Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has abundant natural resources, especially in the agricultural sector. Natural rubber is one of Indonesia's leading export commodities which certainly has considerable potential for the country's economy. Indonesian natural rubber is exported to various countries in the world, especially to South Korea. However, the situation of Indonesia's export volume to South Korea has fluctuated over the last thirty-two years, and is likely to decline in 2017-2022. The objectives of this research are: 1) Analyze the influence of macroeconomic variables, namely prices, exchange rates, GDP per capita and inflation rates simultaneously on Indonesian exports to South Korea for the period 1990-2022. 2) Partially analyze the influence of price, exchange rate, GDP per capita and inflation rate variables on Indonesian rubber exports to South Korea for the period 1990-2022. The analysis technique used is the Error Correction Model (ECM) for time series data with 32 observations obtained through secondary data. The selected models are stationarity testing, cointegration testing, classical assumption testing consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. The results of this research are: 1) International prices, exchange rates, GDP per capita and inflation simultaneously have a significant influence on Indonesia's natural rubber exports to South Korea for the period 1990-2022. 2) International prices in the long and short term have a negative but not significant effect on Indonesian natural rubber exports to South Korea. 3) In the long term, the exchange rate has a negative but not significant effect on Indonesian natural rubber exports to South Korea. Meanwhile, in the short term, the exchange rate has a positive but not significant effect on Indonesia's natural rubber exports to South Korea. 4) GDP per capita in the long and short term has a positive and significant effect on Indonesian natural rubber exports to South Korea. 5) Long-term inflation has a positive and significant effect on Indonesian natural rubber exports to South Korea. Meanwhile, in the short term, inflation has a negative and significant effect on Indonesian natural rubber exports to South Korea.

Abstract

Indonesia's economic growth over the last few years has experienced quite significant fluctuations. The large economic growth rate cannot be separated from the large influence of regional income for each province in Indonesia, one of which is Bali Province. This research aims to determine the effect of the independence ratio and effectiveness ratio on economic growth through capital expenditure in districts/cities in Bali Province for the 2018-2022 period. This research method uses an associative type of quantitative research. The data in this research is secondary data, consisting of data on economic growth, independence ratio, effectiveness ratio, and capital expenditure with the population of all Regencies/Cities of Bali Province. The data analysis technique in this research uses panel data regression using EViews version 10.0 because EViews has special capabilities for processing panel data, namely data that combines cross-section and time series data. The research results show thatthe independence ratio has a significant positive effect on capital expenditure, the effectiveness ratio has a significant negative effect on capital expenditure, the independence ratio has an insignificant negative effect on economic growth, the effectiveness ratio and capital expenditure have a significant positive effect on economic growth, while capital expenditure is unable to mediate the effect of the independence ratio and ratio of effectiveness to economic growth. Abstract

The growth of the beauty industry is increasing in line with the growth of the number of beauty business industries. The high competition between companies involved in the beauty sector has caused competition between cosmetic stores in Bali to be very tight. Sociolla is one of the cosmetic stores in Bali that was established in 2015 with its head office in West Jakarta. This study aims to predict merchandise assortment, customer experience, and service quality from the perspective of The Stimulus-Organism-Response Theory by considering repurchase intention. Based on survey data from 130 Sociolla consumers, the results of multiple regression analysis revealed that merchandise assortment, customer experience, and service quality have a positive effect on the repurchase intention of Sociolla consumers. The implications of this finding recommend that Sociolla management or similar companies pay attention to the factors that cause repurchase intention. Further research is suggested to test the consistency of the findings by including customer satisfaction as a moderator in the conceptual model.
