The research findings indicate several distinctions in the well-being levels between modern and traditional fishermen in Sibolga City across various indicators. Firstly, a notable disparity exists in income and consumption indicators. Modern fishermen exhibit significantly higher well-being percentages (92.56%) categorized as highly prosperous (SS), while traditional fishermen score at a moderately prosperous level (58.64% - CS). This difference is supported by the Kruskal-Wallis test (Asymp. Sig. = 0.044 < 0.05), confirming the divergence in well-being between traditional and modern fishermen based on income and consumption. Second, no significant difference is observed in living conditions between modern and traditional fishermen. Both groups show high well-being percentages; modern fishermen at 99.30% (SS) and traditional fishermen at 90.99% (SS), supported by the Kruskal-Wallis test (Asymp. Sig. = 0.235 > 0.05), indicating a lack of disparity in well-being based on residential conditions. Thirdly, differences in the health status of family members indicate varied well-being levels between modern and traditional fishermen. Modern fishermen have a well-being percentage of 88.19% (SS), whereas traditional fishermen score at 78.49% (S). The Kruskal-Wallis test (Asymp. Sig. = 0.012 < 0.05) reinforces this disparity in well-being based on family health indicators. Lastly, disparities are found in educational accessibility indicators. Modern fishermen show significantly higher well-being percentages (97.08% - SS) compared to traditional fishermen (70.25% - S), backed by the Kruskal-Wallis test (Asymp. Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05), indicating distinct well-being levels between the two groups based on educational accessibility.

The development of Sharia banks is marked by the growth of sharia banks and the number of sharia bank offices from year to year. This growth in the number of banks and assets should also be accompanied by an increase in the performance of Islamic banks themselves, which can be seen from the large financial ratios of these Islamic banks. This research aims to examine the influence of Islamic Corporate Governance and Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility simultaneously on the performance of sharia banking. This type of research is quantitative research with a sample size of 42 financial report data from Sharia Commercial Banks from 2018-2020. The results obtained in this research are that ICG (Islamic Corporate Governance) has a positive and significant effect on ROA (Return on Assets) with t count 4.775678 > t table 1.68488 and ICSR (Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility) has a positive and significant effect on ROA (Return on Assets) t count 6.295548 > t table 1.68488. Then simultaneously ICG (Islamic Corporate Governance) and ICSR (Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility) on ROA (Return on Assets) with F-count 375.3721 > F-table 3.245 with an r-squared value of 0.947 or 94.7% explained by the variables ICG and ICSR and the remaining 5.3% are influenced by other variables outside this study.

The General Election of Regional Heads in Batu Bara Regency after this district was split from Asahan Regency in 2007 has experienced 3 (three) Regent/Deputy Regent election periods, namely in 2008, 2013, and 2018. Regional Head Elections in Batu Bara Regency There is a dynamic condition of the independent nomination of Regent/Deputy Regent in the three regional head elections that were held. There is a decrease in the number of Regent/Deputy Regent Candidate pairs in each regional head general election that is held, there is a decrease in the number of Regent/Deputy Regent Candidate pairs from the independent route. Candidate pairs for Regent/Deputy Regent who used the independent route in 2008 were 4 (four) pairs (57.14%) out of a total of 7 (seven) candidate pairs, this means that there were more than candidate pairs who used the party route. In 2013, there was another decline in the number of independent candidate pairs for Regent/Deputy Regent by 2 (two) pairs (33.33%) out of a total of 6 (six) candidate pairs. A significant decline occurred in the Batu Bara Regency regional head election in 2018, namely only 25.00% or 1 candidate pair out of a total of 4 (four) Regent/Deputy Regent Candidate pairs who registered with the Batu Bara Regency General Election Commission (KPU). Seeing the phenomenon of the decline in the number of Regent/Deputy Regent Candidate pairs in Batu Bara Regency on the independent route, it is necessary to analyze it, to find out what is causing the lack of interest in Regent/Deputy Regent Candidate pairs to nominate themselves through the independent route, and preferring the party route. even though the rules regarding the permissibility of independent/individual registration of Regent/Deputy Regent Candidate pairs are still permitted in the existing general election laws and regulations in Indonesia, as contained in Article 1 paragraph (4) of Law Number 10 of 2016 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 1 of 2015 concerning the Stipulation of Government Regulations instead of Law Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Election of Governors, Regents and Mayors into Law.

This research aims to analyze the effect of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices on the environmental performance of companies with Pro-Environmental Behavior as a mediator and Environmental Knowledge as a moderator. The research problem arises from the gap in previous studies on the impact of GHRM practices on environmental performance. The research objectives are to analyze the effect of GHRM practices on environmental performance, pro-environmental behavior, and the mediating role of pro-environmental behavior on the relationship between GHRM practices and environmental performance. The study also aims to analyze the moderating role of environmental knowledge on the relationship between GHRM practices and pro-environmental behavior. The research method used is a survey with a sample of employees from PT Kalbe Farma, a pharmaceutical company in Indonesia. The study found that GHRM practices have a positive effect on environmental performance, pro-environmental behavior, and the mediating role of pro-environmental behavior on the relationship between GHRM practices and environmental performance. The study also found that environmental knowledge moderates the relationship between GHRM practices and pro-environmental behavior. The practical benefit of this research is to provide a reference for organizations in formulating strategies to achieve optimal environmental performance. The theoretical benefit is to contribute to the development of knowledge in the field of human resource management. The study adopts the Ability-Motivation-Opportunity (AMO) theory and the six dimensions of GHRM practices, namely green recruitment and selection, feedback, green self-efficacy, leadership role, organizational culture, and employee empowerment.

Company managers are faced with several business operations problems that require tactical decision-making. One method of tactical decision-making is the keep or drop method, in maintaining or discontinuing a product or business division. Like the Citra Gading Medika clinic, facing a decline in turnover in skin and genital poly services, this requires tactical decision-making. This research aims to explain costs, analysis of tactical decision-making, and consideration of quality factors in the management of a business. The method used is a qualitative approach through case studies. Data collection uses secondary data and primary data. Secondary data was obtained from clinic financial reports. Meanwhile, the primary data used is through interviews and observations. The results of this research conclude that there are four alternatives that clinics can use in implementing the keep or drop method. From the results of calculating the benefits of each alternative, the best decision is to stop services at skin and genital polyclinics but shift its service capacity to increase polygenic services by 20%. This was chosen because it provides the greatest benefits for the clinic.
