Abstract

In the midst of the world economy, which continues to decline and gives rise to global poverty, it increasingly shows that the economic system that has been adopted so far is unable to provide solutions to prosperity and justice. In reality, one of the roots of the problem of poverty in many countries is being trapped by high debt. At the same time, the development of the Islamic economic system has actually become stronger and more proven in facing the global economic crisis. This research aims to find out the history of Islamic economics during the time of Umar bin Khattab, how Islamic organizations contributed to the economic welfare of society, and the development and role of sharia banking in the Indonesian economy. The analytical method used in this research is a quantitative analysis method (Quantitative Research) with a qualitative approach to library research (Library Research). The literature sources used are articles, journals, and holy verses from the Al-Qur'an. The results of the research show that during Umar's time, Baitu Mal had been established, which functioned as an institution handling state expenditure and income. It also served as a place to store the assets of the Muslims, and was further developed by Umar. The Islamic economic system forms the basis for applying everyday economics for individuals, families, community groups, and governments.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the challenges and obstacles for Islamic parties in gaining votes in elections. Strategy in facing the Legislative Election is a challenge for contestants to make careful, precise and effective plans. This planning is prepared and implemented by the campaign team with the aim of achieving victory. Their target is to gain support from voters and increase electability. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a literature study approach, in the technique of reviewing and concluding various literature sources that are relevant to the research topic. The conclusion of this discussion is to examine Islamic politics from Al-Qur'an Surah Al Imran verse 159 concerning deliberation by examining the interpretation of Surah Ali Imran verse 159 from Tafsir Al-Maraghi, Tafsir Al-Misbah and Tafsir Al-Azhar, deliberation which is consensual is one of the values and principles of Islamic politics in the Koran. These interpretations even suggest that the Prophet Muhammad SAW, as the leader of the Muslim community at that time, often took decisions suggested by his friends, not based on his own opinion. Islamic parties are closely related to understanding the relationship between Islam and politics. There are 2 (two) important reasons in examining Islamic parties in Indonesia, namely: First, even though the majority of the Indonesian people embraced Islam seriously or otherwise, the political position of Islam in that period was relatively weak. Second, the reason for studying this issue is because no special study has been carried out on the topic of Islam and its relevance to parties in practical political discourse so far. The importance of communication in political activities cannot be denied, and this also applies to political parties. Every political communication carried out always includes political messages, political communicators, media or political channels, and the effects that arise among the audience as a result of the political communication process. The formation of political parties is based on democratic principles, namely a government led by the majority through general elections.

Regulation and ethics can help ensure that AI technology is used for good purposes and does not harm society. Meanwhile, the development of responsible AI technology can help society to trust and accept AI technology. The research topic chosen is "The Phenomenon of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Dependence in an Islamic Perspective on Adolescents". The phenomenon of AI dependence in adolescents is a condition in which adolescents are too dependent on AI technology to carry out various daily activities such as learning, playing, communicating, and others. In facing the positive and negative impacts of AI technology, people need to understand the potential and risks of AI technology, as well as strengthen digital literacy and adaptability. Some examples of artificial intelligence-based technology devices or equipment that are widely used by teenagers today are Virtual Reality (VR), smartphones, online motorcycle taxi applications, e-commerce, google platforms, drones, and so on. Artificial Intelligence cannot fully replace the role of humans, because there is one thing that Artificial Intelligence is not able to do, which is empathy. However, Artificial Intelligence can play a role in supporting human performance. Therefore, it is necessary to develop human resource competencies, namely competencies that cannot be done by Artificial Intelligence, one of which is to improve human resource soft skills.
