Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of capital structure, financial performance, and firm size on firm value in State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) listed in ISSI Index in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Firm value is measured using the Price to Book Value (PBV) rasio, capital structure is proxied by the Debt to Equity Rasio (DER), financial performance by Return on Assets (ROA), and firm size by company’s total assets. This research employs a quantitive approach using secondary data collected from the annual finansial reports of SOEs consistently included in the ISSI index during the 2020-2024 period. Data analysis was done using multiple linear regression with statistical software, E-Views. The result show that partially, capital structure has a positive effect on firm value, financial performance has no effect on firm value. effect on firm value, likewise firm size has no effect on firm value. Simultaneusly, the tree independent variables affect firm value. These findings imply that managing improving capital structure are strategic factor in increasing the firm value of Sharia-based SOEs. Meanwhile, finansial performance and firm size does not always reflect higher value from the investor’s perspective.

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine the Influence of Organizational Climate and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in our prewed studio. both partially and simultaneously. This type of research uses a quantitative method with a saturated sample of 50 respondents. The results of the analysis of work experience partially affect employee performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 17.209 + 0.572 X1. The correlation coefficient of 0.576 means it has a moderate level of relationship and a coefficient of determination of 33.2% means that performance is influenced by organizational climate by 66.8%. This is proven by the t test obtained t count value> t table (3.369> 2.010) and strengthened by a significant value <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Work discipline partially has a positive effect on employee performance, a simple linear regression equation Y = 23.129 + 0.432 X2. The correlation coefficient of 0.447 means it has a moderate relationship and a coefficient of determination of 20.0% means that performance is influenced by work discipline by 8%. This is proven by the t test obtained the calculated t value > t table (1.322 < 2.010) and is strengthened by a significance value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The results of the study of organizational climate and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance, the multiple linear regression equation Y = 14.218 + 0.470 X1 + 0.179 X2, the correlation coefficient of 0.596 means it has a moderate level of relationship and a determination coefficient of 35.6% means that performance is influenced by organizational climate and work discipline by 64.4%. the results of the F test hypothesis test obtained the calculated F value > F table (12.968 > 3.19) and is strengthened by a significance value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Abstract

This research is entitled “ Analysis of the influence of the Produk Arrangement, Design, Price, Promotion,and Service Quality, on Purchasing Decisions of the Banyuwangi Batik Heritage Store”. This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the variables of the product arrangement, design, price, promotion, and service quality on purchasing decisions. The population and sample in the research were customers of the Banyuwangi Batik Heritage Store. The sampling tchnique used was accidental sampling. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 20. The results showed that partially there was no influence of the variables of product arrangement, design, promotion, while the variables of price and service quality had a partial influence on purchasing decisions. For the variables of product arrangement, design, promotion, price, and service quality,there was a simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions with a calculated F values of 36.067.

Abstract

Abstrak. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of student talent interest development and school facilities on customer decisions at PKBM Generasi Juara in Depok, both partially and simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 85 respondents, the data analysis techniques used are: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, simple correlation coefficient test, multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination analysis test, t test and f test. Based on the results of the t test, the t count is 10.260> 1.989 and the significance value for the student talent interest variable (X1) is 0.000, the significant value is smaller than the probability value of 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the student talent interest variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the customer decision variable (Y). at PKBM Generasi Juara in Depok. Based on the results of the t test, the t value is 9.879> 1.989 and the significance value for the school facilities variable (X2) is 0.000, the significance value is greater than the probability value of 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the school facilities variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the customer decision variable (Y). at PKBM Generasi Juara in Depok. Based on the results of the f test, the calculated f value is 81.621> 3.11 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Abstract

This study aims to determine the review of Islamic law on Mekar loans in Sigala-Gala Village. This type of research is qualitative. The subjects in this study are the people of Sigala-Gala Village who are Mekar customers as many as 10 people. Then the object of research is the review of Islamic law on mekar loans. The research data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Then the data validity checking technique used is credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results found are that loans in Mekar are still classified as containing usury, because in practice loans in Mekar still take fines for late returns, this is not in accordance with the principles of justice, and help. Islam also prohibits the existence of unfairness in borrowing, based on this, loans at Mekar are not yet sharia principles.

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at the Alam Sutera Joint Animal Practice Clinic, South Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sample population of 99 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques in this study are validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, partial T tests and simultaneous F tests. The results of the linear regression equation between service quality and price on customer satisfaction are Y = 7.073 + 0.197 X1 + 0.620 X2. The correlation coefficient is 0.768 with an interval between 0.600 - 0.799 which indicates a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination obtained R square of 0.589 means that service quality and price together have a contribution of 58.9% to customer satisfaction. While the remaining 41.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the partial t test show that the variable of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction where the calculated t value is 7.665 > t table 1.661 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that Service Quality has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. The partial t test of the Price variable on Customer Satisfaction where the calculated t value is 11.195 > t table 1.661 with a significant 0.000 < 0.05. This means that Price has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. The results of the simultaneous F test obtained a calculated F value of 66.807 > F table 3.09. This is also strengthened by a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be said that Service Quality and Price have a simultaneous effect on Customer Satisfaction at the Joint Veterinary Practice Clinic Alam Sutra South Tangerang Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on purchasing decisions of Nibras Hijab consumers in South Tangerang both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a data collection method with a sampling technique of 97 respondents. Data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests. The results show that price (X1) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a regression equation of Y = 2.180 + 0.892X1. The correlation coefficient value is 0.756 The determination value is 57.2%. The hypothesis test shows t count> t table (11.270> 1.660). Promotion (X2) also has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a regression equation of Y = 7.811 + 0.754X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.705 The determination value is 49.7%. Hypothesis test shows t count > t table (9.690 > 1.660), price (X1) and promotion (X2) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 0.522 + 0.612X1 + 0.344X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.619 and the determination value is 61.9%, and the hypothesis test shows F count > F table (76.295 > 3.093). Keywords: price,promotion, purchase decision

Abstract

Total Asset Turnover on the stock price of PT Ramayan Lestari Sentosa Tbk. The research method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach and the data used is secondary data, namely the financial statements of PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk. For 12 (twelve) years that have been made into time series data. Data analysis in this study uses classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of this study are multiple linear regression equations of Y = -3.041,598 + 97,357X1 + 75,435X2 + 349,385X3. So Return On Assets has a significance value of 0,021. This value is smaller than 0,05. While the calculated t is 2,852, its value is from the t table of 2,306 so that Return On Assets has a significant effect on the stock price variable. While the results of the Debt to Equity Ratio have a significance value of 0,055, the value is greater than 0,05. While for the calculated t 2,245 is smaller than the t table of 2,306 so that this Debt to Equity Ratio does not affect the stock price variable. Same as the Total Assets Turnover, the significance value is only 0,181, which is greater than 0,05 so that the partial significant results on the stock price variable are accepted. But the calculated t 1,463 is rejected because it is smaller than the t table of 2,306. So that Total Assets Turnover has no effect on the stock price. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial bootstrapping, financial behavior, and financial literacy on the financial performance of MSMEs (case study of MSME Night Market Ngarsopuro in Surakarta). This research employs a quantitative approach using Slovin's formula, involving 135 respondents from MSMEs at the Night Market Ngarsopuro in Surakarta. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 27. The data analysis methods used in this study include descriptive statistics, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination (R²) test.The results of the t-test indicate that financial bootstrapping, financial behavior, and financial literacy have a significant effect on financial performance. The F-test results show a calculated F value of 62.451 with a significance value (p-value) of = 0.000 < 0.05, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the regression model is appropriate for predicting the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination (R²) obtained is = 0.579, indicating that the contribution of the independent variables to the dependent variable is = 57.9%. The remaining (100% - 57.9%) = 42.1% is influenced by other variables outside the model, such as capital structure, financial technology and others.

Abstract

Abstrak. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on customer satisfaction at PT Maztrans Global Indo. This research method uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were customers at PT Maztrans Global Indo with a sample of 81 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire technique. The data analysis used was data instrument test, classical assumption test, linear regression test, correlation test, and determination test using the SPSS version 26 program. The results of partial hypothesis testing between service quality and customer satisfaction obtained a t value of 3.008 > 1.99125 with a significance level of 0.004 < 0.05, so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. The results of partial hypothesis testing between promotion and customer satisfaction obtained a t value of 3.088 > 1.99125 with a significance level of 0.187 < 0.05, so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing with a value of Fcount 42,563 > Ftable 3.12 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the coefficient of determination of service quality and promotion simultaneously contribute to the customer satisfaction variable of 52,2%, while the remaining 47,8% is caused by other variables Keywords: Service Quality, Promotion and Customer Satisfaction
