Abstract

Abstract. The research carried out aims to describe the level of emotional intelligence of MTs S Adat and Syara' students. The research is quantitative with a descriptive nature. The population studied included all MTs S Adat and Syara' students totaling 92 students. The sample studied was 92 students, taken using a total sampling technique. To collect data, researchers used a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale type. The results of this research show that in general the level of emotional intelligence of students in each dimension, namely Recognizing one's emotions, Managing emotions, Motivating oneself, Recognizing other people's emotions, and Building relationships in the research sample, the majority of students have poor emotional intelligence abilities with an overall low category of 57.61 % with a total of 53 students.

Abstract

Abstrak. This research discusses the impact of using online loans on the lifestyle of the younger generation in Cimahi City. Through interviews and questionnaires, it was found that online loans can have a negative impact on their lifestyle, including financial stress, risk of debt, and changes in savings habits. The importance of understanding and awareness of the risks of online loans, especially illegal ones, needs to be emphasized. Better education regarding financial management and safer financing alternatives for the younger generation is needed. In addition, regulations and supervision of online loan services need to be strengthened to protect consumers, especially young people, from harmful practices. This research uses a qualitative approach with field research methods. Subjects and informants were selected using the Snowball Sampling technique. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation to gain an in-depth understanding of the impact of online loans on the younger generation. Abstrak. Penelitian ini membahas dampak penggunaan pinjaman online terhadap gaya hidup generasi muda di Kota Cimahi. Melalui wawancara dan kuisioner, ditemukan bahwa pinjaman online dapat memberikan dampak negatif terhadap pola hidup mereka, termasuk tekanan finansial, risiko utang, dan perubahan kebiasaan menabung. Pentingnya pemahaman dan kesadaran terhadap risiko pinjaman online, terutama yang ilegal, perlu ditekankan. Diperlukan edukasi yang lebih baik mengenai pengelolaan keuangan dan alternatif pembiayaan yang lebih aman bagi generasi muda. Selain itu, regulasi dan pengawasan terhadap layanan pinjaman online perlu diperkuat untuk melindungi konsumen, khususnya anak muda, dari praktik yang merugikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian lapangan. Subjek dan informan dipilih menggunakan teknik Snowball Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang dampak pinjaman online terhadap generasi muda.

Abstract

The city of Bogor, located in an area that is vulnerable to various natural disasters, often faces serious challenges such as floods, landslides and fires. Flooding is mainly triggered by high rainfall and the city's contoured topography, resulting in waterlogging in several areas. Landslides, caused by the steep mountain slopes around Bogor, are a constant threat, damaging settlements and the city's infrastructure. Fires, whether caused by natural factors or human negligence, threaten the safety of citizens and cities. These disasters had a significant impact on the daily lives of Bogor residents, causing material losses, destroying infrastructure and harming the local economy. Therefore, serious efforts are needed in disaster mitigation planning, including early warning systems, development of disaster-resistant infrastructure, and public awareness to increase preparedness in facing the threat of disasters that often arise in this city. Collaborative efforts between the government, research institutions and the community are key in creating a safer and more sustainable environment in the city of Bogor

Abstract

Asas fiduciary duty memandatkan direksi untuk menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya dengan penuh integritas dan bertanggung jawab pada pemegang saham serta kreditor. Jika direksi tidak menjalankan kewajiban tersebut, maka dapat terjadi tindakan melawan hukum yang dapat berakibat buruk pada perusahaan dan semua pihak yang terlibat. Dalam kasus perusahaan pailit, direksi harus tetap mematuhi asas fiduciary duty dalam menjalankan tugasnya untuk mengurus kepentingan perusahaan secara adil dan bertanggung jawab pada semua pihak yang terlibat.

Abstract

This research focuses on the Geographic Information System (GIS) which is used to analyze the mapping and harvest results of coffee plantations in Kendal Regency during the period 2017 to 2019. The hope is that this system will provide information about identifying zones that have high potential for coffee production, as well as environmental factors that influence coffee harvests in Kendal Regency. This research provides a contribution that can be used to improve planning in the future development of coffee plantations, including increasing productivity and farmer welfare. The research methodology involves collecting spatial and non-spatial data then continuing with map design using QGIS software.

Abstract

Abstrak. The use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in mapping and analyzing the distribution of students and universities in Brebes Regency is an important need in educational development. This research aims to utilize the advantages of GIS in describing the spatial distribution of students and universities, as well as to carry out analysis related to geographic and demographic aspects. This research methodology involves collecting spatial and non-spatial data sourced from brebeskab.go.id. The data was then analyzed and modeled using Quantum Gis software, creating thematic maps that visualize the distribution of students and universities using spatial data. The research results show that GIS can provide a deeper understanding of the distribution of students and the location of universities. This analysis not only includes spatial aspects, but also involves demographic analysis to understand the characteristics of student distribution in each sub-district. The use of GIS in mapping and analyzing the distribution of students and universities provides valuable information for better decision making for local governments to develop education in the region.

Abstract

Population growth in Central Java is increasing motorbike ownership, causing traffic problems, air pollution and accidents. The lack of an integrated information system regarding the relationship between the number of motorbikes and accident rates is a major obstacle. This research applies a Geographic Information System (GIS) with the Waterfall system development method. The result is a web-based GIS implementation that maps the number of motorbikes and accident rates in one interactive map. This GIS is expected to overcome limitations in access to accurate data and provide an in-depth view of the impact of the number of motorbikes on traffic accidents in the region. This research is an important basis for decision making and policy design to improve traffic safety in Central Java

Abstract

The objective of this research was to examine the implementation of e-Procurement in the procurement of goods/services with the principles of good university governance at Universitas Tadulako, guided by the Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2021, which amends Presidential Regulation Number 16 of 2018 regarding Government Procurement of Goods/Services. E-Procurement in the procurement of goods/services with the principles of good university governance in this research refers to the process of e-Procurement in the procurement of goods and services. The analysis in this study utilized George C. Edward III's (1980) theory as cited in Widodo (2010) to assess four aspects influencing the effectiveness of policy implementation: Communication, Resources, Disposition/Attitude of Implementers, and Bureaucratic Structure.The research methodology employed in this study was qualitative research, a method used to investigate natural object conditions, where the researcher acts as the primary instrument. Data collection techniques involved triangulation (combined methods), data analysis was inductive, and the qualitative research findings emphasized meaning over generalizations. The results indicated that the implementation of e-Procurement in the procurement of goods/services with the principles of good university governance at Universitas Tadulako has not been effectively executed due to insufficient adherence to the principles in communication, resource allocation, disposition/attitude of implementers, and bureaucratic structure during implementation.

Abstract

The Purbalingga Regency area has potential natural disaster risks that need to be identified and managed effectively. This research focuses on developing a Geographic Information System (GIS) to map areas prone to natural disasters in Purbalingga Regency. The main objective of this research is to provide reliable tools for related parties to understand, manage, and respond to potential natural disaster risks more efficiently. The research methodology involves the stages of spatial data analysis, natural disaster data collection, and integration of GIS technology. Thematic maps covering various types of natural disasters such as fires, landslides, and hurricanes were developed by considering topographic factors, rainfall, and disaster history. In addition, this map is equipped with detailed information such as the location of evacuation sites, evacuation routes, and other critical facilities. This system is implemented as a web-based application that can be accessed by authorities, disaster management agencies, and the general public. This application allows users to explore interactive maps, access disaster-related information, and facilitate disaster mitigation planning. With the GIS mapping of areas prone to natural disasters, it is hoped that Purbalingga Regency can increase preparedness and response to potential natural disasters, involve active community participation in mitigation efforts, and reduce the impact caused by natural disasters in the future

Abstract

Growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) has become one of the important indicators in measuring the economic progress of a region. The research is aimed at conducting an analysis of the spread of UMKM in Semarang City using the Geographical Information System (GIS). This method allows the integration of geographical data with UMKM information, so that it can provide a more comprehensive picture of the number of UMK in different regions in semarang City. The Geographic Information System is used to mapp and analyze the patterns of the distribution of UMKL in Semang City. This study uses data that covers the location of the UMKM, and the number. The spatial analysis will provide insight into the diversity of UMM in different districts or regions. This Geographic Information System approach makes an important contribution to data visualization and interpretation
