Abstract

Studies highlighted the interconnectedness of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Smart Cities, and Society 5.0, envisioning a future where these concepts collectively propel urban development. The study emphasized the role of ITS in Society 5.0, promoting safer, more efficient, and environmentally friendly transportation options. The methodology entailed a thorough review of academic sources and a variety of data collection methods. The findings indicated an increased reliance on ITS in smart cities, with a focus on adapting to multiple information sources. The discussion emphasized the critical role of ITS in achieving Society 5.0's goals, establishing a synergistic path for innovative, human-centric urban environments. Overall, the study envisions a future in which seamless integration of technology within smart cities improves urban mobility, reduces congestion, and promotes data-driven decision-making for societal progress.

Abstract

This study examines how personality traits, based on the Big Five model, impact job performance in business organizations. Through quantitative analysis, it finds that openness to experience and conscientiousness positively affect performance, while extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism show no significant influence. These results highlight the need to consider individual personality differences when managing employee performance. Recommendations include prioritizing openness to experience and conscientiousness in employee selection and development. Further research in varied contexts is advised to enhance the understanding of personality-performance relationships.

Abstract

Transportation is the most important part of international trade. This paper examines the role of transportation as international trade in Uzbekistan from export and import perspectives. The paper reveals the types of developed transportations in Uzbekistan for export and import business. Export and import business development depends on transportation service because of movement of products and services. The facilitation of cross-border trade in products and services is one of the major contributions of the transportation industry to Uzbekistan's economy. Proper methods and recommendations that may help for the further development of international trade trough transportation in Uzbekistan. It is essential to focus on this topic, as it offers both the necessary human mobility and distribution for production, directly connecting companies to global markets. Transport networks that are economical and efficient enhance the prospects for both individuals and enterprises to reap the benefits of globalization.

Abstract

This research aims to determine descriptive knowledge regarding the role of the internet as a re-actualization of the da'wah communication system in the digital era. The type of research used in this discussion is using library research or literature review which includes: systematic identification, and analysis of documents containing information related to the study problem. The research results show that the Internet has become an integral part of people's lives in the digital era. With the internet, the barriers of distance and time that used to be obstacles are now starting to fade. The new media era provides open opportunities in the process of transformation of Islamic da'wah. The use of the internet as a new media is accompanied by the creativity and innovation of preachers in using digital spaces for the continuation of Islamic da'wah. This can be seen from the emergence of cyber da'wah discourse, the development of online Islamic literature, and Amar Ma'ruf Nahi Munkar's activities in the digital realm.

Abstract

West Kalimantan Province is blessed with a wealth of tourism potential, including Lake Sebedang in Sambas Regency. However, there are complex problems from the political side of ecotourism in it. This research was conducted to analyze the strategy for developing the Sebedang Lake tourist attraction through the concept of community-based tourism from an ecotourism political perspective. The method used is a descriptive qualitative. The data in this research were obtained from interviews and documentation studies. Through this research, a strategy formulation was produced that can support increased development of the Sebedang Lake tourist attraction in harmony with environmental sustainability through community-based tourism, namely the need for synergy between stakeholders and the community as the main actors.
