Abstract

Globalisasi rantai pasok dan ekspansi operasional perusahaan multinasional telah meningkatkan kompleksitas transaksi intercompany, khususnya dalam pengelolaan ekspor antar cabang internasional. PT Sunningdale Tech Batam, sebagai bagian dari jaringan global Sunningdale Group, menghadapi tantangan dalam mengoptimalkan proses ekspor intercompany yang melibatkan koordinasi lintas negara, sinkronisasi sistem administrasi, dan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi ekspor-impor yang berbeda-beda. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis kendala operasional dan merancang alur kerja terstandarisasi untuk meningkatkan akurasi, kecepatan, dan koordinasi proses ekspor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus pada PT Sunningdale Tech Batam. Pendekatan kualitatif dipilih untuk memahami secara mendalam persepsi pegawai kunci terhadap kekuatan dan kelemahan sistem pengendalian internal dalam praktik sehari-hari. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen perusahaan seperti SOP, laporan audit internal, dan laporan keuangan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan mengacu pada COSO Framework dan Teori Agensi guna mengidentifikasi efektivitas pengendalian internal serta potensi risiko yang muncul dalam organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi flowchart proses ekspor yang terintegrasi berhasil mengurangi kesalahan dokumen, mempercepat persetujuan internal, dan meningkatkan koordinasi antar departemen serta dengan cabang Singapura. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah tersedianya panduan operasional yang sistematis bagi perusahaan untuk meminimalkan risiko keterlambatan dan meningkatkan efisiensi dalam manajemen ekspor intercompany.

Abstract

The Free Nutritious Meal Program has become a strategic policy that plays an important role in increasing the nutritional security of school children while supporting the success of learning in Indonesia. The program emphasizes the provision of nutritionally balanced, safe, affordable, and data-driven management for effective evaluation. This research uses the method of literature study, reviewing scientific literature, government reports, and the latest international studies (2020–2025) related to the implementation of similar programs in various countries. The results of the study showed that the free nutritious meal program was able to significantly improve children's nutritional status, school attendance, and academic achievement. Factors that determine the success of the program include menu design based on children's nutritional needs, active involvement of local communities, quality control and food safety, and data-based monitoring and evaluation systems. The program also encourages integration between education and school health services, supporting long-term outcomes in terms of improving overall student health, learning ability, and well-being. Thus, the Free Nutritious Meal Program not only meets children's nutritional needs, but also strengthens the synergy of education and health, making it an important instrument in the development of healthy, intelligent, and productive human resources in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Kecerdasan Buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) dalam membangun keunggulan kompetitif komunikasi bisnis di Traveloka. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma konstruktivisme, studi ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana AI, khususnya melalui platform Salesforce, diintegrasikan dalam strategi interaksi korporat Traveloka untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, personalisasi layanan, dan pengalaman pelanggan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan staf internal Traveloka serta analisis literatur terkait transformasi digital dan komunikasi bisnis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan AI tidak hanya meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kerja, tetapi juga memperkuat citra inovasi perusahaan sebagai “lifestyle superapp” di Asia Tenggara. Namun, implementasi AI menghadirkan tantangan signifikan, seperti integrasi teknis, resistensi SDM, risiko bias algoritma, serta isu etika dan privasi data. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan penggunaan AI sebagai strategi komunikasi bisnis memerlukan sinergi antara teknologi, manajemen perubahan, dan kepemimpinan organisasi. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam kajian komunikasi bisnis digital dan praktis bagi perusahaan yang tengah melakukan transformasi digital untuk menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, membangun, dan mengevaluasi sistem manajemen jadwal sidang terintegrasi dengan notifikasi Email berbasis website menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) di Kejaksaan Negeri Tanjung Perak Surabaya. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengembangan sistem RAD yang melibatkan empat fase: perencanaan kebutuhan, desain sistem, konstruksi, dan implementasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan 5 informan kunci (Kepala Sub Bagian Pembinaan, staf administrasi pidana umum, staf administrasi pidana khusus, jaksa, dan operator sistem), serta studi dokumentasi. Sistem diuji menggunakan black box testing untuk memverifikasi fungsionalitas fitur. Hasil: Penelitian menghasilkan sistem manajemen jadwal sidang berbasis website dengan arsitektur client-server dan database MySQL yang terdiri dari 9 tabel utama. Sistem memiliki fitur: (1) pengelolaan data perkara, hakim, jaksa, dan jadwal sidang; (2) pembuatan, perubahan, dan pembatalan jadwal secara real-time; (3) notifikasi Email otomatis menggunakan protokol SMTP; (4) dashboard khusus untuk admin, staf, dan pimpinan; (5) laporan rekapitulasi jadwal. Hasil black box testing menunjukkan seluruh 25 skenario uji berhasil (100%) dengan fungsi validasi, penyimpanan, dan pengiriman Email berjalan sesuai spesifikasi. Implikasi: Sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan jadwal (waktu pemrosesan berkurang 85%), akurasi data (zero defect pada uji validasi), dan ketepatan penyampaian informasi (100% Email terkirim <2 menit). Secara teoretis, penelitian memperkuat penerapan RAD dalam pengembangan sistem informasi sektor publik. Secara praktis, sistem ini mendukung transformasi digital dan profesionalisme aparatur Kejaksaan.

Abstract

The status of female civil servants (Aparatur Sipil Negara/ASN) as second wives is commonly framed as a moral or marital law issue. Within bureaucratic practice, however, this phenomenon has significant implications for public human resource management and ethical governance. This study examines the implications of the marital status of female ASN as second wives within Indonesia’s civil service management system and formulates policy recommendations aligned with merit-based principles, public ethics, and gender equality. Employing a qualitative descriptive method with a deductive and socio-legal approach, this study analyzes primary legal materials governing civil service management, discipline, ethics, and marriage, complemented by relevant academic literature. The findings reveal a regulatory gap in civil service law, as existing regulations do not explicitly govern the status of female ASN who become second wives. This gap has led to inconsistent administrative interpretations and potential gender-based discrimination in performance evaluation and career development. The study concludes that the issue constitutes a public human resource management and policy challenge rather than merely an individual moral concern, underscoring the need for explicit, proportional, and gender-sensitive governance frameworks in ASN management.

Abstract

Public services are the responsibility of the government and are carried out by government agencies to meet community needs in various sectors, so that the services provided can be affordable, easy, fast, and efficient. One government effort to improve services is the development of train stations based on Transit Oriented Development (TOD) by Perumnas in collaboration with PT KAI as a solution to improve mobility efficiency and reduce dependence on private vehicles. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the TOD concept at Rawa Buntu Station as an effort to realize an integrated, environmentally friendly, and public-transportation-oriented urban area. The research used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The focus of this research is based on the policy implementation model proposed by George C. Edward III. The findings reveal that communication indicators remain suboptimal due to the absence of regular socialization and education regarding TOD development. However, resources are adequately utilized in accordance with assigned authorities, and Perumnas Mahata Serpong demonstrates strong commitment and support for Regional Regulation No. 9 of 2019. Furthermore, the bureaucratic structures of both Perumnas and PT KAI have implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) properly. Rawa Buntu Station has the potential to serve as a model for sustainable TOD development in urban areas.

Abstract

Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL) in Indonesia has historically prioritized biogeophysical parameters, thereby neglecting psychosocial dimensions that are critical determinants of public health. This neglect is urgent, as environmental changes from development projects can trigger psychological distress, social conflict, and erosion of community well-being—impacts that remain largely unrecognized within the current regulatory framework. This article aims to analyze the epistemological and methodological challenges in identifying psychosocial impacts in AMDAL and to propose an integrative framework based on Health Impact Assessment (HIA). Using a qualitative literature-based approach with content and thematic analysis, this study examined scientific publications, policy documents, and international guidelines. The findings reveal that psychosocial impacts are latent, multifactorial, and difficult to quantify within the dominant positivist paradigm, resulting in their systematic underrepresentation in AMDAL documents. The study concludes that integrating HIA, psychometric instruments, and participatory methods can strengthen AMDAL as a more comprehensive policy tool for safeguarding both environmental quality and community well-being.
