Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job training and physical work environment on employee performance at PT Maxley BSD Tangerang during the 2024–2025 period. The research employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. The sample consisted of all 50 employees using a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²) with the assistance of SPSS version 27. The results show that partially, job training has no significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.960 > 0.05. In contrast, the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, job training and the physical work environment significantly affect employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.612 indicates that both variables explain 61.2% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 38.8% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan membuktikan secara empiristentang Pengaruh Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan, KebijakanDividen dan Tingkat Suku Bunga Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.Populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftardi Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2023, yaitu sebanyak 95 perusahaan.Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperolehsampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan, sehingga jumlah data yang diperoleh denganmasa observasi selama 5 tahun yaitu sebanyak 65 data observasi penelitian.Model analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi datapanel yang diproses melalui Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaKeputusan Investasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, KeputusanPendanaan berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan,Kebijakan Dividenberpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan Tingkat Suku Bunga tidakberpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.Sedangkan berdasarkan uji simultanmenunjukkan bahwa Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan, KebijakanDividen dan Tingkat Suku Bunga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadapNilai Perusahaan.Kata Kunci: Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan, Kebijakan Dividendan Tingkat Suku Bunga dan Nilai Perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Net Profit Margin (NPM) at PT Indofarma Tbk. The research method uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of annual financial reports for the period 2014–2023. The analysis used descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS 26. The results showed that the Current Ratio did not have a significant effect on the Net Profit Margin, with a significance value of 0.990 > 0.05 and a t-value (0.13) < t-table (2.306). Conversely, the Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant negative effect on Net Profit Margin, with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and t count (-5.891) > t table (2.306). Simultaneously, CR and DER have a significant effect on NPM with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination shows that CR and DER contribute 88% to the variation in NPM, while 12% is influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings confirm that capital structure, particularly DER, plays a more dominant role in influencing company profitability.

Abstract

Islamic mutual funds are investment instruments that have been growing rapidly and are considered to play an important role in promoting financial inclusion in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the contribution of Islamic mutual funds in expanding access to formal financial services and to identify the challenges faced in their development. The method employed is a literature review by analizing various studies, reports, and empirical data related to the growth of the Islamic mutual fund industry. The findings indicate that Islamic mutual funds can broaden public participation in investment through low entry capital requirements, compliance with sharia principles that enhance trust, and performance that remains competitive compared to conventional instruments. Digitalization further strengthens the distribution and accessibility of these products, particularly among younger generations. However, challenges such as low financial literacy, uneven product distribution, and limited innovation remain as barriers. Overall, Islamic mutual funds have the potential to serve as strategic instruments in realizing an inclusive and sustainable financial system in Indonesia. These findings imply the need for synergy among regulators, industry players, and educational institutions to strengthen financial literacy, expand distribution channels, and enhance innovation in the development of Islamic mutual funds.

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to analyze and empirically prove the influence of company growth, financing decisions, and dividend policies on company value at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT) for the period 2015-2024. The type of research used is quantitative research with an associative research method approach. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015-2024 for 10 years so that the number of data collected is 10 observation data. The data is processed using the Eviews 9 Statistics Program. Company growth is measured using the asset growth ratio formula, financing decisions are measured using the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) formula, dividend policy is measured using the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) formula, and company value is measured using the TobinsQ ratio formula. This study was conducted for 10 months from November 2024 to August 2025. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the t-statistic test show that partially the company's growth does not affect the company's value because the probability of company growth is 0.8212 > 0.05 and the t-statistic result is also obtained at 0.236164 < 2.44691, then the dividend policy does not affect the company's value because the probability of dividend policy is 0.7680 > 0.05 and the t-statistic result is also obtained at 0.308730 < 2.44691, but the funding decision affects the company's value because the probability of funding decision is 0.0082 < 0.05 and the t-statistic result is also obtained at 3.872155 > 2.44691. The results of the F-statistic test show that the company's growth, funding decisions, and dividend policy affect the company's value because the F-statistic is 6.405702 > 3.71 and the F-statistic probability is 0.026697 < 0.05. Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) both partially and simultaneously on the share price of PT Gudang Garam Tbk during the period 2014-2023. The research method used is a quantitative approach that is associative in nature, with simple and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population of this study is the financial statements of PT Gudang Garam Tbk and the samples taken are the financial position report, income statement, and stock price overview for the last 10 years from 2014-2023. The results showed that Return on Assets (ROA) had a significant effect on stock prices, with a significance value of 0.006 <0.05 and tcount 3.737> ttable 2.3646. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant effect on stock prices, with a significance value of 0.340> 0.05 and tcount 1.014 < t table 2.3646. Return On Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices, with a significance value of 0.016 <0.05 and an Fcount value of 7.884> Ftable 4.74. Abstract

This study aims to determine The Effect of Current Ratio and Total Asset Turn Over on Return on Equity at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2013-2024 Period, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial reports of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2013-2024 Period, obtained through the BEI (Indonesia Stock Exchange). The analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that partially the Current Ratio (X1) does not affect Return On Equity (Y) as seen from the results of the t-test which shows the Current Ratio (X1) with a significant value of >0,05, namely 0,170. Partially the Total Asset Turn Over (X2) affects Return On Equity (Y) as seen from the results of the t-test which shows the Total Asset Turn Over (X2) with a significant value of <0,05, namely 0,003. Simultaneously the Current Ratio (X1) and Total Asset Turn Over (X2) have a significant effect on Return On Equity (Y). This can be seen from the significant value of 0,002 while for the F table it is 4,10 so that the calculated F is 13,913 > F table of 4,10 (13,913 > 4,10) and the results of the determination coefficient show that the Current Ratio and Total Asset Turn Over on Return On Equity have an effect of 0,701 or 70,1% while the remaining 29,9% is influenced by other variables outside this regression model.

Abstract

Abstrak. The objective of this research is to know partially and simultaneously the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at Dominos’ Pizza Region Bekasi 2 Jakarta Timur. This research method is an associative study using a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were all 74 employees of the Dominos’ Pizza Region Bekasi 2 Jakarta Timur. While the sample used was 74 respondents using saturated sample technique. Data collection using, questionnaires, documentation, and literature study. Meanwhile, the data analysis used validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, linear regression, determination coefficient, and significant test (t test and F test). Based on the results of the study, the tcount value for the Motivation Variable (X1) on Performance (Y) is 6,460 > 1,669. It can be concluded that the Motivation variable has a positive influence on performance. The tcount for the Work Discipline (X2) variable on performance (Y) is 2.020 > 1.669. It can be concluded that the Work Discipline variable has significant effect on performance. Obtained multiple linear regression equation model Y = 6,903+ 0,190 X1 + 0,689 X2. The Coeffcient Correlation (R) value is 0.629, which means the correlation of Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in the Strong category (0.60 – 0.799) with the coefficient of determination adjusted R2 (adjusted R Square) of 0.395. This shows that 39.5% of Employee Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously (jointly) affect employee performance, while the remaining 60.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on the share price of PT XL Axiata Tbk. The research method used is a quantitative method with secondary data in the form of company financial reports for the 2014–2024 period obtained from the official website of PT XL Axiata Tbk. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25.0 through classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis testing. The results show that, partially, NPM does not have a significant effect on stock prices, as indicated by a significance value of 0.245 > 0.05. Conversely, DER has a significant effect on stock prices with a significance value of 0.024 < 0.05. Simultaneously, NPM and DER were proven to have an effect on the stock price of PT XL Axiata Tbk, as indicated by the F test results with a significance value of 0.036 < 0.05. These findings confirm that the company's capital structure, particularly the DER ratio, plays an important role in influencing stock price movements, while the effect of NPM is more limited in part.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja di Inspektorat Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif, penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh populasi berjumlah 70 pegawai melalui metode sensus sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan studi pustaka, kemudian dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan, kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Pelatihan dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun tidak langsung signifikan terhadap kinerja. Sebaliknya, kepuasan kerja terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, pelatihan dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja, yang menegaskan pentingnya kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.
