Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Website-Based Marketing and Personal selling, both partially and simultaneously, on Purchase Decisions at PT Wita Sukses Abadi. This research employs a quantitative method with the population consisting of consumers of PT Wita Sukses Abadi and a sample of 89 respondents, determined using the saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, while the data analysis techniques included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing, conducted with the assistance of SPSS version 31. The results show that Website-Based Marketing has a positive and significant partial effect on Purchase Decisions, with the regression equation Y = 10.838 + 0.391X1, a correlation coefficient of 0.804, and a coefficient of determination of 64.7%, while the t-test results indicate t count of 12.623 > t table of 1.988 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that Ha₁ is accepted and H₀₁ is rejected. Furthermore, Personal selling also has a positive and significant partial effect on Purchase Decisions, with the regression equation Y = 0.628 + 0.974X2, a correlation coefficient of 0.950, and a coefficient of determination of 90.3%, while the t-test results show t count of 28.444 > t table of 1.988 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that Ha₂ is accepted and H₀₂ is rejected. Simultaneously, Website-Based Marketing and Personal selling have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, with the regression equation Y = 0.650 + 0.069X1 + 0.859X2, a correlation coefficient of 0.954, and a coefficient of determination of 91.0%, while the F-test results indicate F count of 436.762 > F table of 3.103 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that Ha₃ is accepted and H₀₃ is rejected.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine and analyze the Work Life Balance of the first level health facilities member (FKTP) of the Kedaung Clinic, South Tangerang, which includes important dimensions in Work Life Balance. The method used in this study ias a qualitative method. This study analyzes and describe the Work Life Balance of the FKTP Members of the Kedaung Clinic. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and dicumentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing . Based on the results of the research analysis, it is concluded that the Work Life Balance of the FKTP Clinic, Kedaung, is significant for the FKTP Member of the Kedaung Clinic can br categorized as “good”, brcause the Members show positive results.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy and lifestyle on consumer behavior in financial management students at Pamulang University. The method used was quantitative. The sample used was 100 respondents. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests. The results of this study are that Financial Literacy has no significant effect on Consumer Behavior with a determination coefficient value of 0.1% and the hypothesis test obtained t count < t table or (-0.297 > 1.984). Lifestyle has a significant effect on Consumer Behavior with a determination coefficient value of 77.6% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (18.447 > 1.984). Financial Literacy and Lifestyle simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumer Behavior with a regression equation Y = 8.800 - 0.017X1 + 0.783X2. The coefficient of determination is 77.6%, while the remaining 22.4% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained a calculated F value > F table or (168.438 > 3.160). Keywords: Financial Literacy, Lifestyle, Consumptive Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Training and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) on Employee Performance at PT Sanchem Industrial Pertiwi in Balaraja, Tangerang Regency. The background of this research is based on the importance of improving the quality of human resources through job training and the implementation of occupational safety and health systems to support optimal employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population in this study consisted of all employees of PT Sanchem Industrial Pertiwi totaling 57 people, using a saturated sampling technique in which the entire population was used as respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis methods included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and F-tests with the assistance of SPSS software. The results showed that Job Training had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the t-count value of 14.465 > t-table 2.004 and a significance value of < 0.05. Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) also had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a t-count value of 15.916 > t-table 2.004 and a significance value of < 0.05. Simultaneously, Job Training and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with an F-count value of 128.443 > F-table 3.17 and a significance value of < 0.05.

Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to determine the competence and work discipline on employee performance at CV Zona Promosindo in South Tangerang City. The method used is a quantitative method. This data collection technique is carried out by taking objects from a sample called sampling or respondents, the sampling method uses a saturated sample technique. The research sample is 63 respondents. The data analysis method used in the study includes instrument testing consisting of validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. From the results of this study it can be concluded that competence has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a calculated t_value > t_table or or (6.247> 2.000) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, 〖Ho〗_1 is rejected and H_1 is accepted. Work Discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a calculated t_value > t_table or (4.602> 2.000) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, 〖Ho〗_2 is rejected and H_2 is accepted. Competence and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a calculated F_value > F_table or (27.060> 3.150) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, 〖Ho〗_3 is rejected and H_3 is accepted. Competence and work discipline on employee performance have a regression effect Y = 13.695 + 0.395 X1 + 0.253 X2 + α. The results of the R-square value (coefficient of determination) of 0.474, it can be concluded that the variables of competence (X1) and work discipline (X2) together have a contribution to the influence of the employee performance variable (Y) of 47.4%, while the remaining 52.6% is influenced by other factors or variables not studied.

Abstract

This paper aims to comprehensively examine the concept of national income, encompassing its definition, types of national income, measurement methods, influencing factors, and its role in improving public welfare. Calculating national income aims to obtain an overview of a country's economic level. The discussion is supported by the opinions of researchers and economic theories from scientific journals and economics textbooks. The study's results indicate that national income plays a strategic role in development planning and economic policymaking, despite its limitations in depicting public welfare as a whole

Abstract

This study is motivated by the increasing competition in the batik industry in Trusmi Cirebon, which requires businesses to enhance consumer purchase intention through product innovation, price flexibility, and strategic location. The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of product innovation, price flexibility, and location on consumer purchase intention at Batik Asofa Trusmi Cirebon, both partially and simultaneously. This study employed a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The sample consisted of 100 consumers of Batik Asofa Trusmi Cirebon. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that partially, product innovation and location have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, while price flexibility has a negative and significant effect on purchase intention. Simultaneously, product innovation, price flexibility, and location significantly influence purchase intention, with a coefficient of determination of 77.3%. In conclusion, enhancing product innovation and selecting a strategic location are key factors in increasing consumer purchase intention.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Jaya Metal Engineering. The research method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. data collection through the distribution of questionnaires to the entire population as many as 60 sampling techniques using saturated sampling techniques and obtained as many as 60 respondents and also random sampling techniques for pre-surveys with 15 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient, and hypothesis test. The results of the study show that Transformational Leadership (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially. It is shown from the t-value calculated > t table (6,075 > 1,671) and the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the regression equation Y = 22.539 + 0.434X1, the correlation value is 0.624, the determination coefficient value is 38.9%. Work discipline (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance is partially indicated from the t-value of the table > t-table (6,544 > 1,671) and the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, as well as the regression equation Y = 21.276 + 0.464X2, the correlation value is 0.652, and the determination coefficient value is 65.2%. Transformational Leadership (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on work performance as shown from the value of f calculated > f table (73.484 > 3.159) and significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, as well as the regression equation Y = 8.380 + 0.382X1 + 0.414X2, the correlation value was 0.849, the determination coefficient value was 72.1%.

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational climate on employee performance at PT Sinar Tani Abadi Tangerang. The method this study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. The population in this study were all 60 employees of PT Sinar Tani Abadi Tangerang, with a sampling technique using saturated samples. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale, while data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that partially Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance t value 10.297 > t table2.001 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Organizational Climate has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance t value 10.231 > t table 2.001 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Climate have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance F value 73.197 > F table 3.519 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Using multiple linear regression analysis, Y = 6.780 + 0.445 X1 +0.405 X2, the coefficient of determination or contribution of influence was 71.0%, while the remaining 29.0% was attributed to other factors not examined. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that companies increase the implementation of transformational leadership styles by providing motivation, inspiration, and individual attention to employees, as well as creating a conducive organizational climate through open communication, teamwork, and a fair reward system to encourage continuous improvement in employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL) and Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO) on Return on Equity (ROE) at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is the associative cause method with a quantitative approach. The sample used is the financial statements of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk for 12 (twelve) years. Data analysis in this study uses classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of this study are multiple linear regression equations of Y = 69.6518-0.1458573X1 + 7.327523X2 - 0.6437838 + e. Partially, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a significant influence on Return On Equity (ROE) with a significant level of 0.017 < 0.05 with a calculated t value> t table or -2.99> 2.30600. While the Non-Performing Loan (NPL) variable has a significant influence on Return On Equity (ROE) with a significant level of 0.008 < 0.05 with a calculated t value> t table or 3.47> 2.30600. Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO) has a significant influence on Return On Equity (ROE) with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05 with a calculated t value> t table or -11.18> 2.30600. Simultaneously, the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), and Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO) significantly influence Return on Equity (ROE) at a significance level of 0.0000 < 0.05, with a calculated F value > F table, or 43.31 > 4.07. The coefficient of determination (Adj R-squared) of 92.03% of the variables Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), and Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO) influence Return on Equity (ROE). Meanwhile, the remaining 7.97% is influenced by other variables outside the study.
