Abstract

Current developments in information technology are able to provide quite large results regarding increasing sales of MSMEs. This has inspired entrepreneurs to start utilizing information technology to expand their markets and as a means of promoting their business products. In the Mandepo Coffee business, the owner only sells his products in the market and places them in several stalls because he doesn't know how to use information technology to increase sales of his products. The solution is to provide training on how to utilize social media and e-commerce in order to maximize sales. The aim of this research is to educate and make MSME stakeholders aware of the use of information technology to increase sales of their business products.

Abstract

Customers are a valuable asset for every company, because they not only provide direct income through purchasing products or services, but can also be a source of positive references that help in improving the company's reputation. The aim of this research is to find out how partially or simultaneously customer relationship management and trust affect customer loyalty. In this research, researchers used the Quantitative Descriptive method. The technique used in sampling is the Isaac and Michael formula. Isaac and Michael's formula has provided useful calculation results for determining the number of samples based on an error rate of 1%, 5% and 10%. In this study the level of error or sampling error in the form of determining the number of samples is at the 10% level with a sample of 62 respondents. To collect data using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analysis techniques used are Data Quality Test, Classic Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Coefficient of Determination. The research results show that: customer relationship management (CRM) (X1) has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Trust (X2) has no significant effect on customer loyalty. customer relationship management (CRM) (X1) and trust (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y).

Abstract

Abstrak. In this day and age, competition for business companies is increasingly fierce, many find problems that can cause the company to fail or compete. From this competition, it is necessary that the company will be able to achieve the goals it has set if it can have employees who have good performance at work, this can really help the company to develop even better. Therefore, the formulation in this research is about the impact of workload on employee performance at the Zodiak Sutami hotel and also what kind of work agreement is used. The method used in this research is qualitative so that it can analyze industrial relations between employees at the Zodiak Sutami hotel. The results of this research are that the form of work agreement at the Zodiak Sutami Hotel is a Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) with a period of 24 months. Overtime pay is permitted, and companies are required to provide overtime pay in accordance with statutory regulations. The industrial relations that occur at the hotel also seem harmonious and the leaders at the Zodiak Sutami hotel try to be a place for their employees to tell their stories. Abstract

This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research aims to explore or study the application of business ethics in industrial relations and company productivity. Research found that the application of business ethics in CV. Sugih Maju Berkah forms positive and good behavior for leaders and employees, is able to create fair relationships, and is able to protect employees from work situations that violate morality. The research results highlight that the application of business ethics not only has a positive impact on company productivity but also creates a conducive or comfortable work environment. Leaders and employees who behave ethically can build the foundation of healthy industrial relations, which in turn strengthens collaboration or unity and trust among team members. In conclusion, the application of business ethics in industrial relations at CV. Sugih Maju Berkah has a positive and excellent impact on company productivity and creates a conducive, productive and safe work environment.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate Production Planning and Inventory Control of Raw Materials in Indonesian companies through a relevant literature review. The article discusses the analysis of raw material inventory control using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method based on case studies in several Indonesian companies. Efficient inventory is essential to support smooth production and sales processes, ensure customer satisfaction, and avoid inefficient storage costs. The EOQ method is the main focus of this research, considering storage and ordering costs to achieve an optimal order quantity. Through systematic literature review, this article evaluates various studies related to raw material inventory control using the EOQ method. The research findings indicate that implementing EOQ in companies such as PT. Suryamas Lestari Prima, Prizel Perak Bali, PT. XYZ, PT. Global Mulia Nusantara, PT. Budi Starch & Sweetener, Tbk, and PT. Pratama can result in cost savings, determine optimal order quantities, and improve ordering frequency efficiency. In conclusion, the use of the EOQ method contributes positively to the efficiency and effectiveness of raw material inventory control in various manufacturing companies in Indonesia.

Abstract

The household economy in Indonesia plays a crucial role in the dynamics of the national economy. However, data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in 2022 reveals that the average per capita household expenditure is still below the poverty line, reaching IDR 4,225,000 per month. This highlights a significant challenge in efforts to improve household welfare in Indonesia. This research provides policy suggestions to overcome these problems, including increasing access to education and skills, strengthening social protection programs, and supporting the development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Financial literacy, access to financial services, and the role of women in the economy are also important focuses in designing a comprehensive strategy. Collaboration between government, the private sector and non-governmental organizations is needed to realize effective policy implementation. Finally, the promotion of a green economy is proposed as a progressive step to create sustainable jobs and encourage inclusive economic growth. It is hoped that this research can provide a holistic view of household economic problems in Indonesia and provide direction for developing more effective and sustainable policies.

Abstract

With the development of technology, significant changes can be seen in payment instruments that provide flexibility and efficiency in every electronic transaction. The use of e-money provides many conveniences for consumers and can also find out the impact of Bank Indonesia's policies on the application of e-money. This study is descriptive qualitative with literature method through literature studies sourced from journals of previous research results. The effectiveness of the use of APMK has a significant positive effect. The use of debit cards has increased every year. But in contrast to credit cards, there is an increase and decrease in card users every year. Merchants in the e-money system that provide payment service facilities with e-money in their payment transactions so that effectiveness. E-money consumers are people who use e-money in their payment transactions. The use of e-money payments increases people's income through decreased transaction costs.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan kita sejak kita dilahirkan, termasuk sarana dan prasarana kesehatan dan pelayanan kesehatan. Tidak hanya itu, kita juga mendapatkan pelayanan publik saat kita lahir dan tumbuh dewasa, termasuk akses ke pendidikan dan fasilitas umum. Kita tidak akan bisa lepas dari pelayanan publik sampai kita tua. Good governance berarti mengutamakan kepentingan masyarakat. Suatu institusi atau penyelenggara pelayanan publik dikatakan berhasil jika masyarakatnya puas dengan layanan barang atau jasa publik yang mereka berikan. Tujuan dari mini riset ini adalah untuk memberikan penjelasan dan contoh bagaimana pemerintahan yang baik dapat diterapkan dalam pelayanan administrasi keimigrasian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan atau kajian pustaka. Dengan kata lain, pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan mempelajari informasi dari buku, majalah, dan artikel yang diterbitkan dalam berbagai jurnal ilmiah. Oleh karena itu, kesimpulan dari diskusi tersebut adalah peran pemerintah yang baik dalam mempengaruhi pelayanan publik administrasi keimigrasian. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran penting Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) dalam mendukung efisiensi dan keberlanjutan operasi perusahaan di era digital yang kompetitif. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis data sekunder dari penelitian yang sudah ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIM memberikan manfaat yang signifikan, seperti peningkatan akses informasi, optimisasi proses bisnis, peningkatan keputusan strategis, dan penghematan biaya operasional. SIM memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik, otomatisasi tugas-tugas, dan peningkatan produktivitas staf di berbagai tingkatan perusahaan. Keberhasilan SIM tidak hanya bergantung pada teknologi, tetapi juga pada pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kebutuhan bisnis, adaptasi terhadap perubahan lingkungan bisnis, dan keterlibatan aktif dalam menjaga serta meningkatkan sistem tersebut. Implementasi SIM menjadi langkah strategis dalam mendukung efisiensi proses bisnis perusahaan dan menjaga daya saing di lingkungan bisnis yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Economic development in the world sector, especially in Indonesia, cannot be separated from information systems. Digital money changes the way financial transactions are issued, improving business processes, increasing market security, and reducing the burden of international trade. Digital currencies also enable business model innovations such as subscription payments, ecosystem platforms, and the sharing economy, which are changing the way companies communicate with consumers and partners. Not only support secure financial transactions, but also enable in-depth data analysis. This triggers the creation of valuable insights for companies in understanding consumer behavior, market trends and new growth opportunities. Apart from that, the existence of a reliable information system also expands financial accessibility, especially for those who previously did not have access to formal banking services. This kind of financial inclusion can empower society and open up wider economic opportunities, creating a more equitable impact on economic growth supported by digital money.The main task of information technology systems in this case is to provide safe, reliable and efficient infrastructure to support digital currency-based business activities.
