Abstract

Bullying at SDN 1 Cipancuh, Cipancuh Village, Indramayu, is an issue that needs to be addressed immediately due to its widespread negative impacts, ranging from mental health problems (low self-esteem, fear) to decreased learning motivation and student attendance rates. This Community Service Program (KKN) activity primarily aims to measure and improve sixth grade students' understanding of the dangers of bullying and train them in self-prevention strategies and positive interventions. The method applied is Classical Guidance (Socialization) combined with the innovative media Bully Box Game, a role-playing simulation that educates participants on how to fight bullying without violence. The program targets 21 sixth grade students. Evaluation of the program's effectiveness was conducted through quantitative Pre-test and Post-test instruments. The results of the data analysis showed a very significant increase in understanding, with the average score of participants increasing from 66.7 to 90.5. The Normalized Gain (⟨g⟩) analysis averaged 0.8 (or 79.4%), which is statistically classified as Highly Effective. These findings confirm that an educational approach combined with interactive simulations is highly effective in transferring anti-bullying knowledge in a short time. This program is recommended to be integrated into school policies to create a child-friendly and bullying-free learning environment.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to instill financial literacy and a habit of saving from an early age in students at the Tarbiyah Wata'lim Bodas Elementary School (MI) in Mangunjaya Village. The background to this activity is the importance of socialization as a means of developing character and role in managing money, which is a crucial foundation for future financial stability. While saving is a vital practice, this habit needs to be socialized in a structured manner from a young age to become a permanent habit. The implementation method used was an interactive socialization focused on providing education about the concept of money, the importance of saving, and its long-term benefits, primarily targeting MI students. The results of the activity indicate that the practice of saving from a young age can form good habits in managing personal finances, increase awareness of the importance of planning for a financial future, and help children cope with emergencies or achieve long-term goals. In conclusion, this socialization of a love of saving has been proven to provide a strong foundation for individual financial stability in later life.

Abstract

Bullying in schools is a serious problem that negatively impacts students' mental and physical health and academic achievement. This research was motivated by the high incidence of bullying and the lack of understanding of this issue among students at SMPN 1 Juntinyuat. To address these challenges, the Community Service Program team implemented an Anti-Bullying Classical Guidance program as a preventive and rehabilitative measure. The program's primary objective was to raise students' awareness of the definition, forms, and negative impacts of bullying, as well as to provide them with skills to prevent and address it. The implementation method used was interactive classical guidance, a combination of lectures, group discussions, and Q&A sessions centered on 9th-grade students (approximately 290 participants). The program's effectiveness was measured quantitatively by comparing pre-test and post-test scores using Normalized Gain (N-Gain) analysis. The results showed a significant increase in understanding, with an average N-Gain score of 0.95, categorized as High. This achievement confirms that classical guidance is effective in transferring anti-bullying knowledge and provides a strong foundation for creating a safe and supportive school environment.

Abstract

The Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) is a straSStegic government initiative aimed at addressing nutritional problems and improving the quality of human resources, while also serving as a concrete manifestation of the state's obligation to fulfill citizens’ fundamental right to adequate food. This study aims to critically analyze the challenges in implementing the program and examine the legal accountability mechanisms involved. The method used is a literature study by collecting and analyzing data from relevant books and scientific journals. The discussion shows that the program’s juridical foundation is firmly rooted in the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila as an embodiment of social justice. However, field implementation faces significant obstacles, including inaccuracies in beneficiary data prone to human error, the complexity of logistical distribution, and issues regarding food quality that is sometimes unfit for consumption. Failures in these aspects risk violating children’s constitutional rights and causing budget inefficiency. Therefore, improvement strategies are needed, including digitalization of reporting data, clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for logistics, and multilayered supervision involving public participation to ensure that the program runs accurately, transparently, and accountably.

Abstract

In Indonesia, in social and state life, Pancasila functions as a basic ideology that guides the direction of state administration. By practicing the values of life based on Pancasila, Pancasila becomes the normative foundation that regulates how Indonesian society realizes national and state life in accordance with national goals. As time goes by, the impact of globalization and modernization can be seen in social and state life. To filter out external cultural influences, Pancasila is needed as an official guideline and instrument for assessing and critiquing the influence of industrialization and globalization. Various norms demonstrate how each value within the Pancasila principles is implemented. As an archipelagic nation with diverse races, ethnicities, religions, and cultures, Indonesia places Pancasila as a crucial element in maintaining the unity of the Indonesian people and thus serving as a reference and guideline in social and state life. Globalization, as a form of social change that transcends national borders, is indeed unavoidable. While it offers easy access and connectivity without the limitations of space and time, globalization also brings challenges for the younger generation, who have the potential to lose their national identity due to the rapid pace of globalization.

Abstract

The advancement of technology and the rapid flow of digital globalization have brought enormous impacts on the way of life of the Indonesian nation. On the one hand, this development brings many benefits, such as ease of accessing information and expanding public knowledge. However, on the other hand, globalization also poses a serious challenge to the character and national identity. The free entry of foreign culture through digital media often makes the younger generation easily influenced by values that are not in line with the Indonesian national personality. This research aims to discuss the importance of strengthening national character in facing global challenges through the implementation of character education and culture-based education. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by examining various research results obtained through websites. Based on the study results, digital globalization is proven to influence the way people think, behave, and act, especially the younger generation, leading to the weakening of moral values, national spirit, and cultural identity. As a solution, character education combined with local cultural values is considered an important step to foster a generation that is moral, cultured, and able to compete in the global era. The roles of teachers, schools, families, and society are also very influential in instilling positive values in students. Culture-based education not only serves to preserve the nation's heritage but also becomes a means to adapt to the development of the times. Thus, through education that instills moral and cultural values and the wise use of technology, it is hoped that Indonesia will be able to produce a generation that is intelligent, of noble character, and remains proud of its national identity amidst the strong current of globalization.

Abstract

Corruption remains a major problem that hinders law enforcement and development in Indonesia. Meanwhile, public legal awareness as a means of corruption prevention has not received adequate attention. This research aims to analyze the relationship between public legal awareness and the effectiveness of corruption prevention based on a literature review of various relevant journals. The study employs a qualitative approach and selects 12 articles from a total of 20 journals, followed by data extraction regarding the variables of legal awareness and corruption prevention, and a thematic analysis of the research findings. The results of this study indicate that the low legal awareness observed is caused by weak public interaction with law enforcement. This is compounded by uncertainty in law enforcement, a culture that is permissive of violations, and a lack of legal education. Meanwhile, efforts to prevent corruption are still severely lacking due to gaps in the digital monitoring system, weak public oversight, and very minimal community participation. In conclusion, corruption prevention efforts are highly determined by the level of public legal awareness. Therefore, it is very important to be more systematic in providing community-oriented legal education.

Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between Islam and culture through three main focuses. First, the research explores the role of culture in shaping the religious practices and social ethics of Muslims. Culture acts as a medium that influences how individuals understand religious teachings and perform worship. Second, the study examines the dialogue between basic Islamic values and local culture through the process of acculturation. The analysis shows that the interaction between the two results in patterns of acceptance, adaptation, or correction of local customs. Challenges often arise when cultural values conflict with principles of faith and morality. Third, the research assesses Islam's ability to adapt in a global context and its contribution to humanity and modern civilization. Islam promotes an ethic of justice, moderation, and social responsibility that is relevant to global issues. This study illustrates that Islam is dynamic and capable of dialogue with various cultures as long as it does not conflict with the basic principles of sharia.
