Abstract

The Tangerang sea fencing has become a polemic because it violates Article 33 paragraph (3) of the Constitution, which states that the land, air, and natural resources contained therein may not be controlled by individuals or corporations. Because natural resources belong to the state. This issue highlights indications of control of natural resources by corporations that cause losses to coastal communities. This study aims to examine the legal responsibility of the National Land Agency (BPN) in the sea fencing case and to assess the administrative and land law aspects that are violated. The research method used is normative juridical research with a regulatory approach and case studies, supported by analysis of official documents, legal literature, and related court decisions. The results of the study indicate that the BPN has legal responsibility in the form of supervision and control over the granting of land rights that have implications for control of coastal areas. In addition, the BPN also ensures that land management rights do not conflict with the principles of social justice and the right to access natural resources. The discussion of the research emphasizes the need for an active role of the BPN in preventing the practice of privatization of marine and coastal land spaces by corporations that are detrimental to the public interest, as well as strengthening the monitoring and transparency system in granting permits.

Abstract

The corruption cases involving sugar importation in Indonesia reveal the role of corporations as beneficiaries of abuses of power that cause state financial losses. This condition highlights the necessity of re-examining the legal construction of corporate criminal liability, particularly the relevance of the “corporate benefit” clause as a basis for prosecution. The research applies a normative juridical approach supported by empirical analysis of relevant court decisions. Findings indicate that the clause serves as a preliminary indicator of corporate fault, linking individual actions to corporate interests. The application of identification, vicarious liability, and aggregation theories reinforces the legal foundation for holding corporations criminally liable when proven to have gained from acts of corruption. Ensuring consistent enforcement of these legal principles is essential to advancing justice and enhancing the effectiveness of anti-corruption efforts in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study explores how Pancasila values can be integrated into digital financial literacy through the lens of modern civic education. It is grounded in the urgency to cultivate national values that shape individuals who are both digitally skilled and socially responsible. In an era of globalization and rapid technological change, managing digital finance requires more than technical ability—it demands moral integrity and ethical awareness. The study aims to discover effective strategies for embedding Pancasila principles into digital financial literacy to strengthen citizens’ awareness and competence in navigating digital challenges. Using a qualitative method with content analysis of educational policies and literature, the research seeks to develop a learning model that harmonizes Pancasila and digital finance education in schools and society. The findings indicate that integrating Pancasila values enhances ethical, inclusive, and independent dimensions in digital financial literacy, contributing to sustainable civic character formation. These values encourage critical thinking, empathy, and social responsibility in financial technology use. In conclusion, combining civic education with Pancasila-based digital financial literacy is essential for fostering a financially literate generation rooted in ethics, integrity, and concern for collective welfare in the digital era.

Abstract

Marriage is an innate bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife with the aim of maintaining offspring and channeling human nature according to religious guidance. This study aims to describe the understanding of marriage law through the study of the book of Taqrib (Matn Abu Syuja') at the Raudlatul Muhibbin Al-Mustainiyyah Islamic Boarding School in Surakarta. The method used is descriptive qualitative with in-depth interview techniques as the main instrument. The research subjects consist of students and ustaz who are active in the study of marriage fiqh. The results of the study show that the process of understanding marriage law takes place through three main stages. First, students receive new knowledge through reading books that are corrected directly by the teacher. Second, there is a value transaction through group discussions and deliberation that strengthens understanding and forms a critical attitude towards contemporary issues. Third, students carry out simulation practices and case studies such as serial marriage, underage marriage, and intersectarian marriage which are linked to positive Indonesian law. This process demonstrates the integration between the understanding of classical texts and the context of modern law. This study recommends strengthening the contextual approach in the study of marriage jurisprudence and the development of case-based learning methods to increase the relevance and understanding of Islamic law in the pesantren environment.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in schools holds a strategic function in shaping students’ Islamic character, which is closely related to the internalization of values through daily educational culture. Character formation is not limited to cognitive understanding of religious teachings, but is strengthened through habitual practice, social interaction, and reflective experience within the school environment. Project-Based Learning (PjBL) offers a relevant approach for encouraging value embodiment, as it provides meaningful learning activities that connect religious concepts with real-life applications. Collaborative projects, such as social service initiatives, environmental care movements, or mosque stewardship programs, facilitate the development of empathy, responsibility, and spiritual awareness. The internalization process becomes more effective when supported by a school culture that consistently displays Islamic values through teacher role modelling, institutional policies, and participatory student activities. Therefore, strengthening Islamic character requires the integration of PjBL with school-wide cultural practices, collaborative educational relationships, and continuity between school and family environments, forming a comprehensive ecosystem of value education.
