Abstract

Abstract. reputation on customer loyalty at the JNE Agent located on Gang Nangka, Depok City. The research employed a quantitative method with an associative approach. Research data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 99 respondents who were JNE customers, using an accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 30, which included descriptive statistical analysis, research instrument testing, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The results indicate that, partially, brand image has a significant effect on customer loyalty with a coefficient of determination of 73.1%. Corporate reputation also partially has a significant effect on customer loyalty with a coefficient of determination of 84.6%. Simultaneously, brand image and corporate reputation have a significant effect on customer loyalty with a coefficient of determination of 85.3%. The hypothesis testing results show that all research hypotheses are accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of  store atmosphere and promotion on consumer purchase decisions at Zizoba Resto&Coffee in Tangerang Regency. The research method used was descriptive quantitative with the number of samples in the study as many as 95 people. Meanwhile, the primary data collection technique is through a questionnaire which is processed using the SPSS Application System Version 27. The data analysis method uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and hypothesis test. The results of this study show that the store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase decisions with a determination efficiency value of 78.6%, and the hypothesis test obtained a tcal value of > table (18.474 > 1.661 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. Promotion had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase decisions with a determination coefficient value of 86.6% and the hypothesis test obtained a t-value calculated > tatbel (24.534 > 1.661) or significant 0.000< 0.05. Store atmosphere  and Promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase decisions with the regression equation Y = 0.780 + 0.265X1 + 0.623X2. The value of the determination coefficient was 91.1% while the remaining 8.9% was influenced by other factors that were not conducted by the study. The hypothesis test obtained the value of f calculated > f table or (469.116 > 3.095).

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance at CV. Klambi Abadi Garment, both partially and simultaneously with an associative approach. This research employed a quantitative method. The sample used in this study consisted of 78 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale as the measurement instrument, while data processing was conducted using SPSS version 26. The data analysis techniques included validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, as well as t-tests and F-tests. The analysis results indicate that: (1) Partially, compensation has a positive effect on employee performance at CV. Klambi Abadi Garment. This is evidenced by the regression equation Y = 20.051 + 0.489X₁ and the t-test result tcount = 5.005 > ttable = 1.992 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Partially, work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at CV. Klambi Abadi Garment. This is proven by the regression equation Y = 20.578 + 0.497X₂ and the t-test result tcount = 4.105 > ttable = 1.299 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) Simultaneously, compensation and work motivation have a positive effect on employee performance at CV. Klambi Abadi Garment. This is evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 13.407 + 0.384X₁ + 0.319X₂, a correlation coefficient of 0.558, and a coefficient of determination of 0.311, indicating that compensation and work motivation contribute 31.1% to employee performance. The F-test result shows Fcount = 16.951 > Ftable = 3.119 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to examine the effect of reward–punishment and job training on employee performance at PT. Sumber Berkat Sempurna (Otomedia), South Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique employed the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 53 respondents. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis techniques included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression analyses, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results show that, partially, reward–punishment has a significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by a tcount value of 8.018 which is greater than the ttable value of 1.675, with a significance level of < 0.001. Job training also has a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a tcount value of 5.640 which is greater than the ttable value of 1.675, with a significance level of < 0.001. Simultaneously, reward–punishment and job training have a significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by an Fcount value of 33.019 which is greater than the Ftable value of 3.18, with a significance level of < 0.001. The coefficient of determination shows that reward–punishment and job training jointly contribute 53.7% to employee performance, while the remaining 46.3% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Therefore, it can be concluded that reward–punishment and job training have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sumber Berkat Sempurna (Otomedia).

Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to determine the effect of Physical Work Environment on Employee Productivity, the effect of Work Culture on Employee Productivity, and the simultaneous effect of Physical Work Environment and Work Culture on Employee Productivity at the Solution Delivery Assurance Division of PT Telkom, Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta. The research method used is quantitative. The sample in this study consisted of 75 respondents, determined through the Slovin formula, with the sampling technique using random sampling. Data analysis methods include simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, partial test (t-test), and simultaneous test (F-test). The results of the study show that: (1) Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity, indicated by a t-value of 2.992 > 1.992 and a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05. (2) Work Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity, indicated by a t-value of 6.216 > 1.992 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. (3) Physical Work Environment and Work Culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity, indicated by an F-value of 83.951 > 3.12 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

Abstract - The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership and the physical work environment on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), Ciputat Branch, South Tangerang. This study uses a quantitative research method. The sampling technique was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in a total of 114 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing.The results of the study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination of 55.6%, and the hypothesis test shows that the calculated t-value is greater than the t-table value (6.857 > 1.981). The physical work environment also has a significant effect on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination of 69.6%, and the hypothesis test shows that the calculated t-value is greater than the t-table value (6.240 > 1.981). Furthermore, leadership and the physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by the regression equation Y = 47.686 + 0.509X1 + 0.492X2. The coefficient of determination is 70.5%, while the remaining 29.5% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test shows that the calculated F-value is greater than the F-table value (36.354 > 3.080).

Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan Net Working Capital (NWC), Current Ratio (CR), dan Return on Assets (ROA) pada PT Perusahaan London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk selama periode 2015–2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang diperoleh dari laporan publikasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menghitung dan menganalisis perkembangan rasio keuangan perusahaan dari tahun ke tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Net Working Capital PT Perusahaan London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk selama periode penelitian cenderung mengalami peningkatan meskipun terdapat fluktuasi pada tahun tertentu. Current Ratio perusahaan juga menunjukkan tren meningkat, yang mencerminkan kondisi likuiditas perusahaan yang relatif baik. Sementara itu, Return on Assets menunjukkan pola yang berfluktuasi, namun pada akhir periode penelitian mengalami peningkatan yang menandakan adanya perbaikan kemampuan perusahaan dalam memanfaatkan aset untuk menghasilkan laba. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi keuangan PT Perusahaan London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk selama periode 2015–2024 berada dalam kondisi yang cukup baik.

Abstract

Abstract - The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Discipline and the Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Daya Tehnik Ciputat, South Tangerang, either partially and simultaneously. This study employs an associative research method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, involving a total of 50 respondents. The results indicate that Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the regression equation (Y=5.450+0.893X1). The correlation coefficient is 0.844, indicating a very strong relationship between the two variables, with a coefficient of determination of 71.3%. The hypothesis testing (t-test) shows that the calculated tcount > ttable or (10.917 > 2.011). Therefore, H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted, indicating that Discipline has a significant partial effect on Employee Performance. The Physical Work Environment also has a significant effect on Employee Performance, as shown by the regression equation (Y=12.369+ 0.760X2). The correlation coefficient is 0.739, indicating a strong relationship between the variables, with a coefficient of determination of 54.6%. The t-test results indicate that the calculated tcount > ttable or (7.598 > 2.011). Thus, H₀ is rejected and H₂ is accepted, meaning that the Physical Work Environment has a significant partial effect on Employee Performance.Simultaneously, Discipline and the Physical Work Environment have a significant effect on Employee Performance, as reflected in the regression equation (Y=3.983+0.726X1+0.208X2). The correlation coefficient of 0.854 indicates a very strong relationship, with a coefficient of determination of 72.9%, while the remaining 27.1% is influenced by other factors outside this study. The F-test results show that the calculated fcount > ftable or (63.138 > 3.200). Therefore, H₀ is rejected and H₃ is accepted, indicating that Discipline and the Physical Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Daya Tehnik Ciputat, South Tangerang.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Assets (ROA) and Earnings per Share (EPS) on the stock price of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk during the 2015–2024 period. The research employs a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The data used are secondary data obtained from annual financial statements and closing stock prices published by the Bursa Efek Indonesia. The analytical methods include descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R²), and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests with SPSS version 29.The results indicate that partially, ROA does not have a significant effect on stock prices (t-count -0.867 < t-table 2.306; significance 0.411 > 0.05). Similarly, EPS does not have a significant partial effect on stock prices (t-count 1.444 < t-table 2.306; significance 0.187 > 0.05). Simultaneously, ROA and EPS also do not significantly affect stock prices (F-count 4.665 < F-table 4.737; significance 0.052 > 0.05). The Adjusted R Square value of 0.449 indicates that 44.9% of stock price variation is explained by ROA and EPS, while the remaining 55.1% is influenced by other factors outside the research model.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence on the effect of Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO) on stock prices of State-Owned Commercial Banks (Bank BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2016–2024. The population of this study consists of State-Owned Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which resulted in a sample of four State-Owned Banks. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from annual financial statements and stock price data. The data analysis method employs descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. EViews version 12 is used as the analytical tool. The results of the study indicate that partially, Net Interest Margin (NIM) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, with a t-statistic value of 2.687620 greater than the t-table value of 1.69236 and a probability value of 0.0116. Meanwhile, Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO) shows a t-statistic value of 1.4011332, which is lower than the t-table value of 1.69236 with a probability value of 0.1714, indicating that BOPO does not have a significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO) have a significant effect on stock prices, as indicated by an F-statistic value of 13.90776 greater than the F-table value of 3.280 and a probability value of 0.000000. Therefore, it can be concluded that NIM and BOPO simultaneously influence stock prices of State-Owned Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2016–2024 Keywords: Stock Price, Net Interest Margin (NIM), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO)
