Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of training, discipline, and work motivation on the performance of Honda official workshop employees of PT Indako Trading Coy Rantauprapat. The research design used is library research and field research. The sample used in this study amounted to 37 respondents from 37 employees. The method used in this sampling is to use quantitative descriptive techniques. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on data analysis, the regression equation obtained is as follows: Y=11.345+0.015X1+ 0.295X2+0.282X3. The test result of the training variable has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance while discipline and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. F-test results show that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then, the correlation coefficient R-value of 0.759 means that there is a very strong and positive relationship between the three variables on employee performance. The coefficient of determination is 53.7% which means there is a relationship between the three variables while the remaining 46.3% is influenced by other variables outside the regression equation or variables that are not scrutinized. The researcher suggests to the official Honda workshop leader to continue to hold regular training for all workshop employees with the method of bringing the training center to the nearest area. Furthermore, the researchers suggest continuing to remind employees to always be creative and innovative in working with methods other than digital. Absence can be directly assessed in the form of neatness and cleanliness. Abstract

The current era of modernization makes children the nation’s successors who are required to become the next generation that can make Indonesia progress. One proof is that children are prepared to grow up to become the nation’s successors by providing protection from the government in protecting children’s rights and obligations as regulated in Law Number 35 of 2014. Ironically, the facts that occur in the field are not as expected by the community, as in many cases. Bullying that occurred in Karo Regency where the victim and perpetrator were still at school and even occurred in an environment where they were studying. This research uses a normative juridical approach and took place in Karo Regency using existing data from the Kabanjahe District Court and also from the Kabanjahe Religious Court. The results of this research explain that crimes against children where both the victim and perpetrator are minors in Karo Regency have occurred very frequently. In the school environment, there are also criminal acts of bullying, extortion, and assault. In this case, it could be said that the teacher can only advise students and not dare to give physical punishment to the perpetrator, which is why the implementation of Law No. 35 of 2014 is not effective. Because when the teacher gives a punishment the teacher will be afraid that the punishment violates the rules that have been set. This factor causes school children in educational environments to no longer have morals because they feel they are protected by law.

Abstract

The study aims to explore and illustrate the relationship between accounting conservatism financial hardship and business size for companies in the property and real estate sectors listed on the IDX between 2018 and 2020. Accounting conservatism is the dependent variable in this study. A recording method known as accounting conservatism anticipates all losses as opposed to simply gains. Earnings are not recognized unless they are legally verified and show that real money will be received. Financial distress is the initial independent variable that represents the phase of a company’s financial deterioration that takes place before bankruptcy or liquidation. The second independent variable is firm size, which is a scale that allows the company’s size to be categorized according to a number of factors, such as market capitalization, net sales, and total assets. This study employed a quantitative methodology, with statistical data analysis performed using SPSS Version 21. The procedure employed the multiple linear regression analysis method, which included the use of the coefficient of determination, a traditional assumption text, and hypothesis testing. The findings show that 1) Firm Size and Financial Distress have a somewhat substantial impact on Accounting Conservatism. 2) Accounting conservatism is significantly impacted by both firm size and financial distress at the same time.

Abstract

It can be seen that MSMEs are one of the sectors of economic activity that survive and have sustainability. One area that has MSMEs that still survive today is North Sumatra, specifically Pasar Bengkel Village, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. Pasar Bengkel Village is a favorite place for residents and travelers who like local snacks or culinary specialties. However, now the Dodol MSME culinary center will be a distant memory due to declining demand and purchasing power. Also, Dodol micro business actors in the Bengkel Village area have complained about the reduction in the sales value of their Dodol products since the operation of the Medan-Tebing Tinggi toll road. The reason is that many transport passengers and car drivers don’t have time to stop because they are crossing the toll lane. This makes consumers or buyers reluctant to stop by this Bengkel market, resulting in low turnover, resulting in dozens of stalls being closed. This research aims to determine the influence of product innovation, product sales methods, information technology, market share, ethics of honesty and transparency, and halal products on the sustainability of the micro business Dodol Snack Center Pasar Bengkel simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative research approach with multiple regression methods. The number of samples in this research was 68 MSME entrepreneurs of Pasar Bengkel Dodol Snacks. This research shows that there is a significant influence of product innovation, market share, and product halalness on the sustainability of the Pasar Bengkel Dodol Snack Center micro-enterprise.
