Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction at Matahari Depok Town Square Depok, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research uses an associative quantitative method. The sampling technique uses random samples using the slovin technique and 99 consumers were obtained as respondents. The results of the analysis show: Service Quality has an effect on consumer satisfaction at Matahari Depok Town Square, as evidenced by the value of the equation t count> t table or 2.591> 1.987, thus H0.1 is rejected and Ha.1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant effect between Service Quality (X1) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) at Matahari Depok Town Square. Price partially has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at Matahari Depok Town Square, as evidenced by the value of t count> t table or 4.855> 1.987, thus H0.2 is rejected and Ha.2 is accepted, where there is a positive and significant effect between Price (X2) on Purchasing Decisions (Y) at Matahari Depok Town Square. Service quality and price simultaneously have an influence on consumer satisfaction at Matahari Depok Two Square, as evidenced by the Fcount of 198.221 and the Ftable value of 0, while the Ftable value at the 0.05 level with df 1 (number of variables -1) 3-1 = 2, and df 2 (n-k-1) or = 99-2-1 = 96 obtained the Ftable value of 3.09. So it can be concluded that Fcount> Ftable (198.221> 3.09) and the Ftable value <0.05 (0 <0.05), then Ha is rejected, so it can be concluded that Service Quality and Price together have an influence on Consumer Satisfaction. Abstract

Market economic transactions operate based on price mechanisms, ensuring that transactions are fair for all participating parties, and prices must also reflect fairness. This research is conducted to draw conclusions and formulate them in written text, serving as a theoretical foundation, a guideline for problem-solving, and for developing hypotheses that need to be tested. Economic equilibrium occurs when supply equals demand. Islam contributes comprehensively to the economy. The main pillars of Islamic economics are the ethical and moral aspects of Islam itself. The equilibrium of market mechanisms and price determination from an Islamic perspective has been explained by Islamic economic scholars.

Abstract

.  This study aims to examine the impact of Communication and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Madani Solusi Internasional, both individually and simultaneously. A quantitative method was applied in this research. The population consisted of 55 respondents, and the sampling technique used was a saturated sampling method, resulting in a total sample of 55 respondents. Data analysis was conducted through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing.The results showed that Communication (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), as indicated by the regression equation Y = 12.534 + 0.610 X1 and the t-test result where t- count > t-table (5.608 > 2.006), thus H0₁ is rejected and Ha₁ is accepted. Similarly, the Physical Work Environment (X2) has a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y), as shown by the regression equation Y = 12.437 + 0.624 X2 and the t-test result where t- count > t-table (5.224 > 1.670), hence H0₂ is rejected and Ha₂ is accepted.Furthermore, the simultaneous effect of Communication (X1) and Physical Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) was also found to be significant. The regression equation obtained is Y = 7.969 + 0.398 X1 + 0.339 X2, with the F-test result showing F-count > F- table (19.448 > 3.18), indicating that H0₃ is rejected and Ha₃ is accepted. This means that both Communication and Physical Work Environment simultaneously have a significant impact on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja karyawan merupakan faktor penting dalam menjaga stabilitas dan produktivitas perusahaan, khususnya di PT. Mutiara Nusantara Globalindo yang menghadapi tingginya tingkat ketidakhadiran dan keterlambatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja, dan Work-Life Balance terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan metode kuantitatif cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan tetap (75 responden) dan dianalisis menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan dengan kemampuan menjelaskan sebesar 52,6%. Secara parsial, semua variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dengan Work-Life Balance sebagai faktor paling dominan. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, beban kerja yang proporsional, dan keseimbangan hidup–kerja menjadi kunci peningkatan kepuasan kerja. Disarankan penelitian selanjutnya memperluas objek dan menambah variabel seperti kompensasi atau gaya kepemimpinan.

partially and simultaneously on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk for the 2015-2024 period. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study employs SPSS version 25, wich includes classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation), multiple regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient determination tests, and hypothesis tests (t-test and F-test). Based on the partial test results, the Current Ratio has ni significant effect on Return On Assets, as indicated by the value of Tcount < Ttable or |-1,600| < (2,364) with a Sig. value of 0,154 > 0,05. Based on the pertial the reasults, the Debt to Asset Ratio also has no significant effect on Return On Assets, as indicated by the value of Tcount < Ttabel or |-1,401| < (2,364) with a Sig. value of 0,204 > 0,05. However, based on the simultaneous test results, both variabels the Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio do not have a significant effect on Return On Assets, as indicated by the value of Fcount < Ftable or (1,582) > (4,74) with a Sig. value of 0,271 > 0,05.

Abstract

. This study aims to reveal the influence of the board of commissioners, board of directors, and audit committee on financial performance, with audit quality as a moderating variable. This research uses a quantitative method. The population in this study consists of energi sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2021–2024. The sampling technique is based on purposive sampling. From a population of 90 companies in the energi sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, applying the sample selection criteria resulted in 10 companies, producing a total of 40 observations. The statistical tool used in this study is EViews 12, and the analysis technique applied is panel data regression.The results of this study indicate that, simultaneously, the board of commissioners, board of directors, and audit committee have an effect on financial performance. Partial testing shows that the board of commissioners does not affect financial performance, the board of directors does not affect financial performance, while the audit committee does affect financial performance. Furthermore, the results of the moderating regression analysis (MRA) show that audit quality does not moderate the relationship between the board of commissioners and financial performance, but audit quality does moderate the relationship between the board of directors and financial performance, as well as the relationship between the audit committee and financial performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Work Responsibility on Employee Performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Ciputat Branch, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 116 employees using the sampling technique using slovin sampling and obtained a sample of 90 respondents. This research uses SPSS version 26. Data analysis was carried out using simple and multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, t test, and F test. The results of the study indicate that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the regression equation Y = 10.302 + 0.748 X1, with a correlation value of 0.973 (very strong) and a determination of 94.7%. The results of the t test show that t count is 8.972 greater than t table 1.987 with a significance of 0.000. Job Responsibility is also proven to have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, based on the regression equation Y = 9.305 + 0.765 X2, with a correlation value of 0.984 (very strong) and a determination of 96.9%. The t-test shows a calculated t of 8.438 > t table 1.987 with a significance of 0.000. Simultaneously, Organizational Culture and Job Responsibility have a significant influence on Employee Performance with a regression equation Y = 4.352 + 0.471 X1 + 0.431 X2, a correlation coefficient of 0.985 (very strong), a determination of 97.0%, and a calculated F value of 39.537 > F table 3.101 (significance of 0.000). It can be concluded that both variables have a significant influence on performance.

The results show that leadership style (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), as indicated by a t-value of  3.580 > t-table 1.290 and a significance level of 0.000 > 0.05. Meanwhile, work ethic (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 11.482 > t-table 1.290 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, leadership style and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by an F-value of 64.706 > F-table 3.09 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. In conclusion, employee performance at PT Nusalima Digdaya Nusantara can be improved by strengthening work ethic while continuously developing effective leadership practices.

Abstract

This research aims to design Instagram feed designs as a digital promotional medium to increase brand awareness at Nawak Gym Singosari. Based on observations, conventional promotional methods were considered less effective, while the utilization of Instagram as a promotional platform had not been optimally developed. This study employs an action research method using the spiral model consisting of two cycles, each including the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires involving 30 respondents, including gym owners, staff, design experts, marketing experts, and potential members. The effectiveness of the Instagram feed designs was measured using a rating scale technique across two research cycles. The results show that the effectiveness score increased from 2.7 in the first cycle to 4.4 in the second cycle, indicating a significant improvement. The developed Instagram feed designs proved to be highly effective as a promotional medium, enhancing audience attention, interest, and brand identity. Therefore, the @nawakgym Instagram feed design is recommended for implementation as an effective and sustainable digital promotional strategy.
