The research has found that one of the principles of waqf in Indonesia is to hold back the capital and give the results to people in need. Consequently, waqf has productive potential that needs to be developed dynamically. This is where the development of waqf financial technology is needed to facilitate the liquidity of online market players according to Sharia by bringing together demand and supply during the lockdown due to the pandemic. In Islamic law, saving Micro, small and Medium enterprises (MSMEs) that are threatened with bankruptcy due to the Covid-19 pandemic can be categorized as waqf recipients (mauquf 'alaih). The Indonesia government can optimize waqf both cash waqf schemes, productive and waqf linked sukut (record) to build waqf-based infrastructure such as Waqf Hospital (WH) specifically for Covid-19 victims, waqf Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), waqf masks, waqf polyclinics, Waqf Isolation Houses (WIH), procurement of waqf ventilators, waqf universities and others.

Researchers used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires which were distributed to consumers who had shopped at the Ajamu Naqi Collection Store. Data analysis techniques in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that offline marketing is more effective than online marketing, consumers are more interested in shopping directly at stores than ordering online. Online marketing run by Naqi Collection Ajamu Shop is not enough to attract consumers, because it posts pictures without accompanying them with clear specifications, this certainly raises doubts for consumers to make purchases online. Whereas in offline marketing, Naqi Collection Ajamu Shop is quite good, in terms of service and quality of goods to achieve customer satisfaction in making offline purchases.

Abstract

This article is intended to analyze the application of accounting for Zakat and Infaq funds based on PSAK No. 109 at BAZNAS Medan in 2022. This research method used descriptive qualitative, also including field studies. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the analysis and discussion above, it can be concluded that BAZNAS Medan does not fully implement PSAK No. 109 in preparing and presenting its financial statements. The application of accounting for Zakat and Infaq funds is still not appropriate regarding the presentation and disclosure of financial statements. This study aims to analyze how the accounting for zakat and infaq funds is applied to BAZNAS in Medan based on PSAK 109. Report components based on PSAK No. 109 were also not realized properly, because it only presented two reports, namely reports on changes in funds and financial position, as for cash flow reports, notes on financial statements were not attached, while reports on non-halal funds themselves were included in infaq /alms funds. Apart from that, it also does not detail zakat fund transactions and only details it internally for Central BAZNAS. Thus, BAZNAS Medan is still lacking in applying Zakat and Infaq accounting based on PSAK No. 109. Researchers with this research hope to be able to contribute especially to the BAZNAS Medan in continuing to evaluate and improve the quality of its financial reports.

Abstract

Teacher performance plays a very important role in the advancement of education in Indonesia, if the teacher’s performance is bad, then it will not lead to the best learning outcomes. All instructors must be able to complete their tasks quickly and accurately both in management and teaching. High-class sizes, a lack of student focus and dedication, and an abundance of extracurricular activities mean that teachers’ attention is not only divided but also thinly spread. While rare, teacher absences and free time during courses can hinder learning. In addition, the early departure of teachers is a very demoralizing event, and there are positive aspects such as the principal’s management style, unpleasant working atmosphere, and unclear salary. Teacher effectiveness plays an important role in supporting education in Indonesia. The program objectives will also not be achieved optimally if the teacher's performance is below standard. This study aims to analyze the influence of the principal’s leadership style, work environment, and compensation on teacher performance. The type of research used is quantitative research. The results of this study conclude that the principal’s leadership affects teacher performance, the work environment influences teacher performance, and compensation also affects teacher performance.
