Abstract

Sistem informasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi perkembangan teknologi di era saat ini. Sistem akan membantu instansi untuk mengelola informasi dengan lebih efesien, seperti halnya perpustakaan dapat dibuat secara online agar mudah diakses. Perpustakaan di Universitas Hindu Indonesia masih menggunakan sistem yang manual dimana belum memiliki sistem yang online untuk dapat diakses oleh siapapun jadi masih sulit untuk melihat buku yang dimiliki perpustakaan Universitas Hindu Indonesia. Hal tersebut menyebabkan peneliti ingin membuat sebuah sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web yang nantinya sistem perpustakaan ini akan dapat diakses darimanapun dan kapanpun. Sistem ini akan dikembangkan menggunakan waterfall model karena prosesnya yang terstruktur dan sistematis dimana akan dimulai dari tahapan yang berurut yaitu requirements, design, implementation, testing dan maintenance. Pengumpulan informasi sebagai data pengembangan sistem akan menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder seperti observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Sebelum sistem diimplementasikan perlu dibuatkan rancangan alur sistem yang mana akan menggunakan use case diagram, activity diagram, entitiy relationship diagram (ERD) dan data flow diagram (DFD). Selanjutnya sistem akan dilakukan implementasi menggunakan aplikasi visual studio code dengan framework Laravel 10 dan PHP 8.2. Setelah sistem diimplementasikan selanjutnya sistem akan dilakukan pengujian menggunakan blackbox testing untuk menguji masukan dan keluaran dari sistem. Hasil pengujian menyatakan bahwa sistem perpustakaan tidak terdapat error dan bug. Diharapkan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web ini dapat membantu pihak perpustakaan menyebarkan informasi literasi dan meningkatkan intelektual nantinya.

Abstract

Banyaknya pilihan dan harga yang beragam dalam memilih mobil bekas, membuat pembeli bingung dalam menentukan pilihannya. Sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dapat membantu dalam memberikan keputusan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan 7 kriteria seperti harga, tahun produksi, kapasitas mesin, kapasitas penumpang, pemeliharaan, suku cadang dan layanan aftersales, dan 17 alternatif yang digunakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perhitungan manual menggunakan MOORA, perhitungan akurasi dan penerapan menggunakan python. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah disediakan, yang menjadi pembobotan terbesar adalah harga yang mencapai 21,06%. Perhitungan menggunakan MOORA menunjukkan mobil bekas yang paling direkomendasikan adalah merk “Suzuki APV” dengan nilai 0,1657, terbaik kedua “Toyota Avanza” dengan nilai 0,1630 dan ketiga adalah “Suzuki Ertiga” dengan nilai 0,1609. Uji akurasi menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 88,24% pada kondisi pemeringkatan 3 dan 4 teratas, dan mencapai 76,47% pada kondisi pemeringkatan 5 teratas.

Abstract

The Information Systems Study Programme website is a feature of utilizing information technology as a software service in the education sector and provides information about the Information Studies Programme. Information system audits involve collecting and evaluating evidence to ascertain the protection of computer system assets. COBIT serves as a widely used framework during audits. The EDM domain oversees policymaking, monitoring, and ensuring organizational goals are met through appropriate IT usage. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and questionnaire dissemination. Analysis methods comprise current maturity, expected maturity levels, and gap analysis. According to the analysis, the website's maturity level is at Level 4: Predictable Process. The gap level on the website is 0.8 for EDM 01 and 0.7 for EDM 04. Further research is recommended using other domains focusing on management to comprehensively understand maturity levels.

Abstract

The library at SD Negeri 1 Kayuputih Melaka is currently processing data using Microsoft Excel. Using Microsoft Excel in the library system is still very inefficient because it cannot search for books quickly and there are often multiple book recordings, causing officers to have to re-check the main book if they want to make an annual book inventory report. Related to this, it is necessary to create a library information system that can facilitate the processing of library data. This library information system uses a system development methodology with the waterfall method and Data Flow Diagram (DFD) diagrams to create the system flow. In general, this library information system includes processing book data, loan data, return data, fine data and sign outs. This system will be managed by the admin to input and manage library data.

Abstract

Di era digital yang dinamis, pengambilan keputusan yang cepat, akurat, dan berbasis data menjadi kunci bagi perusahaan dan organisasi untuk bersaing. Pengambilan keputusan tradisional tidak lagi memadai untuk menghadapi kompleksitas dan perubahan yang cepat. Artificial Intelligance (AI) / Mechine Learning (ML) menawarkan solusi yang menjanjikan untuk mengoptimalkan proses pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi AI/ML dalam mengoptimalkan pengambilan keputusan di era ekonomi digital Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai use case penerapan AI/ML di berbagai bidang, seperti perumusan kebijakan dan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Manfaat dan tantangan penerapan AI/ML dalam pengambilan keputusan juga dibahas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI/ML memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan dengan menganalisis data dalam skala besar, mengidentifikasi pola, dan memberikan wawasan yang berharga. Penerapan AI/ML dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi risiko, dan mempersonalisasi layanan. Penerapan AI/ML yang tepat dapat membantu perusahaan dan organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan strategis dan meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a transaction information system at the Tri Dasi Caka Tunggal Cooperative in Pegadungan Village. This system development used the Waterfall development method. The methods used for data collection in this research were observation, interviews and literature study. In this research, the testing method uses a set of validation activities, with a black box testing approach. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Web-Based Transaction Information System at the Tri Dasi Caka Tunggal Cooperative in Pegadungan Village uses visual programming. System testing using the black box method from the test results was all successful.

Abstract

Internet connectivity has become an essential need in various contexts, including the campus environment. The Faculty of Information Technology and Science at Hindu University of Indonesia plays a central role as an educational institution that focuses on information technology, making the use of information technology and the internet increasingly crucial in supporting the learning process and administrative activities. The research carried out by researchers to overcome these challenges requires efforts to optimize the use of the MikroTik hotspot network so that it becomes more effective and efficient in the academic environment. Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has increased the risk of data security in computer networks, especially through information sniffing. Universitas Hindu Indonesia (UNHI) has two web platforms, Repository UNHI and SRUTI UNHI, which use different protocols (HTTP and HTTPS). This research analyzes and compares data security on both websites against sniffing attacks using the Wireshark application and provides insights into the vulnerabilities of the HTTP protocol and the advantages of the HTTPS protocol. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach applied through the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC). Wireshark is used to capture and analyze data packets on the network of both websites. The analysis results show that the Repository UNHI website, which uses HTTP, is highly vulnerable to sniffing attacks, with Wireshark successfully Capturing and reading sensitive data such as usernames and passwords. Conversely, the SRUTI UNHI website, which uses HTTPS, demonstrates a higher level of security as the data transmitted is encrypted. This research indicates that the use of the HTTPS protocol significantly enhances data security compared to HTTP

Abstract

LMS is a platform for managing, delivering and tracking online training or education. COBIT is a framework that will be used for information technology (IT) management and governance. The MEA Domain ensures the system has the appropriate design and controls required to comply with regulatory requirements. Meanwhile, EDM will ensure goals are achieved by evaluating stakeholder needs, conditions and choices. The data collection process used is Interview, Observation, Questionnaire. The process carried out to determine information system technology that is in accordance with the COBIT 5 standard is Maturity Level analysis and Gap Analysis. The Maturity Level of the Learning Management System at Hindu Indonesia University using COBIT 5 MEA and EDM Domains with the COBIT 5 framework reaches Level 4: Predictable Process. The level of gap in the Learning Management System at Indonesian Hindu University is 0.52 in MEA01 and 0.5 in EDM01. To reach Maturity Level 5, managers need to improve the quality of governance, supervision and stakeholder involvement in the LMS management process.

Abstract

Higher education in today's digital era faces the challenge of integrating technology effectively to improve the quality of learning. One of the technologies used is the Learning Management System (LMS), which facilitates interaction between lecturers and students in teaching and learning activities. Universitas Hindu Indonesia (UNHI) has adopted LMS as part of its education digitization strategy. However, the effectiveness of using this LMS has not been thoroughly evaluated, especially in terms of ease of use and user satisfaction. This study aims to assess the usability of the LMS at UNHI using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. By analyzing data from 97 respondents, the results showed a score of 61, which falls within the 'OK' category and grade 'D'. This indicates that although the LMS provides benefits, there are some areas that require improvement. Key findings show that while ease of use is relatively good, there are significant issues with the mobile interface, notification system, and technical capacity. Recommendations for improvement include enhancing the interface for mobile devices, improving the notification system, and increasing technical capacity to improve the user experience. These findings provide important directions for the development of a more efficient and satisfactory LMS at UNHI.
