Abstract

Blockchain technology has arisen as a promising answer for upgrading straightforwardness, recognizability, and productivity in overseeing supply chains. This examination paper digs into the complex connection between blockchain innovation and production network the board, amalgamating existing writing and pinpointing arising patterns. Abstract

The use of online shopping applications has become a predominant trend among the Indonesian population, presenting challenges and opportunities within the context of Islamic economics. This article discusses the challenges faced by users of online shopping applications from the perspective of Islamic economics in Indonesia, highlighting aspects such as Sharia compliance, transparency, and social responsibility. Challenges include the ambiguity of the halal status of products, uncertainty in transaction processes, and ethical issues related to promotions and advertisements. Simultaneously, this article identifies solutions that can be implemented to address these challenges. These solutions encompass the development of clear Sharia guidelines for online products and services, increased transparency in business processes, and enhanced awareness and education of the public regarding Islamic economic principles. The implementation of blockchain technology and Sharia-compliant payment mechanisms is also highlighted as potential solutions to improve trust and Sharia compliance within the online shopping ecosystem. Through this analysis, the article provides insights into how online shopping applications can be integrated with Islamic economic values, creating an ecosystem that is not only technologically innovative but also aligned with the principles of Islamic finance. Consequently, it is hoped that a more inclusive, transparent, and Sharia-compliant online shopping ecosystem can be established in Indonesia.

Abstract

In the digital era, business transformation is unavoidable, especially with the emergence of e-commerce which has revolutionized the way companies operate and interact with consumers. This research aims to dig deeper into the development of e-commerce and its impact on the transformation of traditional businesses into digital. Through qualitative and quantitative approaches, this research collects data from various companies that have integrated e-commerce into their business operations, as well as consumers who are affected by this change. The research results show that e-commerce not only allows companies to reach a wider market and increase sales, but also drives innovation in marketing strategies, operational models and customer service. Furthermore, this research identifies the challenges companies face in the transition to digital, such as data security issues, increasing competition, and the need for rapid technological adaptation. The conclusions of this research suggest that to survive and thrive in the digital era, companies must implement effective e-commerce strategies, utilize the latest technology, and continue to innovate to meet consumers changing needs and expectations.

Abstract

Border territories have strategic values in supporting the success of national development. One effort to improve the economy of border region communities is through empowering micro, small and medium businesses so as to encourage economic growth. Information technology introduces new opportunities and problems that are distinct from traditional approaches, changing the way business is conducted. One of the primary pillars supporting the modern civilization's progress is information technology, which has to be able to benefit the larger community. Border regions are increasingly being the focus of development efforts across all domains in the context of fair development. The research was carried out using the literature study method. This research discusses the definition of information technology and border areas, the relationship between information technology and economic growth, the concept of economic growth in border areas, the concept of the use of information technology to encourage economic growth, the relationship between economic growth in border areas and the use of information technology, and research implications for policy development.

Abstract

Backgrounds Researchers believe that the activities included in the scope of Green Human Resource Management can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on employee performance because by improving these activities, employees' personalities will become better trained in carrying out responsibilities regarding the environment, and can pay more attention. important things in more detail, and ultimately can improve employee performance. Objectives Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of Green Human Resource Management on Employee Performance. Different from a number of other studies, this research adds the Work Environment variable as a moderating variable. Methods: This research is a quantitative research with an exploratory approach which uses the previous issues surrounding Green Human Resource Management, Employee Performance and the Work Environment as stepping stones to find separate elements of novelty in each topic and unite them into elements of new novelty and different from previous research . The data in this research uses primary data that researchers obtained from Suzuki employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data that researchers obtained was distributed using the online questionnaire method and analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. Results and Conclusions: the Green Human Resource Management variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance because the P-Values value is below the significance level of 0.05 namely 0.019.. Apart from this, there is a second hypothesis of researchers who believe that the Work Environment variable can moderate the influence of the Green Human Resource Management variable on employee performance because a comfortable and safe environment can make the green resource green management program help to influence employee performance more significantly. In line with this statement, the results of the second row of the third table of the Path Coefficient show more significant results, namely 0.000 below 0.05, which is more significant than the direct test of 0.019. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this research can be confirmed and accepted.

Abstract

Competitive business competition in the digital era means that entrepreneurs need to make careful efforts to win market competition. Brand Image, e-WOM and trust are needed to make purchasing decisions. This research aims to determine the influence of brand image and e-WOM on purchasing decisions through trust as a mediating variable in Evangeline perfume users generation Y and Z. This research is a type of quantitative research and uses non-probability sampling techniques with the path analysis method. Respondents in this research took a sample of 220 respondents who were women aged at least 17 years and had purchased Evangeline perfume at least twice in the last 2 months offline. The research results show that there is an influence of brand image and e-WOM on purchasing decisions through trust as a mediating variable for Evangeline perfume users.

The rapid evolution of the digital economy has reshaped global commerce, introducing unprecedented opportunities and complexities in taxation and economic equilibrium. This paper presents a comprehensive systemic risk analysis to scrutinize the intricate interplay between digital taxation and the stability of the global economy. Through an exhaustive review of literature, case studies, and empirical data, it identifies and explores critical taxation challenges inherent in the digital realm, including tax base erosion, jurisdictional ambiguity, and regulatory fragmentation. Additionally, the analysis delves into the systemic risks associated with digital taxation, such as double taxation, tax competition, trade disputes, and regulatory arbitrage, emphasizing their far-reaching implications on economic stability, investment decisions, market dynamics, and fiscal sustainability. Abstract

The digitalization era has brought significant changes in the way of doing business, including for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research aims to examine the use of technology in increasing the productivity of MSMEs. Using qualitative and quantitative research methods, this study analyzes various technologies that can be adopted by MSMEs, such as e-commerce, social media, management information systems, mobile applications. Data was collected through surveys, interviews and case studies on a number of MSMEs that have successfully implemented technology in business operations. The research results show that technology adoption significantly increases operational efficiency, expands market reach, and improves the quality of MSME customer service. E-commerce and social media technologies have proven effective in increasing sales and brand awareness, while management information systems and mobile applications improve internal business processes and customer service. However, there are challenges, such as limited access to technology resources, lack of expertise in technology management, and data security issues. This research recommends building more inclusive digital infrastructure, technology training for MSME owners, and developing policies that support the MSME digital ecosystem. In conclusion, the use of technology is a critical strategy that MSMEs must implement to increase productivity and competitiveness in the global market.
