Abstract

Providing credit has become a main source of profit for financial and non-financial institutions. However, this transaction might lead into credit risk. This risk occurred if debtors unable to complete their obligations that will led loss for creditors.  It is necessity for company to create assessment in distinguishing eligible or non-eligible prospective customer. Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is introduced in solving this typical classification case. Furthermore, one of learning algorithm in ANN namely Backpropagation is able to minimizing error of output in order to receive accurate result. This research aims to form models that capable in classifying the loan status of applicants by utilizing historical data. The method developed in this research is Backpropagation with activation function is a sigmoid function. In addition, this research formed two data model for analyzed; with first data model is every variable given in dataset and for the second data model is the variables that influenced the loan acceptance. Backpropagation shows high performance with more or less data variables. The results of this research show that the both data model has highest accuracy of prediction is 94.37% while the lowest accuracy prediction is 80.28%.

Abstract

One of the most difficult aspects of face identification is face occlusion. Face occlusion is when anything is placed over the face, for example, a mask. Masks occlude multiple important facial features, like the chin, lips, nose, and facial edges. Face identification becomes challenging when important facial features are occluded. Using one of the deep learning algorithms, YOLOv5, this work tries to identify the face of someone whose face is occluded by a mask in real-time. A special program is being created to test the effectiveness of the YOLOv5 algorithm. 14 people's data were registered, and each person had 150 images used for training, validation, and testing. The images used are regular faces and mask-occluded faces. Nine distinct configurations of epoch and batch sizes were used to train the model. Then, during the testing phase, the best-performing configuration was chosen. Images and real-time input were used for testing. The highest possible accuracy of image identification is 100%, whereas the maximum accuracy of real-time identification is 64%. It was found during the testing that the brightness of the room has an influence on the performance of YOLOv5. Identifying individuals becomes more challenging when there are significant changes in brightness.

Abstract

Residents of West Nusa Tenggara, Mataram City, mostly like badminton. GOR Badminton Garuda is a sports building that provides sports field rental services specifically for badminton (badminton) in the city of Mataram. Rental management at the Garuda Badminton Building is still carried out conventionally, namely by manually recording the list of field tenants in the rental book, resulting in difficult data searches and frequent schedule recording errors. In addition, making reports takes a long time because they are still made from rental books. In terms of field reservation, it is also considered less effective because tenants have to come to the field. The solution provided is to create a web-based online field rental information system using the Waterfall method. The results of creating this information system can make it easier for admins to manage rentals and make it easier for the public to get information and field booking services online. Based on Usability testing using the ISO 9126 model, the Field Rental Information System at the Garuda Badminton Sports Hall is in good criteria with a percentage of 83%.

Abstract

One way to tackle poverty is to provide information about productive and non-productive communities in each rural. This is very beneficial for the government, especially in each rural regarding the classification of community data. This research aims to classify productive and non-productive people so that the government can prioritize assistance for people deemed necessary to be more creative in fulfilling their family's economy. The research method used is the Iterative Dichitomiser Three (ID3) algorithm to build a decision tree. The process in the decision tree is changing the shape of the data (table) into a tree (tree) and generating rules based on the highest Entropy and Gain values. The study's conclusion shows that this algorithm can be processed in a shorter time, with shorter decision rules and higher prediction accuracy, by displaying the highest gain value. The parameters used to consist of education, age, income, and employment status, which results in the following rule if higher education and high income, then the result is a productive society, whereas if high school education and low income, then the result is a non-productive society.

not spread evenly among the people. Most people still use traditional methods and depend on the uncertain climate to meet their food needs, such as vegetables and fruits. Based on this, an Internet of Things (IoT) based Smart Greenhouse Design with Arduino Uno Microcontroller was created as a solution that is expected to help make it easier for farmers to cultivate plants. The greenhouse is a building that has the function to protect plants from external disturbances such as pests, heavy rain, strong winds, and excessive humidity. Meanwhile, what is called a smart greenhouse that uses technology such as the Internet of Things (IoT), is designed to automatically monitoring uses the Arduino Uno microcontroller as the control center for each sensor used, namely DHT22 (air temperature and humidity sensor), Soil Moisture (soil moisture sensor), GUVA-S12SD (UV light intensity sensor). The sensor will obtain the required data and will be automatically sent to the server (blynk application) with the help of ESP8266 (wifi module). The method used in this study is engineering design in the manufacture of the automation system. The results of this research are in the form of a smart greenhouse that can regulate, adjust, and modify the climate to optimize the conditions and processes of plant growth in the greenhouse equipment through microcontrollers and monitoring devices such as sensors and can be controlled remotely via mobile phones or computers everywhere.

Abstract

PT Gamma Energi Pratama is a company engaged in the instrumentation sector. One of the projects undertaken by PT Gamma Energi Pratama is on an oil and natural gas drilling site. The oil drilling process involves a tool called a Gas Jack Compressor originating from the United States. At first, the technician there used the local panel that came with the compressor. But procuring spare parts takes a long time. At the same time, the needs in the field demand to be met immediately. Therefore, the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) was chosen as a special microcontroller device that can access the compressor via the Modbus Protocol. PLCs can also be connected to Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) applications via Ethernet. This solution monitors data from sensor readings installed on the Gas Jack Compressor. The system is already running with its use only on the local scope. For the development of the system so that monitoring can be carried out in real-time and online, it needs to be linked to flow control devices, database systems, and interfaces for data visualization. Thus, monitoring gas fields can be done in real-time online.

Abstract

Thesis is a scientific work and one of the graduation requirements for students in tertiary institutions. The process of implementing the thesis at the Information Technology Study Program at the University of Timor is still done manually, starting from submitting titles to data processing which allows for duplicate titles, difficulty finding data and losing data. For this reason, a system is needed to avoid the risk of duplicate titles and difficulty finding the data. So in this study an information system will be built to detect the similarity of the title of the final project (Thesis) using the incremental method and the Jaccard similarity algorithm as a plagiarism detection algorithm. The application of the incremental method is due to its flexible nature and less risk of failure than other development methods. System testing is carried out on the functional system and using the User Acceptance Test. Based on the test results, this system facilitates Study Programs in submitting final assignment titles, finding final assignment data, minimizing the risk of duplicate titles through the Title Similarity Percentage testing feature to find out the highest level of similarity based on thesis title category and avoiding data loss.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe increasing public interest in using the public transportation will reduce the volume of vehicles operating on the streets. The derivative of the description above is how to make people prefer to use bus transportation instead of using private vehicles in traveling within the city. Currently, there is 192.5 million smartphone’s user, in the other hand, the Indonesia government also supported the public transportation such as electrical bus. In November 2022, at KTT G20 Bali, INKA (Indonesia State-Owned Enterprise) and an academic institution consortium released 30 units of electrical buses. From that problem and opportunity, this research aims to propose an application that provides comprehensive information on public transportation, especially inner-city buses. So that, the user could easily track and book the bus. The proposed application is a real-time web-based application aimed at the public as users. This application is accessed using electronic devices such as cell phones, tablets, laptops, and computers. In this research we also proposed conceptual and scrum method for further implementation. We used the Scrum method to build the proposed application, the roles of the scrum team are one product owner, one scrum master, two development teams (UI/UX and developer), and 2 sprints. Implementing the Scrum method in the development process could help organize and increase team productivity. The result of this research is the prototype of a Monitoring and Booking e-Bus Based on a QR Code. In future research we would like to implement this concept and survey the user experience with PIECES framework to get the user comfort in using the proposed application.

Abstract

Keys play an important role in a security system. Most room door security systems still use conventional door locks, especially in room management applications. Room management with conventional keys has several problems, such as long key searches for each loan, and easily lost and duplicated. Therefore, the authors propose a door lock system that is capable of automating room door control and supervision via the internet network. Research that has been done previously uses single factor authentication (SFA). This technology is less secure for the authentication process for parties/users who want to access the room. This research proposes that a system with multi factor authentication (MFA) aims to protect the system from unauthorized users. The MFA concept will be implemented by validating the physical token on the RFID card and the security code or PIN entered by the user. MFA also increases the level of security and allows the implementation of identification, verification and authentication to ensure user authority. The results of this study are system prototypes that can work well, the system can be realized using backend services using expressjs and data stored in cloud services that can be accessed anytime and from anywhere by the client. The system can also be realized using a combination of nodejs, expressjs, PostgreSQL and esp32 client technologies. The validation process at check-in can occur within 207ms. The server is reliable enough to execute 500 requests simultaneously. Overall, the system has worked well for room management.
