Abstract

Abstract - This study aimed to examine the effect of layout and brand image on purchasing decision making among consumers of Starbucks Ruko Vienna, South Tangerang. The research employed a quantitative descriptive method, with data collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The sample consisted of 99 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using simple and multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests. The results showed that layout had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.10. Brand image also had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.10. Simultaneously, layout and brand image had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, as indicated by an F value of 127.336 > F table 3.09 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.10. Therefore, it was concluded that layout and brand image, both partially and simultaneously, had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Starbucks Ruko Vienna, South Tangerang.

Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to assess the financial performance of PT. Angkasa Pura II during the 2019–2023 period through a comprehensive financial ratio analysis, including liquidity, profitability, solvency, and activity ratios. The research population encompasses all of the company's annual financial statements, with the specific sample consisting of audited financial reports from 2019 to 2023. The methodology employs a descriptive quantitative approach, utilizing ratio calculation techniques to capture annual financial trends and conditions, which are subsequently compared against relevant industry standards. The results reveal that the financial performance of PT. Angkasa Pura II experienced sharp fluctuations, with most indicators failing to meet industry benchmarks. Profitability ratios (NPM, ROA, ROE) showed positive performance in 2019 but plummeted drastically in 2020 and 2021 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite improving in 2022 and 2023, the five-year average remains categorized as unhealthy as it falls significantly below standard. Liquidity ratios (Current Ratio and Quick Ratio) were also categorized as less than healthy despite a recovery late in the observation period, while the Cash Ratio performed relatively better, albeit fluctuating. Regarding solvency, the DAR and DER ratios increased steadily until 2022, indicating a high dependency on debt and resulting in an unhealthy categorization. Meanwhile, activity ratios showed mixed results: Receivable Turnover and Inventory Turnover were categorized as healthy, yet Total Asset Turnover and Fixed Asset Turnover remained less than healthy. Overall, despite recovery signals in 2022–2023, the company's general financial performance is still considered less than healthy, necessitating further strategic improvements in profitability, liquidity, and asset utilization efficiency.

Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, dividend policy, and firm size on earnings management at PT Pertamina (Persero) Tbk for the period 2015–2024. This research employs a quantitative method. The sample was obtained by compiling secondary data, namely the balance sheets and income statements of PT Pertamina (Persero) Tbk for the period 2015–2024. The data analysis techniques used include classical assumption tests, descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS software version 27. The results indicate that the Debt to Equity Ratio does not have a significant effect on Earnings Management, with a t-value of -1.516 and a significance value of 0.180 > 0.005. Dividend Policy has a significant effect on Earnings Management, with a t-value of -1.112 and a significance value of 0.008 < 0.005. Meanwhile, Firm Size does not have a significant effect on Earnings Management, with a t-value of -0.529 and a significance value of 0.113 < 0.005. Simultaneously, Debt to Equity Ratio, Dividend Policy, and Firm Size have an effect on Earnings Management, with an F-value of 7.351 and a significance value of 0.020 > 0.050. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 100% indicates that all variations in Earnings Management can be explained by the three independent variables in this research model, while the remaining 0% is influenced by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of Work Ethic and Workload on Employee Performance at PT. Graha Menara Hijau, South Jakarta. The population consists of 95 employees, and the sample was selected using a saturated sampling technique, involving all 95 employees of PT. Graha Menara Hijau. This research uses a quantitative approach. The analytical methods used include calculating the results of each variable, descriptive tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing. The t-test results show that Work Ethic has a significance value of 0.007 < 0.05 and a t-count of 5.833 > t-table of 0.67708, which means that Work Ethic partially influences Employee Performance. The t-test results also show that Workload has a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-count of 5.695 > t-table of 0.67708, which means that Workload partially influences Employee Performance. The F-test results indicate a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an F-count of 16.822 > F-table of 3.94, indicating that Work Ethic and Workload simultaneously influence Employee Performance. The results of the Coefficient of Determination (R²) test show an Adjusted R-Square of 0.852, which means that Work Ethic and Workload simultaneously contribute 85.2% to Employee Performance, while the remaining 14.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to determine the effect of training and career development on employee work productivity, both partially and simultaneously, at One Third Consulting and Abroad. The study employed a quantitative research method involving employees as the sample. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, with a total of 55 respondents. The research applied several statistical tests, including the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient test, regression coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study obtained the multiple regression equation: Y = 11.413 + 0.486X1 + 0.243X2 + e. The regression coefficient value of the performance variable (11.413) indicates that if training (X1) and career development (X2) remain unchanged, the consistency value of work productivity (Y) is 11.413. The t-test result for the effect of training on work productivity is 6.515 > 2.007 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, indicating that training has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Meanwhile, the t-test result for the effect of career development on work productivity is 2.771 > 2.007 with a significance value of 0.008 < 0.05. This means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, indicating that career development also has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Furthermore, the F-test result for the combined effect of training and career development on work productivity is 31.390 > 3.170 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This indicates that the hypothesis stating that training and career development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity is accepted

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Operating Costs to Operating Income (BOPO) on the Proportion of Non-Performing Loans (NPL) in Consumer Credit at PT. Bank Central Asia (Persero) Tbk for the period 2015-2024. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. The research sample is the financial statements of PT. Bank Central Asia (Persero) Tbk for 2015-2024. The analysis techniques used include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regressions, and hypothesis testing using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 27 for Windows software. The results show that partially CAR and BOPO have a significant effect on NPL, with significance values of 0.033 and 0.046, respectively. Simultaneously, CAR and BOPO have a significant effect on NPL with a significance value of 0.002.

Abstract

This research is driven by the strategic role of toll road management companies in supporting national economic growth amid challenges such as project expansion, debt burdens, and economic fluctuations. The study aims to analyze the impact of Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) on Return On Asset (ROA) at PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk for the period 2012–2024. The theoretical framework is grounded in financial management principles, specifically focusing on profitability, activity, and solvency ratios as defined by Kasmir. A quantitative descriptive method with an associative approach was employed. Secondary data were gathered through library research and internet research utilizing the company’s annual financial statements. Data analysis techniques included classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26 software. The findings indicate that, partially, TATO has no significant effect on ROA, with a significance value of 0.154 > 0.05. Conversely, DAR has a significant negative effect on ROA, with a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05. Simultaneously, TATO and DAR exert a significant influence on ROA, evidenced by an F-statistic of 9.700 and a significance level of 0.005. In conclusion, the company’s profitability is more substantially influenced by its debt structure than by the efficiency of asset utilization during the observed period.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to find out how much influence the work environment has on the performance of PT employees. Xing Hao Technology Tangerang City, to find out how much influence work stress has on the performance of PT employees. Xing Hao Technology Tangerang City to find out how much influence the work environment and work stress have on the performance of PT employees. Xing Hao Technology Tangerang City. The population of this study used a Slovin sample of 70 people. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed using Google Forms, this research uses quantitative methods. The research results show that, partially, work environment variables have a significant effect on employee performance by showing the test results tcount = 7.242 while ttable = 1.99601 (tcount > ttable) with a significance level of 0.000. Partially, the work stress variable has a significant effect on employee performance by showing the results of tcount = 2.047 while ttable = 1.99601 (tcount > ttable) with a significance level of 0.045. Simultaneously, work environment variables and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance by showing Fcount = 185.460 which is greater than Ftable = 3.13 with a significance of 0.0000. So it can be said that the work environment and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Xing Hao Technology Tangerang City

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of salary and incentives on employee performance at PT Muhandas Permata Sarana, both partially and simultaneously. The research was conducted using a quantitative research method involving employees as the sample. The sample used was a saturated sample, with a total of 62 respondents. This study employed several statistical tests, including validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient test, regression coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study produced a multiple linear regression equation: Y = 15.599 + 0.298X₁ + 0.459X₂ + e. The regression coefficient value of the performance variable (Y) is 15.599, which implies that if Salary (X₁) and Incentives (X₂) remain unchanged, the consistent value of employee performance will be 15.599. Based on the t-test results, the effect of Salary on Performance shows a t-value of 3.086 > 2.001 with a significance level of 0.003 < 0.05. Therefore, H₀ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted, indicating that salary has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance. Similarly, the effect of Incentives on Performance shows a t-value of 5.027 > 2.001 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, Hₐ is accepted and H₀ is rejected, indicating that incentives also have a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance. The F-test results for the combined effect of Salary and Incentives on Performance show an F-value of 17.928 > 3.150 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This indicates that the hypothesis stating that salary and incentives simultaneously influence employee performance is accepted

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the influence of total asset turnover and current ratio on return on equity at PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. , during the period 2015–2024, both individually and jointly. The ROE variable is one of the most important profitability indicators in the analysis of a company's financial performance. ROE measures a company's ability to generate net profit based on the total equity owned by shareholders. This study uses a quantitative associative research method with hypothesis testing. The study's population comprises the company's financial statements, with a sample of its balance sheet and income statement from 2015 to 2024. Secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial statements, obtained from its official website, were used for the analysis. Data analysis techniques include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination tests, t-tests and F-tests. The results of the study indicate that total asset turnover has no partial effect on return on equity, with a calculated t-value of 1.448 (less than the t-table value of 2.36462) and a significance value of 0.198 (greater than 0.05). Therefore, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The current ratio does not affect return on equity, with a calculated t-value of 1.710 (less than the t-table value of 2.36462) and a significance value of 0.138 (greater than 0.05). Concurrently, total asset turnover and current ratio do not have a significant effect on return on equity. The calculated F-value is smaller than the F-value (3.927 < 4.46) and the significance value is greater than the alpha value (α = 0.05), namely 0.081 > 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted
