Abstract

Entrepreneurship among students is seen as a relevant alternative strategy in response to limited formal employment opportunities while encouraging economic independence. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence students' interest in entrepreneurship, with an emphasis on students who run dim sum businesses as a form of independent entrepreneurship. This study applies a descriptive qualitative approach with research subjects being dim sum business students selected purposively. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and direct observation of the production process, marketing activities, and interactions with consumers. The results show that students' interest in entrepreneurship is influenced by several main factors, including economic incentives as the most dominant factor, practical experience in business management, social support, and the flexibility of the business type, which allows students to balance their academic and entrepreneurial activities. Direct involvement in business activities also contributes to increasing students' confidence and readiness in managing businesses independently. These findings confirm that practical experience and a supportive environment play an important role in fostering students' interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah pola konsumsi dan gaya pengelolaan keuangan generasi digital. Sebagai mayoritas muslim, generasi ini membutuhkan instrumen keuangan yang tidak hanya profit-oriented namun juga sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Islamic Wealth Management (IWM) menawarkan kerangka pengelolaan harta yang seimbang antara kebutuhan dunia dan akhirat. Kehadiran fintech P2P lending syariah menjadi solusi digital bagi generasi muda untuk berinvestasi dan mendukung sektor produktif secara halal.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi literatur untuk menganalisis strategi optimalisasi IWM melalui fintech syariah. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan fintech dapat menjadi sarana efektif untuk mengimplementasikan IWM, namun hambatan seperti rendahnya literasi syariah, risiko gagal bayar, dan keterbatasan sosialisasi masih perlu diatasi. Integrasi edukasi syariah, inovasi teknologi, serta tata kelola yang transparan menjadi kunci keberhasilan optimalisasi IWM di era digital.

Abstract

Employee performance is a critical factor in achieving organizational goals, particularly in government institutions such as the Samosir Regency Tourism Office. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at the Samosir Regency Tourism Office. The research employs an associative quantitative approach, with a population of all 68 employees of the office, taken as a census sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that both organizational culture and work discipline partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.716 indicates that the two independent variables contribute 71.6% to the variation in employee performance. The practical implication of this research is the need for the Tourism Office to strengthen an organizational culture oriented towards innovation, results, and teamwork, as well as to improve work discipline through rule enforcement, effective supervision, and a clear system of rewards and sanctions. These findings can serve as a reference for improving human resource management and enhancing public services in the tourism sector.

Abstract

Employee performance is a key factor in achieving organizational goals, especially in government institutions such as the Simalungun Regent's Office. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance. The research uses an associative quantitative approach with a population of all employees of the Simalungun Regent's Office, totaling 50 people, taken as a census sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that transformational leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.612 indicates that the two independent variables contribute 61.2% to the variation in employee performance. The practical implication of this research is the need for leaders to consistently apply transformational leadership and strengthen an organizational culture oriented toward performance and public service. This research can be a reference for human resource development in local government environments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas perkembangan industri kreatif di Indonesia menunjukkan pertumbuhan yang signifikan, salah satunya ditandai dengan meningkatnya popularitas budaya pop Jepang seperti anime, manga, cosplay, dan musik Jepang. Fenomena ini mendorong penyelenggaraan berbagai event pop-culture Jepang di berbagai daerah, termasuk di Kota Solo. Komunitas Tenka sebagai salah satu komunitas penggerak budaya pop Jepang di Solo secara konsisten menyelenggarakan event yang mampu menarik minat pengunjung dalam jumlah besar. Meskipun pemanfaatan media sosial Instagram sebagai instrumen promosi sudah dilakukan secara intensif, efektivitasnya bersama faktor fasilitas dan motivasi terhadap keputusan berkunjung belum terukur secara kuantitatif. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh promosi digital Instagram, fasilitas, serta motivasi pengunjung secara parsial terhadap keputusan berkunjung pada kegiatan Komunitas Tenka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data diperoleh dari 96 responden yang merupakan pengunjung event Komunitas Tenka, berdomisili di wilayah Solo Raya, dan aktif menggunakan media sosial Instagram. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS, serta didukung oleh uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis parsial (uji t).Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi promosi melalui Instagram dan faktor motivasi pengunjung memegang peranan positif serta signifikan dalam menentukan keputusan berkunjung. Sementara itu, fasilitas tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan, yang mengindikasikan bahwa pengunjung lebih berfokus pada nilai pengalaman, interaksi sosial, dan konten acara dibandingkan aspek kenyamanan fisik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah penyelenggara event perlu lebih fokus pada optimasi fitur interaktif di Instagram dan penguatan konten yang mampu memicu motivasi emosional audiens, seperti menghadirkan bintang tamu yang relevan dan membangun atmosfer komunitas, karena faktor-faktor tersebut lebih dominan dalam mendorong kehadiran dibandingkan kemegahan fasilitas fisik di lokasi acara.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of the physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Alsun Suksesindo, North Jakarta. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, resulting in a sample of 71 respondents. Data analysis techniques included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that the physical work environment variable has a simple linear regression equation of Y = 13.583 + 0.701X1. The correlation coefficient value is 0.720, which falls into the strong category. The coefficient of determination shows that variable X1 influences employee performance by 51.9%. The significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, and the calculated t-count is 8.628 > t-table 1.995, leading to the conclusion that the physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. The work discipline variable has a simple linear regression equation of Y = 8.270 + 0.806X2. The correlation coefficient value of r = 0.905 is categorized as very strong. The coefficient of determination shows that variable X2 influences employee performance by 81.9%. The significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, and the calculated t-count is 17.663 > t-table 1.995, indicating that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. The results for the physical work environment and work discipline variables have a multiple linear regression equation of Y = 6.788 + 0.121X1 + 0.725X2. The correlation coefficient value of r = 0.909 is categorized as very strong. The coefficient of determination indicates that variables X1 and X2 jointly influence employee performance by 82.6%. The F-test results show that F-count 161.426 > F-table 3.132 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 This means that simultaneously, of the physical work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The development of the digital economy and increasing demands for business sustainability are encouraging MSMEs to adapt to changes in the business environment. However, in practice, MSMEs still face various challenges in maintaining business sustainability, such as limited environmentally friendly innovation and weak supply chain integration. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of digital transformation, green innovation, and supply chain integration on business sustainability in MSMEs in Bekasi Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. The unit of analysis in this study is MSME actors, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data were analyzed using classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression. The results show that, partially, digital transformation does not have a significant effect on business sustainability, while green innovation and supply chain integration have a significant effect. Simultaneously, digital transformation, green innovation, and supply chain integration have a significant effect on business sustainability, indicating that environmentally friendly innovation and supply chain integration play an important role in supporting the sustainability of MSME businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and wages on employee performance at PT Jaya Utama Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. Amidst intense industrial competition, human resource management has become a key factor in maintaining company productivity through appropriate workload management and fair compensation.The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique employed is total sampling (saturated sampling), involving all 80 employees as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test).The results show that partially, workload has a significant effect on employee performance with a t > t table(2.672 > 1.991) and a significance value of 0.009 < 0.05. Similarly, wages also have a significant effect on employee performance with a tcoun > t table (7.856 > 1.991) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, workload and wages have a significant combined effect on employee performance, evidenced by an F > F table (74. 402 > 3.115) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination analysis shows an R-Square value of $0.659$, indicating that workload and wages contribute 65.9% to employee performance, while the remaining 34.1% is influenced by other factors outside this study. In conclusion, workload and wages collectively have a siignificant impact on employee performance at PT Jaya Utama Tangerang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions at Café Ngunjuk Indonesia in Tangerang Regency both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sample in this study amounted to 99 respondents. Data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis (r2), partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (f test). The results of this study are a discussion of the effect of service quality (X1) and promotion (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y), as follows: The product quality variable (X1) has a very significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y), it can be seen based on the results of the correlation coefficient test, which is 0.945, meaning that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship. Based on the value of the coefficient of determination or contribution of its influence is 89.4% while the rest (100% -89.4%) = 10.6% is influenced by other factors. The promotion variable (X2) has a significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y), as evidenced by the correlation coefficient test, which is 0.951, indicating a very strong relationship between the two variables. The coefficient of determination, or contribution, accounts for 90.4% of the influence, while the remaining 9.6% (100%-90.4%) is influenced by other factors. The product quality (X1) and promotion (X2) variables significantly influence purchasing decisions (Y), as evidenced by the correlation coefficient test, or the level of relationship between the independent and dependent variables, of 0.929, indicating a very strong relationship. The coefficient of determination, or contribution, simultaneously accounts for 93.2% of the influence, while the remaining 6.8% (100%-93.2%) is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This investigation is designed to investigate the impact of leadership style and work stress on attrition intention, with job satisfaction serving as a mediating variable, among Generation Z employees of PT Win Era Digital. A saturated sampling technique was employed to select a sample of all Gen Z employees, resulting in a total of approximately 80 individuals. The study employed a quantitative explanatory approach. The direct and indirect effects were both tested using the Sobel test, and data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using simple regression data analysis techniques. In Generation Z employees at PT Win Era Digital, the results indicated that turnover intention was significantly and negatively influenced by leadership style, while turnover intention was significantly and positively influenced by job stress. A leadership style that is effective can reduce the likelihood of employees leaving the organization, whereas increased job stress actually promotes an increase in turnover intention. Furthermore, leadership style has a beneficial impact on job satisfaction, whereas work stress has a detrimental impact on it. Research has also demonstrated that job satisfaction has a detrimental impact on turnover intention and partially mediates the impact of leadership style and job stress on turnover intention.
