Abstract

This study aims to analyze the opening of accounts online at Islamic banks. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Questionnaires were distributed to 19 Muslim students at Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten State Islamic University at the FEBI faculty. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. The results of the study show that students' perceptions of opening an online account at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) are high.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Trade and Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises in the City of Solok, the purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Competence, Responsibility and Work Culture on the Performance of Civil Servants in the Office of Trade and Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of the City of Solok. In this study, the population was civil servants at the trade and cooperative service, small and medium enterprises in the city of Solo, totaling 32 people. By using total sampling, a sample of 32 people was obtained. The data collection technique used is by using a questionnaire or questionnaire. Based on multiple linear regression analysis of the variables of competence, responsibility and work culture on the performance of civil servants, Y = 6.378 a + 0.374 X1 + 0.206 X2 + 0.253 X3 + e. from the t test conducted, it was found that the variable X1 Competence had a significant effect on the performance of civil servants with a variable value of 2.957 >1,699  and a significant value level of 0.006 <0.05. Variable X2 Responsibility has a significant effect on the performance of civil servants with a variable value of 2.065 >1,699  and a significant value level of 0.003 <0.05. Variable X3 Work Culture has a significant effect on the performance of civil servants with a variable value of 2.101 > 1,699 and a significant value level of 0.045 <0.05. From the F test conducted, it was found that competence, responsibility and work culture simultaneously influenced the performance of civil servants, fcount 18.315 > ftable 2.922 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether mobile banking service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and whether security using mobile banking has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, this study also aims to determine whether accuracy and trust have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research using research surveys. The sample of this research is 30 respondents taken by survey method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and surveys. Methods of data analysis using linear regression test, normality test, hypothesis testing, correlation test (T test, F test), then the data is processed using the SPSS application from windows.

Abstract

Service is not just providing services to customers, but also understanding the needs and desires of customers. A good service must start from understanding the needs and desires of customers, providing the right solutions, always updating and improving services, listening to customer feedback, and always balanced with competitive prices and satisfying product quality. The purpose of this research is to analyze customer satisfaction on the quality of service provided by Bank Syariah Indonesia. This study uses quantitative research by collecting primary and secondary data from questionnaires. Customer satisfaction is the main key in maintaining the continuity of the banking business, so it is important for banks to always pay attention to customer needs and provide the best service. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze customer satisfaction with the services of Bank Syariah Indonesia.

Abstract

Technological developments are developing very rapidly, thus presenting various challenges, especially in the trade sector. Digital marketing as a marketing tool that has a huge impact. The rapid growth of e-commerce has become an opportunity that businesses should not miss to market their products. Limited market reach has often been an obstacle for some companies. Because social media is often thought of as the publication of personal activities, in fact it can be part of a marketing strategy. This study aims to find out the reasons for implementing digital marketing in increasing sales of PT Behaestex products. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, and data sources are taken from interviews and direct observation. The results showed that PT Behaestex's digital marketing implementation, especially e-commerce and social media was a fairly effective promotional tool marked by a significant increase in sales volume.

Abstract

The large number of frozen food business competitors for micro and macro entrepreneurs demands that businesses continue to increase innovation. As a frozen food MSME, Mas Fian focuses on building brand equity so that the business can survive. MSME frozen food Mas Fian believes in rebranding packaging labels as a means to increase brand awareness. The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of rebranding packaging labels on increasing Brand Awareness of Frozen Food Mas Fian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). More specifically, this study aims to find out how packaging labels can increase Mas Fian's MSME frozen food brand awareness before and after the packaging label rebranding process. This research method uses descriptive and verification methods. This research was conducted on consumers who buy or consume Frozen Food Mas Fian products. This label rebranding activity is expected to increase sustainable brand awareness, easily recognized and embedded in the hearts of consumers, which can influence repurchase intentions and purchase decisions.

Abstract

The current organization can not be separated from the role of members and leaders. In the running of an organization the role of the leader becomes the main factor needed in making the vision and mission of the organization, the organization's goals, and also regulates and directs its members to be able to work in accordance with the direction of the leader. However, nowadays leadership does not always go smoothly. There are several obstacles faced by a leader, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic era ended. The existence of these events makes the employees or members in the organization become unstructured. Therefore, transformational leadership is needed in organizations, especially those within the company so that the organization continues to run. The role of this transformational leadership can also increase the motivation and desire of members to keep working hard and develop more work engagement. This research was carried out using a literature study research methodology using 5 journals as data references and theory books. From the results of the analysis of the author's reference journals, it was found that the transformational leadership style applied by every organization in the company can affect employee performance or work engagement. Based on the literature study conducted, it can be interpreted that transformational leadership has a good influence on employee performance. Transformational leadership also provides space for employees to be able to create ideas that are creative, innovative, and more loyal to the company.

Abstract

This analysis of the bankruptcy case of PT Metro Batavia aims to investigate the factors causing bankruptcy and their implications for the company's financial management practices. PT Metro Batavia, a large company in the transportation sector in Indonesia, experienced operational failure and eventually went bankrupt. Factors causing bankruptcy observed include ineffective financial management, unwise investment decisions, debt policies that are not managed properly, and lack of transparency in financial reporting. The implications of this bankruptcy can affect the company's financial management practices in the future. In this study, an in-depth analysis of the bankruptcy case of PT Metro Batavia was conducted to identify critical mistakes made by the company in managing their finances. In addition, this research also provides new insights about effective financial management practices and actions that should be avoided in managing company finances. This research can contribute to the literature on financial management and bankruptcy studies as well as being a reference for business practitioners, regulators and academics in formulating better strategies and policies to prevent corporate financial failures in the future

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Metrodata Electronics, Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by collecting the necessary data through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence Cash Turnover, Accounts Receivable Turnover and Inventory Turnover have on increasing Return On Assets (ROA) produced by companies and find out which of the three variables has the most dominant influence on Return On Assets. The research method used by researchers in this study is survey method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by withdrawing the population from the quarterly financial reports at PT. Metrodata Electronics, Tbk from the period 2016 to 2021. The research data was processed using the help of the Statisrical Product and Services Solution (SPSS) computer program version 24. In analyzing and proving this, the normality test, classic assumption test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test were used. , multiple regression test t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) and test the coefficient of determination. Based on partial calculations, namely using the t test, it is known that for Cash Turnover (X1) t calculate (-2.701) > t table (2.073) this shows that Cash Turnover has a significant influence on increasing profitability or Return On Assets (ROA). For Receivables Turnover (X2) tcalculate (1,935) < ttable (2,073) this shows that receivables turnover has no effect on profitability or Return On Assets. While Inventory Turnover (X3) tcalculate (5,772) > ttable (2,073) this shows that inventory turnover affects the increase in profitability or Return On Asset (ROA). for the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing, namely with the F test, Fcalculate (77,908) > Ftable (3,098) were obtained, which means that simultaneously Cash Turnover, Receivables Turnover, Inventory Turnover together affect the increase in Return On Assets (ROA). While the value of the coefficient of determination () is 0.921. This shows that Cash Collection, Receivables Turnover, and Inventory Turnover have an influence of 92.1% on the increase in Return On Assets at PT. Metrodata Electronics, Tbk.

Abstract

Abstract. This research examines the Blockchain-based financial system in Islamic monetary economics. Through a literature review, this study finds that blockchain technology can support Shariah principles by regulating transactions in accordance with Islamic rules and enhancing financial transparency. Furthermore, blockchain technology can enhance financial security through encryption and strict access controls. The implementation of this technology also has the potential to improve financial inclusion by providing secure and efficient financial services to previously unbanked individuals. The findings of this research provide valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners in developing innovative solutions that strengthen the fair, transparent, and inclusive Islamic financial sector in the digital era.
