Abstract

Education is one of the crucial factors in constructing a developing and sustainable society. The Geographic Information System (GIS) for the Distribution of Civil Servant Teachers (PNS) in Kabupaten Batang, developed during the period of 2021-2023, aims to enhance the efficiency of teacher placement, ensure an equitable distribution, and provide a comprehensive view of the educational conditions in the region. The system focuses on interactive digital mapping, empowering users to explore and examine the distribution of PNS teachers across various districts and villages in Kabupaten Batang. Through the integration of geographic data with employment information, the system facilitates dynamic visualization of specializations, education levels, and teaching experience of teachers in each location. Users can utilize spatial analysis tools such as hotspot analysis and buffer analysis to identify areas with urgent teacher needs or plan resource redistribution. The Geographic Information System for the Distribution of PNS Teachers in Kabupaten Batang reflects a progressive step in the management of educational resources with an integrated spatial approach. It is expected that through the implementation of this system, Kabupaten Batang can optimize teacher placements, stimulate local educational development, and support long-term planning to enhance the quality of education in the region

Abstract

Equitable distribution of health facilities and services is crucial to ensure the success of health aspects in a region. Integrated and well-directed health development requires the establishment of healthcare services that are fair, equitable, safe, high-quality, and affordable to fulfill the rights and health needs of the community. In the city of Semarang, relevant, accurate, and easily accessible data or information is essential to support the success of health aspects. This is to make effective decisions and actions regarding the issue of evenly distributed health facilities and services by the government or stakeholders. This research develops a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) to understand and analyze the distribution of healthcare professionals in each district in the city of Semarang. The study focuses on the distribution of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, nutritionists, environmental health professionals, public health professionals, and biomedical professionals in the years 2021/2022. The data used include spatial and non-spatial data, with non-spatial data sourced from the official website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Semarang city. The website is created interactively and is easily accessible using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap programming languages. The existence of this website contributes to planning or decision-making regarding health policies and the improvement of healthcare service availability. Furthermore, it aids the public in viewing an interactive map of the distribution of healthcare professionals and facilities accessible at the site https://sig5dinformatika.com/21670045/.

Abstract

This study explores the application of Geographic Information System (GIS) in analyzing the population size and growth rate in relation to economic growth at the district level in Pati Regency. The focus is on individual sub-districts within the region. By utilizing GIS, demographic and economic data are mapped and visually represented for each sub-district, offering a profound understanding of the correlation between population and local economic growth. This analysis provides valuable insights for policymakers and researchers to design more effective development strategies.

Abstract

This article explores ethical concepts in exploring humanity and the meaning of gratitude with a focus on the practice of sharing rice. Sharing is a social phenomenon in which individuals or groups contribute voluntarily to share resources with others in society. Ethics and sharing are terms that refer to moral principles and behavior that encourage individuals to pay attention to the needs of others. In this case, sharing rice can be a symbol of love and blessings that can strengthen relationships between individuals and increase feelings of loyalty and solidarity in society. This research aims to investigate how ethics plays a key role in the success and positive impact of rice sharing as well as improving the quality of social relationships, especially in the context of rice sharing. The main aim of this research is to understand the link between ethics, sharing, and the role of gratitude in creating a more empathetic and sustainable society.

Abstract

Pada artikel ini penulis ingin menulis tentang konseling sebagai sarana untuk mengatasi masalah siswa dengan teman sebayanya, terutama disekolah dasar banyak permasalahan peserta didik didalam kelas salah satunya adalah dengan teman sebayanya dan bisa saja karena masalah tersebut siswa mengalami gangguan dalam menerima pembelajaran atupun pada mental siswa, dan sebaiknya konselor berperan penting untuk menjadi sarana atau wadah untuk peserta didik agar masalah dengan teman sebayanya tidak menjadi gangguan atau tidak timbul masalah baru, oleh karena itu sebagai konselor harus menjadi pendengar yang baik untuk menjadi wadah bagi peserta didik. dari artikel ini penulis mengharapkan agar peran konseling disekolah bisa membantu siswa untuk mengatasi masalah siswa dengan teman sebayanya dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling sangat berperan penting bagi siswa untuk menangani masalahnya dengan teman sebayanya.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang Prinsip dan Asas Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam menjalankan program layanan individu. Berdasarkan pembahasan prinsip dan asas Bimbingan dan Konseling adalah pedoman dan arahan yang harus dilakukan oleh konseli kepada individu. Prinsip ini akan memberikan dampak positif untuk menunjang keberhasilan dalam program konseling. Individu akan memberikan pemikiran yang berbeda dan unik itulah tugas konseli untuk membantu individu dalam mengenal dirinya. Asas adalah hukum dasar dalam menjalankan layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Layanan yang berdasarkan asas akan membantu konselor dan individu untuk bergerak secara teratur dan patuh terhadap peraturan. Asas ini diharapkan dapat membantu individu dalam mengambil sikap terhadap persoalan. Asas-asas tersebut asas keterbukaan, kesukarelaan, kegiatan, kemandirian, kekinian,kedinamisan, keterpaduan, kenormatifan, keahlian, alih tangan dan asas Tut wuri handayani. Asas tersebut akan menuntun individu dalam menjalankan program layanan bimbingan dan konseling.

Abstract

Industri percetakan dan kemasan merupakan salah satu industri kemasan yang ada di Kabupaten Mojokerto. Industri ini telah lama berdiri dan harus bersaing dengan industri industri kemasan lokal lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui biaya setiap unit produksi dan pendapatan aktual dari setiap jenis produksi, menganalisis pendapatan ekonomi, mengidentifikasi jumlah titik impas produksi dan titik impas setiap unit produksi. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis biaya dan pendapatan, R/C ratio, dan Break Even Point. Hasil penelitian adalah bahwa Rata-rata biaya produksi kemasan jenis ivory adalah 2.500 rupiah per unit dan rata-rata biaya produksi kemasan jenis duplex adalah 1.500 rupiah per unit, keuntungan aktual produksi kemasan ivory adalah 1.450 rupiah per pack dan laba aktual produksi kemasan duplex adalah 700 per pack, titik impas rupiah dari bulan oktober, November, dan desember untuk masing-masing jenis hasil produksi yaitu kemasan ivory sebesar 3.502.725.888 rupiah per unit dengan titik impas produksi sebanyak 2.812.258 unit dan untuk kemasan duplex sebesar 8.944.054.119 rupiah per unit dengan titik impas produksi sebanyak 3.691.089 unit. Dengan demikian industri percetakan dan kemasan merupakan industri yang sangat prosfek dalam menghasilkan keuntungan bagi pelaku usahanya. Abstract

Diarrhea is a disease of major concern throughout the world. Diarrhea is still a big problem for public health in developing countries, including Indonesia. Tegal Regency itself is also facing cases of this diarrheal disease, it can be seen from the data that cases in Tegal Regency District have decreased from 2020 to 2022. Margasari District shows that the number of cases in 2020 was 1481 and experienced a decrease in 2021 to 2022 by 1208 (2021) and 1131 (2022). Meanwhile, Slawi District itself recorded a rise and fall in the number of diarrhea cases. This needs to be highlighted to improve prevention programs so that diarrheal disease does not continue to increase. Research methods are processes or steps for collecting scientific information. This research focuses more on spatial analysis of the maps created and cartographic aspects. The data collection method in this research uses secondary data from BPS Tegal Regency. This data will be entered into Quantum GIS software to obtain a map image that shows the desired information. The Geographic Information System approach can provide information about the factors and causes of diarrheal disease. It is necessary to collaborate between various sectors to provide health services for the community and increase awareness of the increase in cases of diarrhea in work areas that are far from the reach of services. In this way, it is hoped that it can reduce the incidence of diarrheal disease in Tegal Regency and improve overall public health

Abstract

Abstrak. Cost analysis and estimation is needed to determine the amount of production costs, cost of production, Break Even Point and determine the profit of a product. This research aims to determine cost estimates in determining selling prices. In collecting data, the author used documentation techniques and interviews. To answer existing problems, the author will conduct an analysis. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the procedure for determining the cost of production according to the company is lower compared to calculating the cost of production using the full costing methode (Maddeppungeng and Suryani 2016)Keywords: Cost of Goods Production, full costing, Break Even Point Abstrak. Analisis dan estimasi biaya diperlukan untuk mengetahui besar biaya produksi, harga pokok produksi, Break Even Point dan mengetahui profit suatu produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui estimasi biaya dalam penetapan harga jual. Dalam mengumpulkan data, penulis menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, dan wawancara. untuk menjawab permasalahan yang ada, penulis akan melakukan analisis. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa prosedur penentuan harga0pokok produksi menurut perusahaan lebih rendah dibandingkan=dengan perhitungan harga pokok;produksi dengan]menggunakan metode full costing (Maddeppungeng and Suryani 2016).Kata Kunci: Harga Pokok Produksi, full costing, Break Even Point

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis penggunaan Instagram oleh Mia Dwi Lestari (@midel_06) dalam membentuk identitas dirinya. Melalui konten, interaksi, dan pemahaman Mia, penelitian ini mengungkap pengaruh media sosial, khususnya Instagram, terhadap pembentukan identitas diri serta peran Instagram dalam mempengaruhi persepsi diri dan interaksi sosial remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori interaksi simbolik sebagai landasan utama dengan pendekatan konseptual. Dalam studi kasus tunggal pada Mia Dwi Lestari, seorang freelancer, model, dan karyawan swasta yang aktif di media sosial, penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan pendekatan fenomenologi Von Eckartsberg untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Mia menggunakan simbol-simbol dan interaksi dengan pengikutnya di Instagram untuk membentuk makna dan identitas dirinya, serta memperoleh pengakuan dan kesuksesan dalam dunia digital. Kesimpulannya, Mia Dwi Lestari menggunakan Instagram sebagai sarana untuk membangun identitas diri, mengekspresikan minat dan gaya hidupnya, serta membangun hubungan dan mendapatkan pengakuan sebagai seorang influencer, sesuai dengan teori interaksi simbolik.
