Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of user journey and customer experience in influencing customer loyalty within the context of digital banking services, using Bank MAS as a case study. The research model adopts a quantitative approach by employing the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method on data collected from 280 respondents who use the Bank MAS Mobile application. The variables tested include ease of use, perceived value, quality of support, reliability, perceived risk, and ability to innovate as factors influencing customer experience, along with the role of customer satisfaction as a mediating variable toward customer loyalty. The findings reveal that all independent variables significantly affect customer experience, with ability to innovate emerging as the most dominant factor. Furthermore, customer satisfaction is proven to mediate the relationship between customer experience and customer loyalty. This study contributes theoretically to the development of customer experience models in the local digital banking context and offers managerial implications for enhancing innovation and service quality in the digital banking sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Investment, Profitability, and Leverage on Firm Value with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a moderating variable in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. This study uses quantitative methods with moderated regression analysis (MRA) techniques. The population of this study is an energy sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 87 companies, and sampling through purposive sampling method resulted in 10 companies. The results showed that Green Investment can contribute to company value, Profitability can contribute to Company Value, and Leverage has no contribution to Company Value. CSR can strengthen the influence of Green Investment on Firm Value, but is unable to moderate the relationship between Profitability on Firm Value, and unable to moderate the relationship between Leverage on Firm Value. This study provides practical implications for companies to continue to strengthen sustainable investment and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) transparency to increase firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the financial performance of PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk from 2021 to 2023 using several types of financial ratio analysis. The financial ratios used are activity ratios (Total Asset Turnover), profitability ratios (Return on Assets), and solvency ratios (Debt to Asset Ratio). Pizza Hut Indonesia has a significant amount of fixed assets and outlets, making it important to determine whether these assets are being utilized productively through TATO analysis. Since PT Sarimelati Kencana experienced profit fluctuations (including losses in 2023), it is crucial to assess the effectiveness of managerial and operational strategies using ROA analysis, as ROA indicates how efficiently management utilizes assets to generate profits. Meanwhile, PT Sarimelati Kencana is also facing financial pressure marked by store closures and layoffs, so the DAR analysis can be used to measure the proportion of the company's assets financed by debt, whether the financing is healthy or overly reliant on debt. PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk oversees the Pizza Hut franchise in Indonesia, which has faced significant challenges in recent years, including store closures and financial losses. The research methodology employed is descriptive quantitative, utilizing secondary data analysis obtained from the company's official financial statements. The findings indicate that the debt ratio is below industry norms, suggesting suboptimal asset utilization. The ROA ratio shows a declining trend to negative in 2023, reflecting a decline in profit. Meanwhile, the DAR ratio is very high and exceeds industry standards, indicating significant debt dependence and financial risk. These findings suggest the need for improved operational efficiency, reduced debt dependence, and strategies to improve the company's profitability. This study aims to serve as a reference for management decision-making and to enhance financial analysis studies in the Indonesian food and beverage industry.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of female representation on the board of directors, board independence, and board meeting frequency on corporate financial performance, as measured by Return on Assets (ROA). The data used in this research comes from secondary sources, namely the annual reports of IDX-listed businesses from 2019 to 2023, and a regression analysis approach applied using the Eviews 12 software. Using a purposive selection approach, 25 samples were chosen from a pool of 43 firms. Secondary sources, namely the annual reports of IDX-listed companies from 2019 to 2023, and a regression analysis method implemented in Eviews 12 software, comprise the data used in this study. From a pool of forty-three companies, 25 were selected using a purposeful selection method. The results add to our knowledge of the factors that influence the effectiveness of boards in terms of membership and structure. Firms may benefit financially and socially from more equitable and long-term economic development if this study's findings motivate them to diversify their boards of directors, particularly by increasing the number of women and independent directors.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE) on the stock prices of companies listed in LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2020-2023. The main objective of this study is to determine the extent to which these three financial ratios affect stock prices. The method used is multiple regression analysis with secondary data collected from the company's annual report and the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results show that NPM has a significant influence on stock prices, while ROA and ROE do not show a meaningful influence. This finding emphasizes the importance of NPM as an indicator of company performance that can attract investors. The conclusion of this study is that companies need to focus on increasing NPM to increase the value of their shares. Future research is recommended to explore other variables that affect stock prices and conduct longitudinal analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, product variety, and lifestyle on students' purchase intention toward modern retail products, with a focus on Alfamidi outlets in the vicinity of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta (UMS). A quantitative approach was employed using an explanatory survey method. The research population was considered unlimited, and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, resulting in 130 active student respondents. The instrument used was a closed-ended questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The analysis results indicate that brand image (α1 = 0.200; p = 0.018), product variety (α2 = 0.297; p = 0.001), and lifestyle (α3 = 0.302; p = 0.000) each have a significant partial effect on purchase intention. Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant influence on purchase intention, with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.657 and a model significance value (Prob. F) of 0.000 (< α 0.01). These findings suggest that students' perceptions of brand, product diversity, and lifestyle play an important role in influencing purchasing decisions in modern retail. The practical implications of this study provide a strategic foundation for retail businesses in designing more adaptive marketing approaches tailored to the characteristics of young consumers in a university setting.
