Era of Globalization recent impact on a person's lifestyle, especially in matters of health and beauty skin. It is believed a very important first step for any person to perform activities. The purpose of this research was to analyze the impact of marketing mix to influence purchasing decision and costumer satisfaction of treatment of skin J-klin Beauty Clinic and Spa Jember. Data were gathered by distributing questionnaire to 108 respondents with purposive sampling method. To analysis the data, this research used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result of this analysis showed that marketing mix had positive significant effect on costumer purchasing decision, marketing mix had positive significant effect on costumer satisfaction. marketing mix had positive significant effect to trust, and purchasing decision had positive significant effect on costumer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and employee discipline. In addition, this study also used the variable job satisfaction as an intervening variable to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance in Pamekasan Regional Secretariat. This study is a quantitative and explanatory research. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling based on the position/ rank/class. Data obtained by questionnaire respondents are 125 people from 181 people of total population. The analytical method used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that significantly influence the work motivation through job satisfaction performance that is equal to 0.637. While labor discipline also significantly influence performance through job satisfaction of 0.330.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of communication on the Organizational Commitment, financial compensation on Organizational Commitment, Non Financial Compensation on Organizational Commitment communication on employees performance, financial compensation on employees performance, non financial compensation on employees performance, and analyze the effect Organizational Commitment on Employees Performance at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Purna Bakti Region Jember. This research study is categorized as an explanation (explanatory research) or research causal (causal research), because this study intends to clarify the causal relationship (cause and effect) between variables by testing the hypothesis that has been formulated with samples Simple Random Sampling technique is based on the number of employees Broiler Farms as many as 110 people. Based on these tests it can be stated that the compensation financial (X2)has the greatest total effect on Employees Performance (Y) in PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Purna Bakti Region Jember.

This Research was conducted at the banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2007 to 2009 period, with samples obtained using purposive sampling as many as eleven (11) banks. Beta is measure of systematic risk of shares of a security or portfolio relative to the market risk. The results of the analysis performed using multiple linear regression to determine which of the Asset Growth, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity and Earning Per Share affecting the Beta Shares, the results showed that four variables had no effect on beta bank stocks listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2007-2009.

Consumer is the most important thing that needs to be considered by a company. Consumers will remain loyal to the company if they feel satisfied with the product and servise provided by the company. Matahari Departement Store is one of the departement store in Jember wich has a loyal customer to them. This study was to determine the effect of product quality and servise quality on customer loyalty Matahari Departement Store. The data used is primary data wich one type of data based on its source which usually obtained by field survei using all the original data collection methods. The type of data in this study are ordinal data. The sample used as many as 60 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5% or 95% confidence internal. Regression results show that partially X1 (product quality) is significant. X2 (quality product) is significant too. Simultaneously indicates that all independent variabels (quality products and quality service) effect simultaneously on customer loyality. R square 0,785 wich means that 78,5% change of customer loyality caused by the product quality and service quality.

Government policy making BPR as direction Rural Bank specializes in serving rural communities by focusing on effectiveness. The effectiveness of BPR principles need to be applied in interacting with rural communities to build social economy. The research goal is, (1) to determine the effectiveness of that principle has been applied by the BPR in order to help drive the economy of rural communities to realize the people's economy(2) to determine prekreditan system implemented by BPR and its relationship with the effectiveness of BPR in order to formulate the direction government policy towards the development of existing BPR became Rural Bank. Analysis method used is scoring analysis and multiple linear regression. Discussion of the results showed, (1) the general existence of BPR in Jember is quite equally effective in building a democratic economy for rural communities. (2 by multiple linear regression analysis showed that all systems simultaneously credits applied BPR real impact on the efforts to build a democratic economy for rural communities.

The reseach was done on the influence of variable analisis Traits, subjective norm, and Self efficacy to entrepreneurial Intentions.This study aims to determine the influence of Traits, subjective norms and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions. The sample used in this study were 100 students of Mandala Economy College in Jember. Methods of data collection by questionnaire is given directly to respondents. Analytical test equipment used in this study is to Regression analysis. It’s founded that, simultaneously there was a significant correlation among Traits, Subjective Norm, and Self Efficacy to entrepreneurial Intentions students of Mandala Economy College in Jember. Partially there wasa significant correlation among Traits and Self Efficacy to entrepreneurial Intentions students of Mandala Economy College in Jember, but there was no significant correlation among Subjective Norm to entrepreneurial Intentions students of Mandala Economy College in Jember.

This study aims: (1) To identify trends harvest area, production, and productivity of soybean in Indonesia. (2) To determine the tendency of soybean demand in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data (1995-2011). The data were obtained from the Deptan, BPS, and FAOSTAT. Data analysis using the least squares method . The results showed that: (1) The harvested area and soybean production in Indonesia tend to decrease, but the productivity tends to increase. (2) The level of soy consumption will still higher than the level of soybean production, so without the right policies, soybean self-sufficiency target will not be achieved.

PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh in Jember produces soy Edamame for the export market to Japan . Demand from Japan is increasing because Edamame manufacturers from China and Taiwan can not meet the demand from Japan. Increased demand at PT . Mitratani Dua Tujuh can still be met because of agricultural land in Jember still wide enough to produce Edamame. Increasing demand impact on labor requirements , so the company has two (2) alternatives to the use of labor. First, buy a new machine for sorting tool is the Individual Quick Frozen (IQF) or Second , using overtime system using human power . The purpose of the study in order to maximize profits. The analysis used analysis of financial loss (gain ), Net Present Value (NPV) , Internal Rate of Return (IRR) . From the analysis it is known that the largest net profit obtained by alternative purchase a new machine , but when viewed from a NPV analysis using alternative overtime it has a higher NPV . It was concluded that the use of overtime work better when compared to the purchase of a new machine .

In the particular business activity of banking, marketing communications is crucial to retaining customers and attract new customers. Similarly, a customer relations activities in order to maintain customer loyalty occurs relationship between the company and customer on an ongoing basis. This research aims to determine the direct effect simultaneously and partially between the marketing communication and customer relation to the customer loyalty at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Jember and to find out the most dominant exogenous variables in affecting to the endogenous variables. Subject of this research is Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Jember. The analytical tool used in this research is the path analysis. The results of this research are exogenous variables which consists of marketing communications, customer relations, and customer response simultaneously influence on customer loyalty, but in partial customer relations does not have direct effect on customer loyalty, while variable marketing communications and customer response is partially affected on customer loyalty, meanwhile the customer response variable to be the most dominant variable in affecting customer loyalty.
