Abstract

Abstrak. This study is a quantitative research with an associative approach aimed at analyzing the influence of perceived value and brand image on purchase decisions and their impact on consumer satisfaction at Teras Depan Kopi, Cipete, South Jakarta. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to customers who had made purchases, and then analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. The inner model results show an R-square value of 0.676 for Purchase Decision and 0.592 for Consumer Satisfaction, indicating that the model has good predictive capability.Partially, brand image has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision (coefficient 0.681; T-statistic 12.819; p-value 0.000) and Consumer Satisfaction (coefficient 0.440; T-statistic 3.622; p-value 0.000). Perceived value also has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision (coefficient 0.193; T-statistic 3.170; p-value 0.002), but does not significantly affect Consumer Satisfaction. In addition, Purchase Decision has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (coefficient 0.272; T-statistic 2.135; p-value 0.033). The indirect effect results indicate that Purchase Decision mediates the relationship between brand image and Consumer Satisfaction, but does not mediate the relationship between perceived value and Consumer Satisfaction. Overall, brand image and perceived value play important roles in improving purchase decisions, which in turn contribute to enhancing consumer satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip syariah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) sebagai bank syariah terbesar di Indonesia. Penerapan prinsip syariah adalah penerapan prinsip-prinsip ekonom islam dengan berbagai macam kegiatan di kehidupan kita sehari-hari, termasuk juga perbankan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan dan studi kasus, dengan sumber data berupa Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2008 tentang Perbankan Syariah, fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI), laporan tahunan Bank Syariah Indonesia, serta jurnal ilmiah yang relevan. Metode kualitattif ini dipilih karena penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memhami lebih mendalam terhadap penerapan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam kegiatan perbankan syariah, khususnya terhadap Bank Syariah Indonesia yang akan di teliti ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bank Syariah Indonesia telah menerapkan prinsip syariah melalui prinsip larangan riba diimplementasikan melalui penghapusan sistem bunga, penerapan akad berbasis jual beli dan bagi hasil seperti murabahah, mudharabah, dan musyarakah. Bank Syariah Indonesia juga menerapkan prinsip larangan gharar untuk memastikan kejelasan akad, transparansi informasi, kepastian harga, dan jangka waktu transaksi. Terakhir ada prinsip larangan maysir di terapkan untuk menghindari aktivitas yang mengandung unsur perjudian.

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine the influence of effective leadership and non-physical work environment on employee performance at the Pondok Aren District Office in South Tangerang City. This research method used quantitative research methods. The data collection method used was a questionnaire survey. The population used in this study consisted of 90 employees. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, and obtained a sample of 90 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, correlation coefficient, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The hypothesis testing partially on the variable of effective leadership (X1) obtained a calculated t-value > table t-value (6.974 > 1.987), which is also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that effective leadership (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance. Partial hypothesis testing of the non-physical work environment variable (X2) obtained a calculated t-value > table t-value (11.491 > 1.987), which is also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that the non-physical work environment (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t-value > table t-value (74.593 > 3.10), which is also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it can be said that effective leadership and the non-physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination obtained an R Square value of 0.632, meaning that effective leadership and the non-physical work environment together contribute a 63.2% influence on employee performance. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas kesehatan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien klinik Widya Dharma Husada Pamulang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan bersifat empiris. Tempat penelitian dilakukan di Klinik Widya Dharma Husada Kota Tangerang Selatan. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah pasien Klinik Widya Dharma Husada Pamulang selama 1 tahun yaitu periode Januari sampai dengan Desember 2024, yaitu sebanyak 18.005 pasien sedangkan penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat error 10%, diperoleh sebanyak 99 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Secara parsial Fasilitas Kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pasien pada Klinik Widya Dharma Husada Pamulang, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel atau (15,831 > 1,660) dan diperkuat dengan probability significancy 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 3,292 + 0,656X1. Secara parsial Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pasien pada Klinik Widya Dharma Husada Pamulang, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (30,190 > 1,660) dan diperkuat dengan probability signifcancy 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 3,821 + 0,907X2. Dan secara simultan Fasilitas Kesehatan dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pasien pada Klinik Widya Dharma Husada Pamulang, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau (486,159 > 3,09), hal ini juga dipersedang dengan p value < Sig.0,05 atau (0,000 < 0,05)n dengan diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 2,095 + 0,116X1 + 0,785X2.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality (X1) andOnline Customer Review (X2) on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y) at Ridho BaksoBakwan Malang in Bintaro, both partially and simultaneously. The research methodused is the associative method with a quantitative approach and a sample of 95respondents. The results show that Product Quality has a positive and significant effecton Consumer Purchase Interest, as evidenced by the t-value (9.020) > t-table(1.661) and significance value (< 0.001) < (0.05). Similarly, OnlineCustomer Reviews also have a positive and significant effect, with a t-value(11.225) > t-table (1.661) and a significance value (< 0.001) < (0.05). Furthermore, simultaneously, both variables positively and significantly influenceConsumer Purchase Interest, as evidenced by the F-test with an F-count value (77.175) > F-table(3.094) and a significance value (< 0.001) < (0.05). This finding is reinforced by theCoefficient of Determination (R2) of 0.627, which confirms that 62.7% of the variation inConsumer Purchase Interest is explained by Product Quality and Online Customer Reviews. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of Digital Marketing and service quality on customer satisfaction at Ilham Muslim Clothing Store in Cisauk, Tangerang Regency. The research method used is an associative method with a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 97 respondents selected using the Slovin technique from a population of 3,656 consumers. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination to examine the effect of the independent variables, namely Digital Marketing (X1) and service quality (X2), on the dependent variable of customer satisfaction (Y). The results showed that Digital Marketing had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a t-value of 9.475 > 1.661 and a significance of 0.000. Service quality also had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a t-value of 10.890 > 1.661 and a significance of 0.000. Simultaneously, Digital Marketing and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with an F-value of 73.294 > 3.093 and a determination value of 60.9%. Thus, the better the implementation of Digital Marketing and service quality, the higher the level of customer satisfaction at Ilham Muslim Clothing Store. Abstract

The banking sector, particularly State-Owned Banks (BUMN), is a crucial pillar of financial system stability and a key driver of national economic activity. This dual strategic role requires state-owned banks to maintain profitability (measured by Return on Assets/ROA) while simultaneously controlling inherent risks, particularly credit risk and liquidity risk. The primary objective of this investigation is to empirically evaluate the influence of credit risk, proxying via Non-Performing Loans (NPLs), alongside liquidity risk, characterized by the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), regarding the Return on Asset (ROA) within state-owned banks in Indonesia. The analysis utilizes secondary datasets extracted from the quarterly financial statements of state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, procured from authoritative banking disclosures and the Indonesian Banking Statistics released by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The research approach used is quantitative associative causality through panel data regression analysis, with narrative presentation and interpretation of the results without the use of mathematical formulas. The main outcomes reveal that Non-Performing Loans possess a substantial negative influence on Return on Asset, implying that an escalation in Non-Performing Loans intensifies the burden on bank earnings due to elevated provisioning costs (CKPN). In contrast, the Loan to Deposit Ratio demonstrates a positive yet statistically insignificant influence on Return on Asset. This lack of significance is associated with the state-owned bank's policy of maintaining liquidity at a safe level, which has resulted in increased cost of funds and the operating expenses relative to operating income (BOPO) metric, thereby neutralizing the prospective profit gains resulting from vigorous credit growth. The deductions from this study highlight the necessity of reinforcing more proactive credit risk management and optimizing funding strategies to reduce operating costs and drive sustainable profitability.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on improving employee performance at the Grogol Urban Village Office, Limo District, Depok City. The work environment is a critical factor that can drive employee motivation, comfort, and productivity in carrying out their duties. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that several aspects of the work environment, such as workplace facilities, cleanliness, air circulation, and coworker relations, still need improvement. A supportive and comfortable work environment has been proven to enhance employee performance in terms of quality, quantity, responsibility, and attitude. Therefore, improving work environment conditions is a strategic step toward achieving optimal employee performance. Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to determine the influence of rewards and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Top Properti Indonesia, both partially and simultaneously. This type of associative research with a quantitative approach. The research sample was 73 respondents. The data analysis methods used in the research include instrument tests consisting of validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficients, coefficient of determination tests, hypothesis tests consisting of partial t tests and simultaneous f tests. The research results show that rewards have an influence on employee performance with a calculated t value > t table or (8.993 > 1,994) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a calculated t value > t table or (9.051 > 1,994) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Rewards and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a calculated F value > F table or (57.033 > 3.130.) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the R-square value show that Reward and Organizational Culture together have an influential contribution to employee performance variables of 62%, while the remaining 38% is influenced by other factors or variables that were not studied. Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Work Experience and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Pesat Servis Industri in South Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees of PT Pesat Servis Industri South Tangerang, totaling 60 respondents with a sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis techniques used data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, and hypothesis tests. The results showed that Work Experience had a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 10.654 + 0.741 X1, the correlation coefficient value was 0.772, the determination coefficient had a contribution of 57.9%, and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table (9.239> 2.002) which means H01 was rejected and Ha1 was accepted. The work environment significantly influences employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 6.211 + 0.892 X2, a correlation coefficient of 0.851, a coefficient of determination contributing 72.4%, and a hypothesis test showing a calculated t-value > t-table (12.338 > 2.002), indicating that H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. Work experience and work environment significantly influence employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 2.570 + 0.338 X1 + 0.637 X2, a correlation coefficient of 0.888, a coefficient of determination contributing 78.9%, and a hypothesis test showing a calculated F-value > F-table (106.472 > 3.16), indicating that H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted.
