, and really look for solutions and alternatives to solve problems that occur so that customers feel comfortable and satisfied. So that it can retain customers, both new and old customers

Abstract

One of the efforts to increase customer appeal is by providing a prize draw. BMT Ar Raudloh in an effort to improve its services also applies a promotional strategy through the provision of a prize draw. The purpose of the study is to describe the review of Islamic law in the activities of determining, implementing a prize draw carried out at BMT Ar Roudloh in Lamongan. The triangulation method is used in describing the results of the research analysis and determining the validity of the data source. Informants in the study included managers, employees and customers. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the prize draw activity starting from determining the requirements, participants and implementation has been in accordance with Islamic law. The implementation of the prize draw shows that the implementation of the prize draw does not conflict with Islamic law

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, price, and location on customer satisfaction at UD. Jaya Utama Motor Mojokerto partially, simultaneously or dominantly. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were UD workshop customers. Jaya Utama Motor Mojokerto. The sample in this study amounted to 80 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using the SPSS version 26 program. Based on the results of the study, it is shown that the results of the multiple linear regression coefficients are Y = 2.126 + 0.461 X1 + 0.236 X2 + 0.771 X3. The service quality variable partially influences customer satisfaction. The price variable partially affects customer satisfaction. Location variables partially affect customer satisfaction. Variables of service quality, price and location simultaneously affect customer satisfaction. Location variable has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the level of corporate taxpayer compliance in tax reporting. The method used is a literature study. The results of the study obtained that corporate taxpayer compliance is influenced by several main factors, namely the complexity of tax regulations, audit and sanction risks, and ethics and compliance culture within the company. Audit and sanction risks are also important drivers of tax compliance, where companies that feel the threat of audits and severe sanctions tend to be more compliant. Ethical culture within the company plays a significant role in encouraging compliance, where companies that have strong ethical values ??and social responsibility are more likely to comply with tax obligations. In conclusion, increasing tax compliance can be achieved through regulatory simplification, effective law enforcement, and developing a culture of compliance within the company

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to capture the development of research on waqf and to determine the direction of future research. The research method is based on data based on Scopus indexed publications using the Publish or Perish, Excel and VOSViewer applications in Bibliometric analysis. The results of the study show that the dominance of publications with the theme of waqf is still dominated by countries with Muslim populations. Malaysia, Indonesia and Turkey are 3 countries that dominate publications with the theme of waqf. Publication themes that can be prioritized in future publications include the theme of productive waqf with Islamic social finance. Researchers can create a link between the two themes in a publication.

Abstract

Murabahah financing is basically a form of buying and selling with a profit margin system. This study was conducted to determine the implementation of the murabahah contract at KJKS BMT Mandiri Sejahtera East Java. Qualitative research methods were carried out by surveys, interviews and documentation. The results of the murabahah financing study carried out by KJKS BMT Mandiri Sejahtera East Java are buying and selling financing with goods traded in the form of gold.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether product diversity, perceived value, and location have an effect on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable at the HR Losari Wholesale Store, Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency. The quantitative research method and analysis tool used in this study are Smart-PLS 4. The sample collection method uses non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique so that 385 respondents are produced. The results of this study indicate that perceived value and location have a significant effect on customer loyalty with strong validity and reliability tests. However, product diversity does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Product diversity, perceived value, and location have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The intervening variable of customer satisfaction can also mediate the relationship between Product diversity, perceived value, and location on customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of foreign direct investment, zakat distribution and government spending on economic growth in Indonesia in 2019-2024 with the Human Development Index as a moderating variable. This type of research is quantitative with a population of all provinces in Indonesia. Determination of the Saturated Sampling sample with criteria determined by the researcher so that a sample of 33 provinces was obtained during the observation period (2019-2024). The type of data used is panel data. Using the analysis method used includes descriptive test, stationary test, multiple liner regression test, T test, F test, R2 test, classical assumption test and MRA test. In the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test using Eviews 13 data processing software, the results showed that the government expenditure variable had no effect on economic growth. Based on the MRA test, HDI is able to moderate government spending on economic growth and HDI is not able to moderate the distribution of Zakat on economic growth.
