Abstract

Abstract - The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational communication and the physical work environment on employee performance at CV Wahana Sukses Makmur. The research method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique employed is saturated sampling, involving 63 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing with the assistance of SPSS version 30. The results of this study indicate that organizational communication has a significant effect on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination of 52.5%, and the hypothesis test shows that the calculated t-value is greater than the t-table value (8.214 > 2.000). The physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination of 48.8%, and the hypothesis test shows that the calculated t-value is greater than the t-table value (7.618 > 2.000). Simultaneously, organizational communication and the physical work environment have a significant effect on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 2.565 + 0.563X₁ + 0.297X₂. The coefficient of determination is 55.7%, while the remaining 44.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The hypothesis test shows that the calculated F-value is greater than the F-table value (37.783 > 2.758).

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of production costs and operating costs partially and simultaneously on the net profit of PT Mayora Indah Tbk. This research employs a quantitative method using secondary data in the form of the company’s annual financial statements for the period 2013–2024. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination, after first performing classical assumption tests. The results of the study indicate that partially, production costs do not have a significant effect on net profit. This is evidenced by a significance value of 0.052 > 0.05 and a t-value of 2.238 < t-table of 2.262, indicating that the null hypothesis (H₀) is accepted and the alternative hypothesis (H₁) is rejected. Operating costs partially also do not have a significant effect on net profit, as shown by a significance value of 0.880 > 0.05 and a t-value of 0.156 < t-table of 2.262, indicating that the null hypothesis (H₀) is accepted and the alternative hypothesis (H₂) is rejected. However, simultaneously, production costs and operating costs have a significant effect on the net profit of PT Mayora Indah Tbk, as indicated by an F-value of 6.964 > F-table of 4.26 with a significance level of 0.015 < 0.05. Therefore, the null hypothesis (H₀) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H₃) is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that although each variable does not have a significant effect partially, production costs and operating costs simultaneously provide a significant contribution to changes in the company’s net profit.

Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to determine the effect of Company Size, Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Return on Investment (ROI) on Stock Prices at PT Kalbe Farma Tbk for the period 2015–2024, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data used are secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk published through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data analysis techniques used include descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test), and coefficient of determination (R²) tests. The results of the study indicate that partially, Company Size, Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Return on Investment (ROI) do not significantly influence the stock price of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk. Simultaneously, Company Size, Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Return on Investment (ROI) also have no significant effect on stock price. The coefficient of determination indicates that Company Size, NPM, and ROI only explain a small portion of the stock price variation, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside the research model.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Employee Productivity in the Cutting Department at PT KNH Garmindo Jaya Bogor. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 50 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing test with the help of SPSS software version 27. The results of this study are leadership style has a significant effect on employee productivity with a coefficient of determination of 58.5%; and hypothesis testing is obtained t arithmetic > t table or (8,227 > 2,010). Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee productivity with a coefficient of determination 62.4%; and hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (8,926 > 2,010). Leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity with the regression equation Y = 4,476 + 0,340X1 + 0,421X2. The value of the coefficient of determination is 66.6% while the remaining 33.4%; is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing is obtained by the calculated F value > F table or (46,944 > 2,802).

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of physical work environment and organizational culture on employee productivity at yayasan prima mentari kabupaten tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods with a saturated sample of 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques include instrument tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). The results show: (1) Physical Work Environment partially has a positive effect on productivity (Y = 19.899 + 0.561X1). Correlation value is 0.627 (strong) and determination is 39.3%. This is evidenced by t count > t table (5.911 > 2.006) and sig < 0.05. (2) Organizational Culture partially has a positive effect on productivity (Y = 8.278 + 0.804X2). Correlation value is 0.758 (strong) and determination is 57.5%. This is evidenced by t count > t table (8.544 > 2.006) and sig < 0.05. (3) Simultaneously, Physical Work Environment and Organizational Culture have a positive effect on productivity (Y = 6.716 + 0.222X1 + 0.639X2). Correlation value is 0.782 (strong) and determination is 61.2%. This is evidenced by F count > F table (41.788 > 3.172) and sig < 0.05

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the implementation of compensation and its role in encouraging employee performance at Al–Azka Kamila Indonesia Foundation, Cisauk, Tangerang Regency. Compensation is an important aspect of human resource management because it influences employee motivation, loyalty, and performance in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants consisted of five employees, including two administrative staff, two teachers and the head of the foundation., who were selected based on their direct involvement in the foundation’s operational activities. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured using source triangulation.The results indicate that the implementation of compensation at Al–Azka Kamila Indonesia Foundation has not been fully optimal. In terms of financial compensation, some employees receive basic salaries below the Regional Minimum Wage standard, although payments are made regularly and on time. In addition, non-financial compensation such as allowances, incentives, and a supportive work environment contributes to employee comfort and work motivation. However, several obstacles remain, particularly in terms of work efficiency, timeliness, and innovation. Therefore, compensation plays an important role as a driving factor for employee performance, but improvements and adjustments are needed to achieve fairness and sustainability in enhancing overall employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to examine the influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Physical Work Environment on Employee Work Productivity at Lawless Burgerbar Cabang Kemang Jakarta Selatan, both separately and simultaneously. The method used was a Saturated Sample with a population of 36, where all members of the population were made respondents. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires, and analyzed using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, regression, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests. The results showed that the Transformational Leadership Style had a significant influence on Employee Work Productivity (tcal > table) with a regression equation of Y = 7.456 + 0.502X1, as well as a correlation value of 0.446 indicating a moderate relationship. The Physical Work Environment also has a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity (tcal > table) with a regression equation Y = 7.456 + 0.474X2 and a correlation of 0.461 which indicates a moderate relationship. Simultaneously, these two variables affected Employee Work Productivity (F to calculate > Ftable) with a regression equation Y = 7.456 + 0.502X1 + 0.474X2 and a correlation value of 0.461, indicating a moderate relationship, while a determination coefficient of 54.9% indicated that 45.1% was influenced by other factors. This means that if there is an increase in the variables of transformational leadership style and physical work environment, employee work productivity will also increase. The variable that has the most dominant influence on employee work productivity is the physical work environment variable of 46.1%.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between Net Profit Margin and Total Asset Turnover on Return On Investment at PT Jaya Real Property Tbk for the period 2014-2024, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative research. The data used is secondary data in the form of PT Jaya Real Property Tbk financial reports for the period 2014-2024. The data collection technique in this study uses classical assumption testing techniques, including normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, and autocorrelation testing. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis processed using Eviews version 12. Based on the partial research results, Net Profit Margin has a significant effect on Return On Investment with a t-statistic value greater than the table t-value, namely 17,70049 > 2,26216 and a significance value of 0,0000 < 0,05. The Total Asset Turnover variable also has a significant effect on Return On Investment with a t-statistic value greater than the t-table, namely 38,74413 > 2,26216 and a significance value of 0,0000 < 0,05. Simultaneously, Net Profit Margin and Total Asset Turnover have a significant effect on Return On Investment with an F-statistic value greater than the F-table value, namely 947,3745 > 4,46 and a significance value of 0,0000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Abstract. RM. Ayam Kampung Pinang Cabang Graha Raya Tangerang, a culinary business, is committed to providing the best experience through high-quality dishes. In today’s intense culinary competition, product quality and price are among the factors that influence purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions at RM. Ayam Kampung Pinang Cabang Graha Raya Tangerang. The research uses an associative quantitative method, with a total population of 24,945. The sample consisted of 100 respondents collected through questionnaires and determined using a non-probability sampling technique with an accidental sampling method. The data were analyzed using SPSS. The results show that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the significance value (<0.001 < 0.05), the t-value (5.982 > 1.984), and an R Square of 0.280 (28%). In contrast, price has a negative and insignificant effect, with a significance value (0.746 > 0.05), a t-value (-0.325 < 1.984), and an R Square of 0.015 (0.15%). Furthermore, simultaneously, product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, as proven by the F-test results (F-value 18.911 > 3.939) and the significance value (<0.001 < 0.05). The simultaneous R Square value is 0.281, meaning that product quality and price contribute 28.1% to purchasing decisions, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the effect of price and service quality on consumers’ purchasing decisions at Ekami Carwash Lenteng Agung, South Jakarta, motivated by the increasing number of visitors while revenue realization has not yet achieved the company’s target. The population of this study consisted of all Ekami Carwash customers in 2024, totaling 12,854 customers. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 99 respondents selected through accidental sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS after passing validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The t-test results indicate that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-value of 7.497 and an R² of 0.367 (36.7%), meaning that 63.3% is influenced by other factors outside the model. Service quality also has a positive and significant effect with a t-value of 12.084 and an R² of 0.601 (60.1%), while 39.9% is influenced by other variables. Simultaneously, the F-test results show that price and service quality significantly affect purchasing decisions with an F-value of 79.537 and an R² of 0.624, indicating that both variables contribute 62.4% to purchasing decisions. These findings suggest that more competitive pricing and better service quality will increase consumers’ purchasing decisions. Therefore, Ekami Carwash is recommended to maintain competitive pricing and continuously improve service quality to enhance customer satisfaction and overall company performance.
