Abstract

Investasi di pasar modal kini menjadi salah satu alternatif investasi yang diminati oleh sebagian besar masyarakat modern khususnya perkotaan-perkotaan besar. Akses informasi dan teknologi komunikasi yang pesat membantu informasi tentang pasar modal kepada masyarakat yang berada di daerah-daerah serta mahasiswa yang berada dikampus Universitas  Labuhanbatu. Dasar utama tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini guna mengukur minat kaum terdidik seperti mahasiswa dan dosen yang berada di kampus. Sasaran lain, dilakukannya penelitian ini sebagai cara untuk mengenalkan investasi Pasar Modal kepada masyarakat luas dan memperoleh informasi akurat mengenai faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat dalam pemahaman investasi Pasar Modal. Penelitian ini ditujukan kepada mahasiswa, dosen dan pihak eksternal kampus yang telah ikut serta melakukan investasi sebesar Rp 100.000,00 melalui Galeri Pasar Modal Universitas  Labuhanbatu sejak berdiri tahun 2017 berjumlah 76 orang. Penelitian menerapkan metode yaitu nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis melalui program SPSS menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji-t parsial dan uji simultan. Berdasarkan hasil output regresi linier berganda maka dilakukan pengujian hipotesis secara parsial variabel Pendidikan (X1) sama sekali tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel Minat Investasi (Y) artinya hipotesis ditolak sedangkan variabel Pelatihan Softskill (X2) memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap variabel Minat Investasi (Y) artinya hipotesis ditolak sedangkan secara simultan variabel Pendidikan (X1) dan Pelatihan Softskill (X2) memiliki berpengaruh terhadap variabel Minat Investasi (Y). Terakhir, melalui regresi linier sederhana diperoleh secara parsial Minat Investasi (X) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Berinvestasi (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership on organizational culture. The research was conducted on Small and Medium Enterprises in the Food and Minimum Industry Sector in Medan City. The sample in this study were employees in the Food and Minimum Industry Sector in Medan City. 350 questionnaires were distributed, 188 were returned. Thus the participants in this study amounted to 188 people. The data is carried out with Structural Equation Modeling. The results show that transformational leadership can improve the corporate culture of the food and beverage industry in Medan City. Suggestions in this study are for the owner as the owner to improve leadership and good organizational culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu dengan menggunakan seluruh pegawai sebagai sampel atau yang dikenal dengan sampling jenuh.Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh dari karakteristik pekerja, Pendidikan dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja pegawaidengan uji asumsi1 klasik, analisis1regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis, dan uji koefisien determinasi.Temuan penelitian menunjukkan semua faktor independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen, baik secara parsial1maupun simultan. Variabel bebas memiliki kontribusi yang tinggi terhadap variabel terikat (75,3%).

Abstract

Pemerintah menggalakkan peningkatan Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) yang dianggap mampu bertahan pada situasi pelemahan ekonomi global sebagai dampak Covid-19. Pengembangan daya saing IKM perlu dukungan secara nyata melalui pelatihan keuangan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang penyusunan laporan keuangan dan manajemen keuangan kepada para pengusaha IKM dalam peningkatan pengetahuan mereka tentang keuangan sehingga peserta dapat menghitung biaya produksi dan membuat laporan keuangan untuk dapat mengetahui laba/rugi dari hasil usaha yang dilakukan sehingga memiliki daya saing yang tinggi. Metode yang dilakukan pada pelatihan ini adalah dengan ceramah, tutorial dan diskusi, sebelum dilakukan pelatihan peserta terlebih dahulu dilakukan pre test yang hasilnya 77% dari 25 orang pelaku IKM belum mengetahui tentang laporan keuangan dan manajemen keuangan. Dalam metode ceramah peserta diberikan modul tentang penyusunan laporan keuangan IKM dan pada metode tutorial peserta diberikan simulasi dan pendampingan pada pembahasan kasus, sedangkan metode diskusi diberikan kesempatan kepada peserta untuk mendiskusikan permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan perhitungan biaya produksi atas produk kue yang belum dibahas. Sebelum kegiatan selesai kembali dilakukan post test yang hasilnya 83% peserta sudah memahami tentang laporan keuangan dan manajemen keuangan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah mengikuti pelatihan 21 orang peserta sudah mampu membuat laporan keuangan IKM masing-masing

Abstract

This research was conducted on employees of the Pamong Praja Police Unit of Labuhanbatu Regency, with the aim of determining the influence of work responsibility, work environment and job satisfaction on the work productivity of staffers. This research uses quantitative methods with classical assumption test analysis techniques, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests and determination coefficient tests. In order to facilitate the analysis process, an auxiliary analysis tool in the form of IBM SPSS 25 Software was used. This study has the following results: 1) Work responsibility has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees in the Pamong Praja Police Unit, Labuhanbatu Regency; 2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees in the Labuhanbatu Regency Civil Service Police Unit; 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity in the Labuhanbatu Regency Civil Service Police Unit

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, yang menjadi tempat penelitian ini adalah Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Labuhan Batu di Jl. Ujung Bandar, Rantau Sel., Kab. Labuhanbatu, Sumatera Utara 21412. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah pegawai Kantor Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Labuhan Batu sebanyak 90 orang. Berhubung jumlah pegawai Kantor Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Labuhan Batu sebanyak 90 orang (kurang dari 100 orang), maka semua pegawai diambil jadi objek penelitian.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu korelasi product moment, analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 4,245 > t tabel 1,6629 ini berarti variabel Kompetensi (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai (Y). Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 2,075 > t tabel 1,6629 ini berarti variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai (Y). Selanjutnya hasil analisis regresi diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 2,750 > t tabel 1,6629 ini berarti variabel Kepuasan Kerja (X3) berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai (Y). Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 4,182 > t tabel 1,6629 ini berarti variabel Keterlibatan Kerja (X4) berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai (Y). Nilai Fhitung sebesar 39,496> Ftabel 2,48 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dari hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kompetensi (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2), Kepuasan Kerja (X3), dan Keterlibatan Kerja (X4) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Nilai R Square dari analisis koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,650 artinya kinerja pegawai (Y) mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel Kompetensi (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2), Kepuasan Kerja (X3), dan Keterlibatan Kerja (X4) sebesar 65%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 35% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Business in the automotive sector continues to experience the times. Every producer in this field makes innovations that can fulfill consumer desires. It is very important for manufacturers to know the factors driving consumers in making decisions to buy products. In this case, researchers conducted research on consumers of a motorcycle showroom in the city of Rantauprapat. Researchers want to examine the effect of service quality, product quality, promotion and price on the decision to purchase a motorcycle at the Indah Sakti showroom. This study involved 100 consumers who had purchased a motorcycle at the Indah Sakti showroom as respondents. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection methods using a questionnaire instrument which was distributed via WhatsApp and then respondents filled out the questionnaire using the Google form. The results showed that service quality had a significant effect on the decision to purchase a motorcycle at Indah Sakti, product quality had a significant effect on the decision to purchase a motorcycle at Indah Sakti, promotion had a significant effect on the decision to purchase a motorcycle at Indah Sakti and price had a significant effect on the decision to purchase a motorcycle. at Beautiful Sakti.

Abstract

The goal of this research was to examine how students in the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Universitas Labuhanbatu felt their exposure to entrepreneurship education influenced their desire to start their own businesses. Quantitative methods were used for this study. Using the Slovin method, this study surveyed 70 eighth-semester Management majors from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Labuhanbatu University's main campus. Interviews and questionnaires were used to gather information for this investigation. Data is analyzed with SPSS's multilinear regression function. According to this research, students at the University of Labuhanbatu's Faculty of Economics and Business who received entrepreneurship education reported a considerable increase in their enthusiasm for starting their own businesses. Partially and concurrently, application use significantly affects entrepreneurial interest, with the variables of entrepreneurial education and application ease of use each accounting for as much as 0.787 of the total R Square coefficient (R2) value. The remaining 21.3% was impacted by external variables.

Abstract

Live streaming marketing is a new trend that is attracting more and more people around the world. This allows businesses to reach their customers directly and provide them with a personalized experience without leaving their homes. For a company, it makes sense to use a live streaming marketing platform like TikTok because it helps them connect with their audience easily. This study aims to examine the driving factors that cause consumers to make purchases through the TikTok Shop application. This study uses a quantitative approach and the respondents in this study are students who have made purchases through the TikTok Shop application. Respondents in this study were 100 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire which was distributed online to consumers via the Google form. The results of the study indicate that the variables in this study have a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest. From this research, sellers get inspiration in an effort to increase consumer buying interest. This research also contributes to the marketing literature and consumer behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of promotion strategy, product sales, store design and service excellence on competitive advantage in traditional and modern retail. The research method is explanation (explanation) with a quantitative approach. The research conducted in this study used a survey that collected information using a questionnaire through the Google form. The analytical method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The basic population of this research is traditional and modern retail customers. In this study, non-probability sampling was used as the sampling method. The samples obtained in this study were 96 respondents. The results of the study show that the variable promotion strategy and excellent service have a positive effect on competitive advantage. Retail product variables and business layout do not affect competitive advantage. The higher the retail store implements promotional strategies and excellent service, the greater its competitive advantage, but the higher product differentiation and business layout of the retail store does not increase competitive advantage.
