Abstract

This study aims to analyze Customer Experience based on the Customer Journey in photography services at Inside Studio and to identify pain points that emerge at each stage of the service process. This research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through interviews with customers, staff, and the manager of Inside Studio. The findings indicate that customer experience is formed throughout all stages of the customer journey, namely before, during, and after the service, involving various touchpoints between customers and service providers. Customer experience is influenced by several key factors, including service communication quality, staff interaction, emotional experience, and operational performance. Although customers generally perceived the service experience as enjoyable and satisfying, several pain points were identified, such as slow administrative responses, inconsistent information, lack of staff proactiveness, limited facilities, and internal miscommunication. Therefore, an integrated service development strategy between front-stage and back-stage services is needed through improving communication, interaction quality, operational management, and experience-based service innovation in order to create a more optimal customer experience.

The results of the study indicate that digital marketing and product innovation, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant effect on the competitiveness of Gabinfla MSMEs. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) value of 0.894 indicates that 89.4% of the variation in competitiveness can be explained by the two independent variables, while the remainder is influenced by variables not used in the study. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Live Streaming, Affiliate Marketing, Free Shipping, and Paylater features on digital consumers' purchase decisions in the Jabodetabek area. The rapid growth of e-commerce, particularly on Shopee and TikTok Shop platforms, has encouraged the utilization of various digital features as marketing strategies. However, previous studies have shown mixed results regarding the effectiveness of these features, indicating the need for further empirical investigation. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 215 respondents who are digital consumers of Shopee and TikTok Shop and have made at least three purchases within the last six months. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results indicate that Affiliate Marketing and Free Shipping have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, with Free Shipping identified as the most dominant factor. Meanwhile, Live Streaming and Paylater do not show a significant effect on purchase decisions. These findings suggest that digital consumers' purchase decisions in the Jabodetabek area are more strongly influenced by creator recommendations and price-related incentives than by interactive features or payment convenience. This study is expected to contribute academically to consumer behavior research and provide practical insights for e-commerce practitioners in designing effective feature strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of carbon performance and carbon emission disclosure on firm performance. Firm performance is measured using Return on Assets (ROA), while carbon performance is measured based on carbon intensity. Carbon emission disclosure is measured using a disclosure index referring to the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) checklist developed by Choi et al. (2013). This study applies a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from annual reports and sustainability reports of Consumer Non-Cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2023-2024 period. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method, resulting in 242 firm-year observations. The data were analyzed using panel data regression with EViews 12. The results show that carbon performance does not have a positive effect on firm performance. In contrast, carbon emission disclosure has a positive and significant effect on firm performance. In addition, leverage as a control variable has a negative and significant effect on firm performance. These findings indicate that corporate transparency in disclosing carbon emission information can strengthen stakeholder trust and support the improvement of firm performance. This study contributes to the development of environmental accounting literature and provides practical implications for companies, investors, and regulators in encouraging more transparent and accountable carbon emission disclosure practices.
