Abstract

The principal's leadership plays a very important role in advancing the institution he leads. The principal is then responsible for directing and supervising the teachers. This increase in teacher professionalism will be more successful if the teacher implements it with his own abilities and efforts. However, teachers often still need the help of others because they do not understand the types of procedures and mechanisms needed to access various resources to improve their abilities. This is where the leadership of the madrasa head is needed to improve the professionalism of PAI teachers at An Nasr Middle School. In this paper, the researcher chooses the type of qualitative research case study, using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and recordings. Data analysis techniques determine the validity of the data through data presentation, data reduction, data validation, use of credibility, including expansion of participation, persistence of observation. , triangulation, adequacy of references, and peer review through discussion. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded as follows: Teachers at SMP An Nasr have achieved pedagogic, personal, professional and social competencies, although there are still teachers who are not optimal. The type of religious school principal is charismatic and democratic. Efforts made by principals to improve teacher professionalism include: involving teachers in training, disciplining, supervising, providing new insights and setting a good example. Supporting factors include adequate facilities, incentives and disincentives. Disincentives include: Insufficient funds, teachers themselves do not want to fulfill their potential.

Abstract

As a part of the Islamic intellectual tradition, Sufism is a discipline that focuses on the study of true and complete knowledge of metaphysical realities, especially the reality of God. Although oriented toward metaphysical matters, it cannot be approached merely through rational thought, as is the case with philosophy. Sufism has an epistemological framework that differs from reason or intellect. Today, Sufism has become a fundamental need for modern humans, who, according to Seyyed H. Nasr, have experienced despair and are in need of hope. Sufism plays a significant role in realizing the noble aspirations of humans seeking a harmonious life between physical and spiritual needs. Additionally, Sufism has not only revitalized Islamic ethics over centuries, but it has also become a central instrument in contemporary times, directly contributing to the socio-political-economic aspects of Islamic society through their fraternal relationships (Sufi brotherhoods). Moreover, there are several important aspects related to theology, namely ethical Sufism and philosophical Sufism.

Abstract

The era of digital disruption, marked by the emergence of new technologies, has changed almost all aspects of life, including the way humans learn and teach. Islamic education, as a system that has a long tradition in transmitting knowledge and religious values, faces great challenges to adapt to this new reality. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach to explore in-depth understanding of the impacts, challenges, and solutions related to digital disruption in Islamic education. The qualitative approach was chosen because this study aims to understand the complex phenomena involving the adaptation of Islamic education to technological changes, as well as identifying relevant solutions in social and religious contexts. The results of this study conclude that although the era of digital disruption brings many challenges, there is a great opportunity to reformulate Islamic education in an innovative and effective way. This reformulation must include the development of technological infrastructure, validation of religious content, the implementation of blended learning models, and increasing digital literacy for educators. By adopting a wise approach, Islamic education can remain relevant and continue to develop in the digital era, without abandoning the core values ​​of religious teachings. In the reformulation of the Islamic Education curriculum, learning about digital ethics also needs to be integrated into the curriculum so that students can become responsible technology users, who do not only use technology for personal gain, but also for the common good in accordance with Islamic teachings.

Abstract

This research was conducted as an alternative to overcome learning loss that occurred after the Covid-19 pandemic and the lack of availability of differentiated PAI learning modules in Madrasahs which resulted in low learning outcomes and weak student character. So to overcome this problem, researchers feel the need to develop a differentiated PAI Teaching Module so that learning activities, intelligence levels and character quality of students increase. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ASSURE model, with several stages, namely: a) analyze learners, b) state objectives, c) select methods, media, and materials, d) utilize materials, e) require learners participation, f) evaluate and revise. The trial of this research product was conducted at SDN 01 Palaan, Malang Regency. The research instrument used a questionnaire sheet and data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the development of a differentiated PAI teaching module in the category is feasible to use and efficient to strengthen the values ​​of peace education and multiple intelligence of elementary school students

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relevance of Arabic language instructional materials in supporting the development of Islamic competence among second-semester students of the Islamic Education Study Program (PAI) at Universitas Islam Raden Rahmat (UNIRA) Malang. Islamic competence in this context includes the students' ability to understand, internalize, and practice Islamic teachings through the comprehension of Arabic texts. A qualitative case study approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that although Arabic instruction provides a critical linguistic foundation, the current implementation is primarily structural and has yet to fully integrate Islamic content in a contextualized manner. Both lecturers and students affirm the importance of integrative approaches using Islamic texts, thematic methods, and contextual digital resources to enhance learning effectiveness. The study recommends strengthening Arabic curricula with Islamic content integration and fostering inter-course collaboration to better support the development of students' Islamic competence.

Abstract

This research is based on the phenomenon that occurs in modern society, which is not only experiencing a crisis of purpose or spiritual emptiness. Therefore, the author provides his study that examines the need for spiritual education in interacting with society from the perspective of Dr. KH.Said Aqil Siraj in his book "Sufism as Social Criticism". The main purpose of spiritual education in general is to empower the individual self which refers to the development of a harmonious relationship with God (Hablun Minallah), others (Hablun Minannaas) and the universe (Hablun Minalkaun) by following the instructions of the Prophet, as well as spiritual education as the processing of the human soul in developing moral character. This research uses library research, the researcher uses sources of information in the literature and relevant documents to answer research questions or examine the hypotheses proposed. This method involves searching, selecting, and critically analyzing the existing literature to gain a deeper understanding of the topic being researched. The essence is how individuals adapt and position themselves as best they can in interactions with all of them and with anyone. In essence, everything in life involves an educational component because of the interaction with the environment. Like existing societies, in reality the burgeoning educational culture is still too focused on academic meanings, intelligence, and perhaps tied to the adjective, "rarely" aimed at emotional and spiritual intelligence. At its core is how individuals adapt and position themselves as best as possible in interactions with all conditions and with anyone. In essence, everything in life involves an educational component because of the interaction with the environment

Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant impact on the world of education, including in learning Arabic. This article aims to review various literature related to the use of technology and media in the Arabic language learning process. This study uses the library research method by analyzing a number of relevant journals, books, and scientific articles. The results of the study show that the integration of technology and modern media is able to increase student motivation, engagement, and learning outcomes in learning Arabic. In addition, the use of technology such as mobile applications, e-learning platforms, interactive multimedia, and social media has been proven to create a more dynamic, contextual, and communicative learning environment. Technology allows for the delivery of more varied materials, such as through learning videos, educational games, and interactive simulations, which indirectly improve the understanding and mastery of Arabic vocabulary and structure. However, the implementation of technology in Arabic language learning also faces a number of challenges, including limited infrastructure, lack of training for teaching staff, and resistance to changes in conventional methods. Therefore, appropriate strategies are needed to effectively integrate technology, such as teacher training, digital-based curriculum development, and the provision of accessible learning resources. This article is expected to provide insight for educators, policy makers, and curriculum developers in utilizing technology as a means to improve the quality of Arabic language learning in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen kelas model course review horay dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadist di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Ulum Sumber Agung Sumawe Malang dan apa faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Jenis Penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian lapangan. Teknik analisi data menggunakan teknik analisis data deskripsi kualitatif dengan langkah : Pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, menarik kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen Kelas Model Course Review Horay dapat berjalan dengan baik dan sangat berperan dalam menunjang keberhasilan belajar siswa yang mana ditandai dengan antusiasnya siswa terhadap pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits.

Abstract

Filsafat pendidikan Islam mencakup berbagai aspek penting dalam kegiatan pendidikan, seperti kurikulum, metode, dan lingkungan belajar. Pemahaman mendalam tentang hal-hal ini sangat penting untuk terus menerus dikaji guna memperkaya Khazanah keilmuan Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali pemikiran filsafat pendidikan Islam menurut Asy-Syaibani serta menganalisis relevansinya dalam konteks pendidikan kontemporer. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pustaka (library research), dimana penulis mengumpulkan berbagai literatur terkait dengan konsep filsafat pendidikan Islam Perspektif Asy-Syaibani. Karya yang ditulis Asy-Syaibani mengenai Filsafat Pendidikan Islam dijadikan sebagai sumber data primer, sementara data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai artikel ilmiah dan monografi terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep filsafat Pendidikan Islam Asy-Syaibani mencakup berbagai prinsip dalam falsafah pendidikan Islam diantaranya konsep dalam memandang ilmu pengetahuan, realitas alam, tujuan pendidikan Islam, konsep akhlaq, kurikulum, dan metode pengajaran. Asy-Syaibany menyatakan bahwa tujuan utama pendidikan Islam adalah mempersiapkan individu untuk kehidupan di dunia dan akhirat. Tujuan akhir yang ingin dicapai adalah pengembangan fitrah peserta didik secara menyeluruh, yang mencakup aspek ruhani, fisik, kehendak, dan akal, sehingga menghasilkan pribadi yang utuh dan mampu menjalankan peranannya sebagai khalifah fil ardh. Konsep Filsafat Pendidikan Islam Asy-Syaibani relevan dengan konteks Pendidikan Islam kontemporer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh guru ketika menyampaikan pembelajaran masih menggunakan cara-cara konvensional yaitu berpusat pada guru (teacher centered) yang hanya berorientasi pada pencapaian aspek-aspek kognitif yang mengandalkan metode ceramah dalam pembelajarannya sehingga menyebabkan kejenuhan, membosankan, dan siswa tertekan karena harus mendengarkan guru bercerita beberapa jam tanpa memperhatikan siswa terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran, tidak menggunakan variasi model pembelajaran, dan lingkungan di luar sekolah siswa yang kurang mendukung. Dari fenomena di atas maka penulis tertarik untuk mengangkat sebuah tema dalam skripsi dengan judul “Penerapan Pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) Dalam Mata Pelajaran Fiqih Pada Materi Taharah Kelas Vii Di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Fathul Ulum Gadungsari.” Adapun rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah : (1) Bagaimana konsep pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dalam mata pelajaran fiqih pada materi Taharah kelas VII di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Fathul Ulum Gadungsari?. (2) Bagaimana penerapan pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dalam mata pelajaran fiqih pada materi Taharah kelas VII di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Fathul Ulum Gadungsari? (3) Bagaimana hasil dari penerapan pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dalam mata pelajaran Fiqih pada materi Taharah Kelas VII di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Fathul Ulum Gadungsari? Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Kualitatif Fenomonologis dengan pendekatan Studi Kasus. Menggunakan analisis data model Miles dan Huberman dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut. 1) Data Collection, 2) Data Reduction, 3) Data Display 4) Verification Data. Dalam pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan instrument penelitian yang di perlukan meliputi: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) konsep pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) tertuang dalam perangkat pembelajaran yaitu silabus dan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), yang kemudian dikembangkan guru mata pelajaran untuk menyampaikan. 2) penerapan pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) terlaksana dengan baik(3) hasil dari penerapan pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berjalan dengan baik hal ini dapat dilihat dari keaktifan serta respon siswa saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung.
