Abstract

ABSTRAKPertambahan jumlah coffee shop di kota Denpasar dan  keluhan terkait pelayanan coffee shoP di Kota Denpasar menjadi alasan penelitian ini dilakukan. Perbedaan tujuan mengunjungi coffee shop, melahirkan harapan yang berbeda. Memahami kemampuan pelayanan coffee shop   dalam memenuhi harapan pengunjung merupakan tujuan penelitian ini. Pendekatan kualitas diterapkan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor mendasar persepsi kualitas pelayanan coffe shop di Kota Denpasar.  Seratus pengunjung dilibatkan sebagai responden untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan coffe shop. Hasil analisis Faktor menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan pisik menyumbangkan variasi terhadap variasi kualitas  yang terbesar, disusul oleh  reliabilitas, kepastian, daya tanggap dan empati. Temuan penelitian ini merekomendasikan investor agar meletakkan perbaikan aspek pisik dalam prioritas utama, pemilihan lokasi yang strategis, kemudahan pembayaran, dan perhatian dan keramahan karyawan perlu ditingkatkan melalui pelatihan kompetensi untuk membangun sikap kerja yang sesuai. Kata Kunci: kualitas, lingkungan pisik pelayanan, keandalan, daya tanggap, kepastian , empati. ABSTRACTIncreasing number of coffee shop    s operating during the Pandemy   in Denpasar City is the main reason of the present study. There  is number coffee shop    s available, while on the other hand Government regulation limited operating hours and capacity utilization which insist them to manage product and service delivery properly  to their prospective custumer. Preliminary study uncovered  that  some areas dont meet customer expectancy such as waiter service behavior and appearance. The present study objective is exploring the fundamental factors that construct the  quality of coffe shop in Denpasar area based on data accumulated from 100 coffe shop visitos. The result confirmed  that  dimensions of tangibility, reliability , responsiveness; assurance and empathy significantly explained variance of coffee shop     quality. The Implication of the research finding is that  investor  have to put physical aspect improvement  on the first priority to build positive consumer quality perception, chose strategic location, employ non cash payment method, and keep on improving cleanliness as well as  train the employees to internalize hospitality attitude properly. Keywords: physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy.

Abstract

Management is challenged by effeciency and quality to stay in competition.Building efficiency and quality based on employee satisfaction and employeecommitment is not sufficient today. Management needs Employee engagement toimprove its efficiency and quality of its operation sustainably. Employee engagement isrelatively new construct in employee behavior research, because it is found bypractitioner. It is defined as The harnessing of organization members selves to theirwork roles. In engagement people employee and exprese themselves physically,cognitively and emotionally during role performance.Employee engagement is neither similar to Organizational Citizenship norEmployee Commitment. It is different on its role on relationship between job satisfactionand organization citizenship behavior and intention to quit. Having reveiwed relatedarticles, among effect of job characteristics, Justice and organization support, employeeengagement significantly influenced by justice and organization support and leadership.To stimulate employee engagement, Management have to develop participativeleadership style, support their employee sufficiently and implement justice policyspesifically procedural justice in consisten way for every aspect of its functionalmanajemen. Employee engagement has positif relationship with Organizationperformance.

Abstract

Organizations spent a considerable effort and time to build positive image and organizationcommitment. This article explore whether negative information about the labor practices of anorganization and unethical conduct of part of the employee of the organization affectemployees’ attitude and behavior. Based on social identity theory and relevant research findings,this article explores the potential effects of negative publication of employees behavior ororganizational practices on employees’ attitude toward organization and their commitmenttoward organization.Organizations needs to build effective and intensive communication mechanism to build andimprove employee identification toward organization. High employee identification towardorganization will moderate the impact of negative organization publication on employee attitudeand employee commitment.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengaruh Job Enlargement terhadap Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Tujuanpenelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh job enlargement dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasankerja di Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Negara Bali (DJKN) dan Nusa Tenggara danKantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang Denpasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambilresponden sebanyak 99 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisisdata yang dipergunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 15.0 forWindows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda terbukti bahwa job enlargement dan motivasikerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di KantorWilayah DJKN Bali dan Nusa Tenggara dan KPKNL Denpasar. Hasil penelitian ini adalah motivasi kerjaberpengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja adalah motivasi kerja. Kata kunci : job enlargement, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja

Abstract

Present study predict intention to engage in SPA in Post Pandemi situation from Planned Behavior Theory, extended with Perceived Risk as predictors. Data were accumulated from 390 SPA customers who engaged in SPA treatment in Kuta and Ubud as main destination of foreign visitors. data analysis uncovered that attitude, subjective norms , perceived behavioral control and perceived risk significantly affected intention to engage in SPA treatment. to encourage intention to engage in SPA treatment provider needs to implement health and security procedures consistently because higher perceived risk will lessen intention to engage in SPA treatment.

Abstract

Tourism involves the movement of individuals from one region to another, which are sometimes of different cultures. The interaction between tourists and local communities in tourist destinations is social interaction. The community does not always react positively to the development of certain destinations or attractions. Public attitudes that are not always beneficial to tourism have various causes, such as the well-being differences that appear so starkly between wealthy tourists and poor local communities and conflict over limited resources such as water, land and cultural resources. This condition needs to be addressed because frequent demonstrations at various tourist attractions in Bali may jeopardize the security and comfort of tourists and affect the image of Bali as an international tourist destination. This study aims to: 1) To evaluate local government policies in community empowerment; 2) To measure perceived community-based tourism implemented in the destination areas 3) To measure thelife satisfaction of the people in tourist destinations; 3)To measure individual attitude toward toursm develoment in Destinations. The results of this study are expected to be useful as input in the formulation of regional tourism policies to realize tourism development goals effectively. This study is different from previous tourism studies because it examines the impact of tourism development from an integral perspective of sustainable tourism and community-based tourism. Abstract

The organization’s goals will be achieved if supported by human resources who have high commitment of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The research is aimed to know the influence of organizational commitment and job insecurity on organizational citizenship behavior (Studies on Tourism Vocational High School teachers Triatma Jaya Badung. Population in this research are 39 responden that work as teachers at Tourism Vocational High School Triatma Jaya Badung. Primary data was taken from respondent. Multiple Regression Analysis methode was used for hypothesis analysis as well with SPSS version 13.0 was used as software application. The result showed that (1) Organizational commitment gave significant positive effect toward organizational citizenship behavior (2) job insecurity gave significant negative effect toward organizational citizenship behavior. Suggested for further research in other to boarden the scope of research into multiple location such as Tabanan, Singaraja and Semarang and separating respondents into each position group, and examines the influence of organizational commitment and job insecurity on organizational citizenship behavior in Tourism Vocational High School teachers Triatma Jaya.

Abstract

Work motivation and staff positioning is one of the important issue that need to be taken into account by a management, in order to improve workplace satisfaction rating. Workplace satisfaction and employee performance begins from the appropriate work placement of individual employee, based on interest, talent and followed by motivation from management and their colleague. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of work place motivation and work placement to the overall satisfaction and performance of the staff in general. The research use 36 individuals as samples and all of them work inside the credit analysis at the BPD Bali (Regional development bank) of Bali, at their denpasar’s branch office. The method analysis use for it is PLS (partial least square). Variable that we look upon in this research is work motivation, work placement, overall satisfaction and work performance. The final result suggest there is a strongeffect work motivation to work satisfaction. Followed by, appropriate work placement with overall employee satisfaction. Other variable work motivation has positive and significant effect towards the employee performance. Then, appropriate work placement has direct positive effect towards improvement of the work performance. And higher work satisfaction improved the work performance We recommending the company to focus upon the right work placement, because with the right work placement that take into consideration the staff interest and talent, it will create positive effect towards their satisfaction and performance. An employee will able to provide better outcome in their day to day work, if the conditions of right work placement based on talent and skill is fulfilled.

Abstract

Status kepegawaian adalah keadaan yang membedakan pegawai yang satu dengan yang lain dalam perusahaan atau organisasi. Dalam kenyataannya status kepegawaian dibedakan menjadi pegawai tetap dan pegawai tidak tetap. Komitmen organisasional ditinjau dari status kepegawaian menjadi variabel penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang menunjukkan keyakinan dan dukungan yang kuat terhadap nilai dan sasaran yang ingin dicapai oleh organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh status kepegawaian terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Yayasan Dharma Widya Ulangun Denpasar dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 68 orang pegawai, terdiri dari 16 orang pegawai tetap dan 52 orang pegawai tidak tetap, ditentukan secara stratified proporsional random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji one way Anova dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) status kepegawaian berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil ini dapat diartikan bahwa semakin      tinggi perbedaan status kepegawaian maka kinerja karyawan akan menurun.             2) komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil ini dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi komitmen organisasional maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Quality of human resources could affect the achievement of vision, mission and organization goal through the suitability between individual value and organization value..? This research is aimed to know role of work satisfaction mediation toward relationship between congruency individual value and organization value with organizational commitmen and employee’s OCB in Regional Agency of Food and Drug Control of Denpasar. Population in this research are 96 responden  that work at in regional agency of food and drug control of Denpasar. Primary data was taken from respondent. Multiple regression analysis methode was used for hypothesis analysis as well ( Baron and Keynes, 1986) with SPSS version 17.0 was used as software application and then using a Sobel test to determined the effect if it’s significant. The result showed that (1) Congruency individual value  and organization value gave significant positive effect toward Organizational Commitment (2) Congruency individual value  and organization value gave significant positive effect toward OCB (3) Congruency individual value  and organization value gave significant positive effect toward work satisfaction (4) Work Satisfaction gave significant positive effect toward Organizational Commitment (5) Work satisfaction gave significant positive effect toward OCB (6) Work Satisfaction gave positive partially mediation but not signifikan toward relationship congruency individual and organization value with commitment organizational and employee’s OCB. Suggested for further research in order to broaden the scope of research into multiple organizational and separating respondendts into each position group, as well as examining in particular the role of intrinsic job satisfaction and extrinsic job satisfaction to see more job satisfaction factors affect the value of individual relationship and organizational values to organizational commitment and employee’s OCB in Regional Agency of Food and Drug Control of Denpasar.
