Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of supervision and work discipline on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, at PT ISS Indonesia, Pondok Indah Mall 3 Area. The research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population of this study consists of all employees of PT ISS Indonesia, Pondok Indah Mall 3 Area, totaling 100 employees. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 80 respondents. Data collection was conducted through observation and questionnaire distribution. The data were then analyzed using instrument testing, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression analyses, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination with the assistance of SPSS software.The results indicate that supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 21.862 + 0.551X₁, a correlation coefficient of 0.746, and a coefficient of determination of 0.557 or 55.7%. The t-test result shows that t_calculated (11.250) is greater than t_table, indicating that the hypothesis is accepted. Work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 16.053 + 0.904X₂, a correlation coefficient of 0.746, and a coefficient of determination of 0.787. The t-test result shows that t_calculated (9.907) is greater than t_table, indicating that the hypothesis is accepted. Simultaneously, supervision and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as shown by the regression equation Y = 15.841 + 0.148X₁ + 0.697X₂, a correlation coefficient of 0.787, and a coefficient of determination of 55.7%, while the remaining 44.3% is influenced by other factors. The F-test result shows that F_calculated (64.508) is greater than F_table, leading to the conclusion that supervision and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT ISS Indonesia, Pondok Indah Mall 3 Area

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions for Huawei smartphones at Erafone Jombang Sudimara Branch in South Tangerang City partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative. In this study, the consumers of Erafone Jombang Sudimara Branch in South Tangerang City were 932 people and the sample determination used probability sampling with the 10% slovin formula, so a sample of 90 respondents was obtained. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the calculation of the t-test value were 7.640 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. then Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected, it can be stated that price (X1) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). The results of the calculation of the t-test value were 8.985 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. then Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected, it can be stated that product quality (X2) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Multiple linear regression analysis Y = 13,865 + 0.373 X1 + 0.373 X2, Based on the results of the study, it was found that the correlation value of the price variable (X1) and product quality (X2) was 0.772, meaning it had a strong level of relationship. Based on the R Square value of 0.772, this shows that 100% - 77.2%. the remainder is 22.8%. Based on the results of the analysis, namely the ANOVA test, the F count value was 64,089 while the F table (0.05) for n = 87 was 2.71. So F count> from F table (0.05) or 64,089> 2.71, with a significant level of 0.000 because 0.000 <0.05, it can be said that price (X1), product quality (X2) positively and significantly influence purchasing decisions (Y)..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and work discipline on employee performance at PT Indomarco Prismatama Pondok Cabe Area. This research method uses saturated sampling of 61 respondents. Data analysis uses the SPSS Version 26 program application. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, hypothesis test (t test and f test). The results of this study are work stress has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 78.5% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table (1.346> 2.001). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 78.5% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table (2.133> 2.001). Job stress and work discipline simultaneously significantly impact employee performance, with a regression of Y = 13.127 + 0.186 (X1) + 0.421 (X2). The coefficient of determination is 78.5%, while the remaining 21.5% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test yielded a calculated F value > F table, or (110.651 > 3.15).

Abstract

Abstract. Investment and financial management are fundamental foundations for achieving financial well-being. A sound understanding of investment enables individuals to manage their finances wisely. Stock price movements are influenced by a company’s fundamental conditions, and investors can understand the direction of these movements through fundamental analysis. This analysis is conducted by utilizing data contained in financial statements. One method of financial statement analysis is the use of financial ratios, including Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Dividend per Share (DPS). The research problem and objective of this study are to analyze the effect of ROE, DER, and DPS on stock prices of LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2024 period, both partially and simultaneously. This study is a quantitative research using secondary data, with a sample of 25 companies. The data analysis technique employed is panel data regression analysis using the fixed effect model. The results indicate that simultaneously ROE, DER, and DPS have a significant effect on stock prices, with an F-statistic value of 45.14212 and a probability of 0.000000 (< 0.05). Partially, DER has a t-statistic value of 78.72876 with a probability of 0.8369, indicating that DER does not have a significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, ROE, with a t-statistic value of 3.691637 and a probability of 0.0001 (< 0.05), and DPS, with a t-statistic value of 1.115248 and a probability of 0.0001, are concluded to have a significant effect on stock prices. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Life Balance and Leadership Style on Employe Performance at PT. China Comservice Indonesia in Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative ap-proach. The population and sample size consisted of 53 employes who are employes of PT. China Comservice Indonesia in Jakarta. Data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correla-tion coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis testing. And it was found that Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employe performance with the regression equation Y = 12.516 + 0.715X1. The hypothesis test yielded a t-value of (3.820 > 2.00856). Therefore, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employe performance with the regression equation Y = 17.812 + 0.617X2. The hypothesis test yielded a t-value of (7.350 > 2.00856), thus H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Work Life Balance and Leadership Style simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employe performance with the regression equation Y = 6.077 + 0.366X1 + 0.677X2. The hypothesis test yielded a calculated F-value > table F-value (32.458 > 3.18) followed by a signifi-cance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. From the above results, the recommendations are to reorganize job desk assignments and work-load, leaders need to be more open to receiving criticism, and to improve the quality of training effectively to enhance employe performance at PT. CCSI in Jakarta

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Brand Image (X₁) and Product Quality (X₂) on Purchase Decision (Y) at Mitra Data Store in Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD). The method used in this study is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sampling technique applied is probability sampling with the simple random sampling method, and the sample size is determined using the Slovin formula. The data analysis techniques used include regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that Brand Image (X₁) and Product Quality (X₂) have a significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y), with the regression equation Y = 8.091 + 0.662X₁ + 0.140X₂. The correlation coefficient shows a strong relationship with a value of 0.775. The coefficient of determination simultaneously influences the dependent variable by 0.601 or 60.1%. The simultaneous hypothesis test of Brand Image (X₁) and Product Quality (X₂) on Purchase Decision (Y) yields Fcount > Ftable (57.893 > 3.120); therefore, H₀ is rejected and H₃ is accepted. This indicates that Brand Image (X₁) and Product Quality (X₂) simultaneously affect Purchase Decision (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of mobile coffee cart businesses on the community and examine business development strategies as well as the application of Islamic economic principles in Pasir Pengaraian, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and literature review, involving mobile coffee cart business owners, consumers, and religious figures as informants. The findings indicate that mobile coffee cart businesses have a positive impact by improving access to coffee consumption, enhancing time efficiency, offering affordable prices, strengthening social interaction, and contributing to the local economy through job creation and new income sources. Business development strategies include maintaining consistent product quality, providing friendly and ethical services, setting fair and transparent prices, introducing menu innovations, utilizing social media for promotion, and applying Islamic entrepreneurial values. From an Islamic economic perspective, these practices generally reflect the principles of honesty, fairness, trustworthiness, and social responsibility, indicating that mobile coffee cart businesses function not only as community economic activities but also as a practical implementation of Islamic entrepreneurship with the potential to enhance community welfare and business sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the causal factors, forms, and strategies for handling work communication on employee performance in Depok Village, Pancoran Mas District, Depok City. The study used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews (FGD), and documentation. The research subjects consisted of 9 informants and one key informant. The results of the study indicate that employee work communication in the village has been running well, but there are still problems found triggered by ineffective communication, miscommunication between employees, differences of opinion between employees, lack of understanding of leadership instructions, and limited feedback in communication. Ineffective forms of work communication can cause miscommunication that is not optimally felt by employees so that it can affect employee performance and the quality of public services. However, most employees are able to deal with communication by carrying out the process of conveying and exchanging information, ideas, or instructions between members of the organization which is carried out formally or informally, with the aim of creating a common understanding and supporting the completion of joint tasks. Leadership support and a fairly positive work atmosphere help employees maintain their performance. These findings emphasize the importance of regular work communication evaluations, improving collaboration between employees, accelerating the flow of information, minimizing work errors, building harmonious work relationships, supporting responsive public services and open communication to create a healthy work environment so that employee performance remains optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Liquidity and Solvency, both partially and simultaneously on Financial Performance at PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk for the 2014-2024 period. The independent variables in this study are Liquidity measured using the Quick Ratio (QR) and Solvency measured using the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Meanwhile, the dependent variable is Financial Performance measured using Return On Equity. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The selected population is the financial statements of PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk, with the samples used being financial statements in the form of balance sheets and income statements for the 2014-2024 period. Based on the research results obtained partially, the liquidity variable has a significant influence on Financial Performance. The results of the study are proven by the significance value (0.022 < 0.05) and the value of │thitung│> ttable (│-2.828│ = 2.828> 2.30600), and the Solvency variable does not have a significant influence on Financial Performance. The results of the study are proven by the significance value (0.247> 0.05) and the value of │thitung│ < ttable (│-1.250│ = 1.250< 2.30600). While simultaneously there is a significant influence between the Liquidity and Solvency variables on Financial Performance. The results of the study are proven by the significance value (0.038 < 0.05) and the value of Fhitung> Ftable (5.052> 4.46).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Investment Decisions (Price Earnings Ratio), Financing Decisions (Debt to Equity Ratio), and Dividend Policy (Dividend Payout Ratio) on Firm Value (Price to Book Value) at PT Bukit Asam Tbk during the period 2015–2024. This research employs a quantitative associative approach using secondary data obtained from the company’s financial statements. The data analysis methods include descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests), simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (partial t-test and simultaneous F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that Investment Decisions (PER) have a negative and significant effect on Firm Value (PBV), with a t-value of –3.110 and a significance level of 0.021 < 0.05. Financing Decisions (DER) have a negative but insignificant effect on Firm Value (PBV), with a t-value of –0.137 and a significance level of 0.895 > 0.05. Meanwhile, Dividend Policy (DPR) also has no significant partial effect on Firm Value (PBV), with a t-value of 1.411 and a significance level of 0.208 > 0.05. The results of the simple linear regression analysis show that each independent variable has a different relationship with PBV. Simultaneously, the F-test results indicate that PER, DER, and DPR jointly have a significant effect on Firm Value (PBV), with an F-value of 7.927 and a significance level of 0.016 < 0.05. The R-square value is 0.799, indicating that 79.9% of the variation in Firm Value (PBV) can be explained by PER, DER, and DPR, while the remaining 20.1% is influenced by other variables outside the research model.
