Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived risks on the decision to use e-wallets among students in Jambi City. This research is a quantitative research, collecting data using questionnaires and questionnaires. The sample of this research is students who are in the city of Jambi, totaling 100 people. The results of this study show that the variables Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Risk simultaneously influence the decision to use e-wallet. This result can be proven from the simultaneous f test value with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 which means significant, the (partial) t-test results on the Perceived Ease of Use variable show that Perceived Ease of Use (X1) has a significant effect on the decision to use e-wallet, this is indicated by the t count > t table of 5,992 > 1.966 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, the t-test results (partial) on the Perceived Usefulness variable show that Perceived Usefulness (X2) has a significant effect on the decision to use e- wallet, this is indicated by the t count > t table of 10,462 > 1.966 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the results of the t-test (partial) on the Perceived Risk variable show that Perceived Risk (X3) has a significant effect on the decision to use e-wallets, this is indicated by the value of t count > t table of 6,623 > 1.966 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. And the R Square value is 0.642 or 64,2% which indicates that the independent variables have an influence of 64.2% on the use decision variable (Y).

Abstract

The subject matter of this thesis is how cash waqf is managed at the Al-Munawwarah Mosque, Penyengat Rendah Village, Telanai Pura District, Jambi City. The purpose of this discussion is to find out how to manage cash waqf, cash waqf management, and supporting and inhibiting factors in managing cash waqf at the Al-Munawwarah Mosque, Penyengat Low Village, Telanai Pura District, Jambi City. This research is a field research using qualitative methods. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The interviewees consisted of 5 sources, namely Mr. Yatno, Mr. Nana Nuryana, Mr. Syahrul Riyadi, Mr. M. Heri, and brother Abdi. The results of this study are that the management of cash waqf is managed directly by the administrators of the mosque, especially the treasurer. The management of cash waqf is carried out by creating a compensation program for orphans and the poor and community empowerment programs. In the process of managing cash waqf there are supporting factors, namely the enthusiasm of the congregation and residents for cash waqf so that the funds collected every week or month are relatively large, while the inhibiting factors are the lack of human resources in managing cash waqf, especially nazhir and the lack of public awareness of the importance waqf cash.

Abstract

Islamic business ethics are provisions of ethical norms in doing business based on the Qur'an and Hadist which should be used as a guideline for doing business by a businessman. But in fact what is found in the field are many unscrupulous business people who have not properly implemented Islamic business ethics. This study discusses the analysis of the behavior of fruit sellers in the perspective of Islamic business ethics at the Sado intersection fruit market, Jambi city. The purpose of this study is to describe how the behavior of fruit traders at the Simpang Sado fruit market in Jambi city in the perspective of Islamic business ethics.This research is a field research using descriptive qualitative method. Collecting data by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. Test the validity of this study with triangulation techniques. The subjects in this study were fruit traders and buyers.The results of this study indicate that fruit traders at the Simpang Sado Fruit Market, Jambi City, have not fully implemented good Islamic business ethics in their business. This can be seen from the five principles of Islamic Business Ethics, namely the Principles of Monotheism, Balance, Free Will, Responsibility and Ihsan. Of the five principles, only the principle of free will and the principle of responsibility have been implemented properly. However, the principle of monotheism, the principle of balance and the principle of ihsan, has not been fully implemented properly. Such as obedience in worship, fairness in service, fairness in determining prices, maintaining quality, honesty and transparency. Therefore, the behavior of fruit traders at the Simpang Sado Fruit Market, Jambi City, is not fully appropriate based on the perspective of Islamic Business Ethics. As for the impact of traders' misunderstanding of Islamic business ethics in buying and selling transactions, it has a negative impact on buyers, because buyers feel aggrieved by the actions of traders who deviate from Islamic business ethics.

Abstract

In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, the rapid advancement of information technology has a significant impact on society in supporting various business activities, both on a large and small scale, with the aim of gaining global recognition for businesses. The development of information technology also contributes to increasing sales volume and profits. It is expected that the use of internet technology will provide significant benefits for the competitive business world. The success of companies in this business competition depends on their ability to implement technology and information in their operations. One effective way to enhance business competition and product sales is through the adoption of electronic technology, such as e-commerce, to market various products or services in physical and digital forms. This research aims to optimize the utilization of digital marketing for Gudeg Blitar's small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The research utilizes a mentoring method, involving several stages such as observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation. In the data collection process, the researcher conducted direct interviews with MSMEs owners located in Kepanjen Lor Village, Blitar City. Abstract

Economic development must be carried out continuously by the government and also the community in all economic sectors. This includes the economic development of the livestock sub-sector in the Koto Baru sub-district in Kab. Dharmasraya, animal husbandry is part of the development of the agricultural sector. Production of livestock products is increasing every year but why are the farmers in Koto Baru District not prosperous yet? To get results that can improve people's welfare from the livestock sector, cooperation between the government and breeders is needed in order to achieve the goal of meeting the need for food products, both milk, meat and eggs. The government, through the livestock service, of course, always tries to do its job well, by establishing programs that can help farmers and improve the welfare of breeders. However, prosperity has not been maximized because breeders only want to walk alone, only waiting for the government's hand and do not make the most of government assistance. Of course, for breeders who do things like this it is difficult to achieve prosperity.

Abstract

This study aims to explain and prove the hypothesis about whether there is an effect of sales promotion and e-service quality on repurchasing interest in facial care skincare products (a case study on e-commerce shopee users at Uniska students, Faculty of Economics). This research uses descriptive research with quantitative methods with sampling techniques, namely non-probability sampling with accidental sampling methods with a population of 536 students and a sample of 84 students. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous) and the determinant coefficient (R2) which is processed using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the study obtained conclusions that sales promotion has a partial and significant effect on repurchase intention, as evidenced by the t test results obtained by the value of Sig. 0.006 <0.05. E-service quality has a partial and significant effect on repurchase intention, as evidenced by the t test results obtained by the Sig value. 0.000 < 0.05. Sales promotion and e-service quality have a simultaneous and significant effect on repurchase intention, as evidenced by the results of the F test, the value of Sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job training and workload on employee performance at the Village Office in Cipedes District, Tasikmalaya City. This study uses a quantitative method of descriptive analysis method. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, with a sample of 44 respondents from Kelurahan Office employees in Cipedes District, Tasikmalaya City, and using the saturated sample method. The data analysis tool used in this study was SPSS Version 25. Data collection techniques used literature studies, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the study show that job training and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Job Training partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Workload partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and live on purchasing decisions at Bento Kopi UNS cafes. The approach used in this study is a quantitative and associative approach. The data analysis technique in this study used the Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique with a population of all visitors or consumers of UNS Coffee Bento Cafe and a sample of 100 respondents who had visited UNS Coffee Bento Cafe. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire and was processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Conclusion The results of this study are the influence of the three independent variables on the dependent variable examined in this study. Product Quality, Service Quality, and Live Music have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions at the Bento Kopi UNS Cafe

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of self-awareness and learning motivation on student learning discipline in the Management Study Program at the University of Perjuangan, Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research was causality through a survey approach, with a research sample of 100 students of the Management Study Program at the University of Perjuangan, Tasikmalaya. The data used uses primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS 26. The results show that Self-awareness has a good classification, Learning Motivation has a good classification, and Learning Discipline has a good classification for Students of the Management Study Program at the University of Perjuangan Tasikmalaya. Simultaneously Self-Awareness and Learning Motivation have a significant influence on Learning Discipline. Partially Self-Awareness has a significant influence on Learning Discipline. Partially, learning motivation has a significant influence on learning discipline in students of the Management Study Program at the University of Perjuangan, Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing, explaining and analyzing the influence of product quality, perceived value and brand awareness variables on purchasing decisions either individually or partially or together or simultaneously. The survey was conducted on Ventela footwear consumers in the city of Pasuruan. This research uses multiple linear, whereas based on the method this research is quantitative research. In this study there are three independent variables, namely product quality, perceived value and brand awareness and one related variable, namely purchasing decisions. The population in this study are all consumers who use or are currently purchasing Ventela products. Due to the fact that the population size of this study cannot be known with certainty and there are limited time, effort and costs, an incidental sampling technique of 100 respondents was used. Data analysis was quantitative descriptive using a simple linear regression analysis formula which was processed using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Product quality variable has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, 2. Perceived value variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions 3. Brand awareness variables have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions 4. Product quality, Perceived value and Brand awareness variables have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions.
