Abstract

Everyone is always faced with the fulfillment of unlimited needs. The purpose of this study is to examine the levels of human needs according to Abraham Maslow and maqasid sharia. A normative and sociological research methodology approach that bases analysis on social phenomena. The results of the observation of Abraham Maslow's theory are studied in the discipline of sharia. The concept of maqasid sharia places religion as a benchmark in order to save human souls. The levels of need in the sharia maqasid concept include hifdz addin (preservation of religion), hifdz al nafs (preservation of the soul), hifdz al mal (preservation of property), hifdz aql (preservation of reason), and hifdz al nasl (preservation of offspring). Abraham Maslow stated that someone who has achieved self-actualization is universal, will be able to uphold the values ??of goodness in dealing with others even though it is not religious. The concept of maqasid sharia views the achievement of human self-actualization as humans will tend to be more obedient to God and always do good to others

Abstract

This study aims to gain a general understanding of how MSME actors at Sae Digital Academy can utilize social media as a marketing tool such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram more effectively. The purpose of this research is to answer the problems that may be faced by MSME business actors related to the current need for the use of digital technology. Financial records are very important, because the majority of MSME require accounting and technology knowledge, a deeper understanding of bookkeeping and the use of technology as a marketing tool is needed. Qualitative descriptive techniques and observations are used as data collection approaches. According to research findings, MSME players have not fully embraced social media marketing for their commercial purposes. The findings of this study are expected to help MSME actors improve marketing in the current digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the analysis regarding the influence of sales promotions, product quality and price on company competitiveness and its impact on product sales (case study analysis at PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk). This research consists of four independent variables, namely sales promotion, product quality, price and competitiveness and one product sales variable as the dependent variable. Sampling in this research used purposive sampling in which a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Multiple linear regression analysis method, t-test, F-test and determination test. Based on the research results, it was found that: a) there is a positive and significant influence of sales promotion on product sales, b) there is a positive and significant influence of product quality on product sales, c) there is no significant influence of price on product sales, d) there is a positive and significant influence of competitiveness on product sales, e) there is an influence of sales promotion, product quality, price and competitiveness on product sales

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of income, financial literacy, locus of control and personality on financial management behavior among MSME coffee shop operators in Surakarta. The population of this research is MSME Coffee Shops in Surakarta. The data used is primary data obtained through interviews and submitting statements that have been prepared by distributing questionnaires and using quantitative methods. The results of this research show that there is a negative influence between income on financial management behavior, while financial literacy, locus of control and personality have a positive influence on financial management behavior

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Inflation and Interest Rates on Return on Assets (ROA) with the Rupiah Exchange Rate as an Intervening Variable in Manufacturing Companies in the Wood and Processing Sub Sector Listed on the IDX. In this research, the path analysis method was used with the Warp PLS software version 4.0.The research results (1) inflation has a significant effect on the rupiah exchange rate; (2) interest rates do not have a significant effect on the rupiah exchange rate; (3) inflation has no significant effect on ROA; (4) interest rates have no significant effect on ROA; (5) the rupiah exchange rate has no significant effect on return on assets (ROA); (6) inflation has no significant effect on ROA through the rupiah exchange rate as an intervening variable; (7) interest rates have no effect on ROA through the rupiah exchange rate as an intervening variable.

Abstract

BMT Dana Mentari Muhammadiyah Purwokerto Karanglewas Service Office presents the SIMBAKOTA savings product which aims to meet customers' basic needs on Eid. In marketing SIMBAKOTA products, of course, it is adapted to Islamic business ethics and marketing communications in order to create good service to customers so that it can increase the number of customers and income every year. This research is field research using a qualitative approach method with descriptive analysis. The results of this research have implemented Islamic business ethics in running its business by prioritizing the values of monotheism, balance, free will, responsibility and ihsan. As well as its relationship with marketing communications in accordance with good marketing principles which pay attention to the principles of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations and publicity

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to partially determine the influence of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at the Gunungkidul District Health Service. And to find out work motivation and discipline simultaneously influence employee performance at the Gunungkidul District Health Service. This analysis uses independent variables, namely work motivation (X1) and discipline (X2), while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The research method uses quantitative methods in the form of statistical data. The population used was all employees in a sector of the Gunungkidul District Health Service with a saturated sample. Based on the results of data processing SPSS for Windows version 17. Work motivation variable (X1) with a calculated t value of 3.260 > t table 2.048, this means that variable X1 has an influence on Y and the discipline variable (X2) with a calculated t value of 1.640 < t table 2.048 p. This means that there is no partial influence on (Y). And from the calculation results, the variables work motivation (X1) and discipline (X2) are obtained with calculated F 28.098 > F table 4.21. This shows that these two variables simultaneously influence employee performance (Y), and have a contribution value of 65.1% and the remaining 34.9% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of BEP and MOS as a profit planning tool in the Usaha Tahu Sumber Mulya  in Bengkulu city. The data collection method used is unstructured interviews and documentation with qualitative and quantitative analysis methods using Break Even Point analysis. The results of the  research, BEP the contribution ratio per unit of tofu was 41% with a business profit rate of 35.3% with a margin of safety of 86.1%. While the where the contribution ratio per unit of tofu was 49.2% with a business profit level of 44.1%, the level of security or margin of safety in 2022 was 89.8%.  The use of BEP and Safety stock calculation provides an overview of the Usaha Tahu Sumber Multa in Bengkulu City, you can see the BEP for tofu production and safety stock in the warehouse, this is so that the production process continues and obtain the desired profit .

Abstract

This research wants to describe the influence of service quality and service user satisfaction at the Nashrul Ummah Islamic Hospital. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. Service quality variables include Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Confidence (X3), Empathy (X4) and Satisfaction variables (Y). Data collection was done by distributing numbers to 50 respondents as service users. The research results show that service quality consisting of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Confidence (X3), Empathy (X4) has significant variables on Satisfaction (Y). This research also shows that the responsiveness variable is very dominant in its influence on satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of accounting training, education level, business scale, and business age on the use of accounting information. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 11,157 MSMEs in Surakarta City and the sample in this study was 92 samples using purposive sampling. The data used were primary data obtained through questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that accounting training has an effect on the use of accounting information. Education level, business scale and business age do not have an effect on the use of accounting information
