Abstract

LPS is permitted to propose changes to the deposit insurance coverage limitations. The evaluation dimensions of effectiveness and efficiency are used as the primary assessment criteria in this paper to analyze these adjustment criteria utilizing the evaluation dimensions theory. Data on savings account distribution are all used. According to the analysis's findings, just 0.1 percent of all banking accounts hold 60.42 percent of the sector's total nominal deposits. The study comes to the conclusion that the standards used to gauge the level of deposit protection offered by LPS do not entirely correspond to the theoretically derived dimensions of efficiency and effectiveness. This study emphasizes the possibility of systemic risk by focusing on the dynamics of banking customers' deposits, account distribution, and nominal distribution of bank deposits.

Abstract

The study's key objective is to explore how ownership structure and company values impact CSR implementation in listed Indonesian non-financial enterprises from 2019 to 2022. Research data was obtained from secondary data such as Bloomberg and company annual reports, then studied using the multiple linear regression method using SPSS software. The ownership structures studied include managerial, institutional, and foreign ownership. Meanwhile, company values are proxied by Tobin's Q. Meanwhile, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is measured through ESG scores from Bloomberg. The findings show that management and institutional ownership negatively influence CSR, but the company's value has a considerable beneficial impact. However, foreign ownership does not have an impact on CSR. These findings indicate that CSR practices in Indonesian companies tend to be influenced by ownership structure and company values. These findings have practical consequences for regulators and business executives interested in increasing CSR operations.

Abstract

Islam regulates the various wages of human life, including rent to rent in order to take place with benefits that are in accordance with the goals of sharia. The problem is known to exist virtual couple rental practices that offer dating services for its clients. This paper is to find out how to practice virtual couple rental through social media, and to find out the law based on Wahbah az-Zuhaili perspective. This research is juridical-normative research with a conceptual approach. The theory used as a knife of analysis is the theory of the observance of law. This study found first, the practice of virtual partner rental business through social media can be done by looking at posts about various types of service offerings provided by virtual partner rental business account owners with a set price that is adjusted to the right time desired and clearly defined on the homepage of the account. So, each client is not mistaken about every service provided along with the nominal price to be paid. Second, although at a glance this practice meets the pillars of Ijarah on Wahbah az-Zuhaili and has a clear wage system this practice violates one of the conditions in the form of a work object, which is, where the object of work on this practice is concluded not in accordance Sharia because 85.7% of users choose partners who are against the type so it is likely that the object of this practice is not in accordance with Sharia and banned. Prophet Muhammad SAW said that means ‘It should not be between a man and a woman alone unless accompanied by his muhrim, and a woman should not travel unless accompanied by his mahram. Because it can bring closer to the deeds of adultery.

Abstract

In navigating the complex and dynamic landscape of contemporary business, there is an increasing demand for innovative strategies in decision-making, resource allocation, and sustainable growth. Integrated Cost Accounting and Investment Analysis (ICAIA) has emerged as a revolutionary framework, offering a comprehensive method that intertwines the principles of cost accounting and investment analysis. This extensive study employs a mixed-methods approach, utilizing in-depth interviews, case studies, and a large-scale survey to thoroughly examine the effectiveness of ICAIA implementation. The qualitative data analysis, facilitated by NVivo 12 software, uncovers a positive correlation between the adoption of ICAIA and enhanced financial performance. This improvement manifests in higher profit margins, increased return on assets, and a larger market share for organizations implementing ICAIA. The perceived benefits by these organizations span a spectrum, including augmented decision-making precision, strategic alignment, cost efficiency, and improved competitive positioning. The success of implementing ICAIA is contingent on several factors, prominently featuring robust leadership commitment, seamless data integration, and a culture emphasizing continuous improvement. This study presents compelling evidence that ICAIA not only offers a transformative paradigm for strategic decision-making but also contributes significantly to the enhancement of financial performance. Organizations that embrace ICAIA and cultivate a data-driven culture are poised for long-term success in the ever-evolving business landscape.

Abstract

The prevalence of Islam among the Indonesian population has significant prospects for advancing Islamic banking institutions. The categorization of Islamic banks according to ownership is bifurcated into private and public ones. These researchers look at how well Islamic banks from both categories are doing using the Maqashid Sharia Index (MSI). It is essential to examine whether there are any variations in the performance of MSI (Muslim-owned banks) before and following the merger of state-run businesses (SOEs), as this merger impacts the structure of SOE-owned Islamic banks. The Mann-Whitney U-test, a quantitative approach, was employed to analyze data extracted from the financial statements of Islamic banks spanning the years 2016 to 2022. The results indicate performance variations between private and public Islamic banks, as measured by the MSI. Islamic banks that are privately owned demonstrated superior performance in terms of Maqashid Sharia, as seen by their dominance in the top five rankings. The research findings indicate that government-owned Islamic banks excel in promoting educational objectives, but private-owned Islamic banks demonstrate supremacy in advancing goals related to benefit and justice. The performance of state-owned Islamic banks in terms of MSI before and following the merger is equal.

Abstract

The rapid progress of business creates competitive competition, encouraging modern business industries to implement an Occupational Health Safety Environment (OHSE). Data on work accidents in Indonesia shows the need for attention to work safety aspects. Certifications such as SMK3 ISO 14001 and 45001 become investors' assessments of corporate governance. Employee intention to quit can significantly impact costs and organizational stability. The role of the safety field at PT XYZ as an accident supervisor and countermeasure is crucial. However, the increase in turnover in this field shows various challenges, including remote location and lack of management follow-up. This study highlights demographic variables, job satisfaction, and individual variables as potential causes of turnover. The research method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Through the research, factors of dissatisfaction among safety field employees were found, such as the cost of leave travel, lack of trust in leaders, and differences in safety standards. These factors are the cause of the Intention to Quit. The HRGA Department's turnover handling involved recruitment strategies, increased comfort, and exit interviews. However, the implementation of HRGA programs is considered not optimal due to the immature condition of the company.
