Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian Mobil Lcgc Honda Brio Di Honda Pondok Pinang Jakarta Selatan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan melibatkan para konsumen yang berjumlah 103 responden sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi Y= 24,004 + 0,740 X1. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel (8,061 > 1,984) dan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,050 (0,001 < 0,050). Oleh karena itu, H₀1 ditolak dan Hₐ1 diterima artinya secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Brand image berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi Y=25,884 + 0.653 X2. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (6,569 > 1,984) dan nilai signifikansi berada di bawah batas 0,050 (0,001 < 0,050). Dengan demikian, H₀2 ditolak dan Hₐ2 diterima artinya secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kemudian harga dan brand image berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi berganda Y = 5,387 + 0,706 X1 + 0,613 X2. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai fhitung > f tabel atau (95,058 > 3,090) dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 di terima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara harga dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian Mobil Lcgc Honda Brio Di Honda Pondok Pinang Jakarta Selatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh suasana kafe dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen The Harvest Depok, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan melibatkan para konsumen yang berjumlah 68 responden sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh suasana kafe berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan persamaan regresi Y = 30,318 + 0,318 X1. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel (2,868 > 1,997) dan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,050 (0,001 < 0,050). Oleh karena itu, H₀1 ditolak dan Hₐ1 diterima artinya secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara suasana kafe terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan persamaan regresi Y = 19,376 + 0,562 X2. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (7,010 > 1,997) dan nilai signifikansi berada di bawah batas 0,050 (0,001 < 0,050). Dengan demikian, H₀2 ditolak dan Hₐ2 diterima artinya secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kemudian suasana kafe dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan persamaan regresi berganda Y = 10,163 + 0,236 X1 + 0,532 X2. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai fhitung > f tabel atau (Fhitung 30,807 > Ftabel 2,750) dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 di terima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara suasana kafe dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada The Harvest Depok.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Work Motivation, Compensation, and Work Environment on Organizational Commitment among working students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Budi Luhur University. This research employs a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method and involves 110 working students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Budi Luhur University. Data were collected through a Likert scale (1–5) questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS version 4.0. The results indicate that Work Motivation, Compensation, and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, with the Work Environment being the most dominant factor (coefficient = 0.536; t = 9.915; p = 0.000). Overall, these three variables explain 70.6% of the variation in Organizational Commitment (R² = 0.706), while the remaining 29.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings suggest that organizations should enhance work motivation through reward programs, ensure fair and equitable compensation systems, and create a comfortable and supportive work environment to strengthen the commitment of working students to their organizations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how the value of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2021-2023 is influenced by CSR, Dividend Policy, and leverage. Tobin's Q Tobin was used to determine the value of the company in this study, and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) were used as independent variables. Using quantitative methodology and multiple linear regression analysis, this study examined 84 observations from 28 selected business actors using purposive sample strategy. However, 18 data points were eliminated because they were identified as extreme data. The elimination was carried out to maintain the validity of the results, avoid estimation bias, and ensure that the multiple linear regression model met the classical assumptions more accurately, leaving 66 companies as the objects of the study. The analysis findings show that, in contrast to CSR and leverage, Dividend Policy has a positive and substantial impact on the value of the company. The findings indicate that the distribution of dividends is an important financial signal for investors in assessing the company's prospects, while the implementation of CSR and debt-based funding structures have not been the main determinants in assessing the company's value. The practical implications of this study are the importance of Dividend Policy consistency as a strategy to increase corporate value, as well as the need to strengthen the integration of CSR programs in corporate strategies to create more sustainable value in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Brand Image and Brand Awareness partially and simultaneously on the Purchase Decision of Homyped Shoes at Ramayana Mall Cikupa Tangerang. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The Sampling Technique used is a probability sampling technique in the form of simple random sampling. The results of the study show that Brand Image has a positive and significant effect partially, this is evidenced by the calculated t value> t table (9.613> 1.984). This is also strengthened by the p value <Sig.0.05 or (0.000 <0.05), a correlation value of 0.697 meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination is 48.5%. Brand Awareness also has a positive and significant effect partially, as evidenced by the calculated t value> t table or (11.187>1.984). This is further supported by a p-value <Sig 0.05, or (0.000 < 0.05), a correlation value of 0.749, indicating a strong relationship between the two variables. The coefficient of determination is 56.1%. Brand Image and Brand Awareness simultaneously have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, as evidenced by the calculated F-value > F-table, or (68.607 > 3.09). This is further reinforced by a p-value <Sig 0.05, or (0.000 < 0.05). A correlation value of 0.764 indicates a strong relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The coefficient of determination, or simultaneous contribution of influence, is 58.4%, while the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and interpersonal communication on employee performance at the Depok City Trade Apparatus Competency Development Center (Pusbangkom), both partially and simultaneously. This study was conducted using quantitative methods with a sample size of 55 respondents. The data analysis techniques used were: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination analysis test, t-test, and f-test. The results showed that training had a positive and significant effect on performance, as indicated by the regression equation Y=14.361 + 0.616 X1. The correlation coefficient indicates a strong relationship of 0.664. The coefficient of determination of the training variable indicates that the contribution of Training to Performance is 44%. The t-test produces a calculated T value of 6.468 > T table 2.006 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Interpersonal Communication also has a positive and significant effect on performance, as shown by the regression equation Y=15.752 + 0.584 X2. The correlation coefficient indicates a strong relationship of 0.668, and the coefficient of determination of the interpersonal communication variable indicates that Interpersonal Communication contributes 45% to Performance. The t-test produced a calculated T value of 6.541 > T table 2.006 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, Training and Interpersonal Communication have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, as shown by the regression equation Y = 9.487 + 0.380X1 +0.367X2. The correlation coefficient indicates a strong relationship of 0.744. The simultaneous coefficient of determination indicates that the contribution of training and interpersonal communication is 55%. The F test produced a calculated F value of 32.185 > F table 3.18 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that Training and Interpersonal Communication partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on the decision to purchase printing services at CV Rahuma Cahaya Jaya Digital Printing in Puribeta, Tangerang City. The study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 97 respondents. Data analysis was conducted through instrument testing, classical assumption testing, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient testing, t-testing, F-testing, and coefficient of determination testing. The results of the study indicate that product quality and service quality each have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, both variables also have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The regression model obtained is Y = 19.112 – 0.025 X1 + 0.904 X2 with a coefficient of determination value of 63.7%, which shows that most of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by product quality and service quality, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. These findings confirm that improving product quality and service quality are important strategies in increasing consumer purchasing decisions in printing services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the influence of compensation and work balance on employee performance at PT New Living Indonesia Tangerang Banten both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample technique with a sample of 82 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, simple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are compensation has a positive effect on employee performance with a regression equation value of Y = 17,195 + 0.610 X1, a correlation coefficient of 0.642 meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The determination value is 41.3% while the remaining 58.7% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value> t table or (7.498> 1.990). Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted meaning there is a significant influence of compensation on employee performance. Work-life balance has a positive effect on employee performance with the regression equation value Y = 7.163 + 0.581 X2. The correlation coefficient is 0.793, meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship. The determination value is 62.9% while the remaining 37.1% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value > t table or (11.644 > 1.990). Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between work-life balance and employee performance. Compensation and work-life balance have a positive effect on employee performance simultaneously with the equation Y = 6.907 +0.065 X1 + 0.542 X2. The correlation coefficient value or the level of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is obtained at 0.794, meaning that it has a strong relationship. The determination coefficient value simultaneously is 63.1% while the remaining 36.9% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test yielded a calculated F value > F table, or (67.476 > 3.112). Therefore, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means there is a significant simultaneous effect between compensation and work-life balance on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of recruitment and selection on employee performance at PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk Sentul. The research employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 55 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression. The results show that partially, recruitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.299 + 0.715X, a t-value of 7.752, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The correlation coefficient of 0.729 indicates a strong relationship, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 53.1%. Selection also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.122 + 0.709X, a t-value of 10.846, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The correlation coefficient of 0.830 indicates a very strong relationship, with an R² value of 68.9%. Simultaneously, the multiple regression analysis produced the equation Y = 6.165 + 0.193X₁ + 0.576X₂. The selection variable has a significant effect (0.000 < 0.05), while recruitment is not significant (0.113 > 0.05). The F-test result of 61.889 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 indicates that recruitment and selection simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.839 shows a very strong relationship, with a combined contribution of 70.4%..

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital intensity and Sales Growth on Tax Avoidance with Inventory Intensity as a moderating variable. The research was conducted on Property and Real Estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2020–2024. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, resulting in 13 companies as research samples. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of companies’ annual financial statements. The independent variables in this study are Capital intensity (X1) and Sales Growth (X2), the dependent variable is Tax Avoidance (Y), and the moderating variable is Inventory Intensity (Z). Panel data regression analysis was employed using EViews version 12, and the best estimation model selected was the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results show that simultaneously Capital intensity and Sales Growth have a significant effect on Tax Avoidance. Partially, Capital intensity has no effect on Tax Avoidance, while Sales Growth has a significant effect on Tax Avoidance. Furthermore, the moderation test indicates that Inventory Intensity does not moderate the relationship between Capital intensity and Tax Avoidance, but it is able to moderate the relationship between Sales Growth and Tax Avoidance.
