Abstract

The growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia plays a crucial role in supporting national economic development. Nevertheless, between 2017 and 2023, the progress of MSMEs has experienced fluctuations, even among those that are officially registered and supported by the 99% Usahaku platform. These inconsistencies are primarily due to ongoing challenges, particularly limited access to funding and technology. Given the definition and unique characteristics of MSMEs, this study seeks to examine whether there is a correlation between specific key factors and the growth of MSMEs listed on the 99% Usahaku platform. Furthermore, the research aims to identify which of these factors most significantly influence their growth. To achieve this, the study utilizes primary data collected via questionnaires distributed to 390 MSMEs, determined through the Slovin formula. The responses are analyzed using the SPSS statistical software, with Principal Component Analysis (PCA) serving as the primary method of analysis. The results, indicated by a KMO Measure of Sampling Adequacy (MSA) value of 0.586 (greater than 0.50) and a significant Bartlett’s Test of Sphericity (p-value < 0.05), suggest a meaningful correlation between the identified key factors and the growth of MSMEs on the 99% Usahaku platform, thus supporting the alternative hypothesis (H1). The analysis identifies thirteen key factors contributing to MSME growth on the platform: labor ecosystem, MSME ecosystem, competitive capacity, market operational ability, skilled human capital, business ecosystem, business information systems, digital adoption, organizational structure, market orientation, financial management, marketing competence, and operational support.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of morning market traders' income on the revitalization of the morning market in Samarinda City. This study uses a quantitative research type; the population in this study amounted to 40 morning market traders who have been relocated to several traditional markets and modern markets in Samarinda City. The sampling method used is the random sampling technique, the data collection technique used is a questionnaire and documentation, and the data analysis used is simple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that there is a moderate level of influence between the market revitalization variable and traders' income, the index results of which are at 0.40 - 0.599. This is evidenced by the correlation coefficient value of 0.584. Proof of the hypothesis with the t table value is obtained at a significance level of 5% of 1.685 from the t count value of 4.439. Because the t-count value is greater than the t-table value, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that market revitalization has a significant effect on traders' income. The conclusion in this study is that there is a significant influence of market revitalization and traders' income.

Abstract

The aging population increasingly relies on healthcare services, demanding hospitals to identify factors influencing elderly patients' revisit intentions. However, limited studies integrate service quality and digital literacy factors. Thus, this research addresses how service quality dimensions and e-health literacy affect elderly patients' revisit intentions mediated by customer perceived value (CPV) and customer satisfaction (CS). The objectives were to examine the direct and indirect effects of service quality and e-health literacy on revisit intention, with CPV and CS as mediators. A cross-sectional survey employing standardized questionnaires was conducted among approximately 300 elderly outpatients at Hospital X. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was utilized to analyze the data. Results demonstrated significant positive effects of service quality on both CPV and CS, while e-health literacy positively influenced CPV. CPV significantly predicted CS, and CS was the strongest predictor of revisit intention, fully mediating the effects of service quality and CPV on revisit intention. The key significant path coefficients were service quality to satisfaction (β ≈ .50, p<.01), CPV to satisfaction (β ≈ .60, p<.01), and satisfaction to revisit intention (β ≈ .52, p<.001). These findings highlight the crucial role of enhancing service quality and e-health literacy among elderly patients to improve their perceived value and satisfaction, ultimately increasing revisit intentions. The implications suggest healthcare management should prioritize high-quality services and digital health literacy programs for elderly patients.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Green Accounting, and Sustainable Growth on the disclosure of sustainability reports among companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2023 period. The research adopts a quantitative approach using secondary data in the form of financial statements and sustainability reports. The sample was selected through purposive sampling, consisting of 100 companies that applied the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard and were among the top 100 firms in terms of market capitalization. Panel data regression with a Random Effect Model was employed as the analytical technique. The findings indicate that both GCG and Green Accounting have a significant positive impact on sustainability report disclosure. In contrast, Sustainable Growth demonstrates a significant negative influence, as its measurement does not directly correlate with the proxies used to assess sustainability disclosure. These results highlight that consistent implementation of sound corporate governance and environmental accounting practices fosters greater transparency in sustainability reporting. However, high levels of sustainable growth do not necessarily align with stronger commitments to sustainability reporting. This study is expected to contribute to the development of sustainability reporting practices and to provide insights for stakeholder decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the key factors influencing the continuance use intention of QR code-based payment systems (QRIS) among Generation X consumers in Indonesia, addressing the need for sustainable digital payment adoption. By extending the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Expectation-Confirmation Theory (ECT), the research explores how perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, and satisfaction affect continued engagement with QRIS. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected from 217 respondents who have used QRIS within the past three months. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to assess the relationships among the constructs, utilizing bootstrapping to determine the significance of the path coefficients. The analysis revealed that perceived ease of use significantly influences both perceived usefulness and user satisfaction, which in turn positively impacts trust. Interestingly, while trust was a significant predictor of continuance intention, satisfaction and perceived usefulness did not directly lead to continued usage, challenging traditional assumptions in the literature. This highlights the complex interplay of factors that drive continued engagement with QRIS. This research contributes to the digital payment literature by integrating perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, and satisfaction into a comprehensive model of continuance intention. It offers both theoretical insights and practical guidance for stakeholders in the rapidly evolving digital payment industry, particularly within the context of QRIS adoption, especially among Generation X in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of workload and distributive justice on employee well-being, with social support examined as a moderating variable. Grounded in the Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) Model and Equity Theory, the research focuses on private hospital staff in Indramayu, Indonesia a high-pressure healthcare setting. A quantitative explanatory design was employed, using web-based self-report questionnaires completed by 178 respondents. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) version 4.0. The findings reveal that workload negatively and significantly affects employee well-being, while perceptions of distributive justice positively influence it. Furthermore, social support moderates both relationships by buffering the adverse effects of workload and amplifying the benefits of distributive justice. Employees who experience both fairness and strong social support tend to report higher psychological resilience and job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study how work environment and workload impact employee performance at PT Dharma Kyungshin Indonesia, with work stress as the main mediating variable. The background of this study deviates from the importance of employee performance to support the productivity and competitiveness of the company, especially in the motorized transportation sector, which produces high production pressure. This study was conducted with a quantitative approach and using descriptive methods. A total of 150 employees were used in this study as samples, a total population of 250 employees. Data analysis techniques used validity, reliability, classical assumptions, regression, and mediation tests. This study identified a significant impact of workload and work environment on work stress. Workload has a large negative impact on employee performance, but the work environment has a large positive effect. However, work stress has a large impact on performance. Work stress does not significantly communicate the relationship between workload and performance. The relationship between work environment and performance can be communicated significantly. In short, company management must pay attention to the distribution of workload and create a supportive work environment to manage work stress and develop employee performance. This study provides theoretical contributions to the development of personnel management and is a practical reference for companies in designing strategies to improve employee services.
