Abstract

Storie telling tell to children is an activity that is considered good for early childhood speech development. Speaking is a delivery of ideas through words to others. In addition, speaking can convey how the child feels. The purpose of this study was conducted to see the effect of the storytelling method for the development of speech in children at Bina Putra Mandiri Cimahi Kindergarten. The indicators used in this study are answering greetings, reciting prayers, naming animals, naming parents and telling simple things. This research was conducted in two cycles of meetings. The results showed that the storytelling method can improve children's speaking ability and can increase children's self-confidence.

Abstract

This study aims to identify various parenting styles or models that are generally applied by parents and the supporting and inhibiting factors of early childhood parenting in factory worker families in Kedunglengkong Village. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study consisted of 4 parents and 2 informants. Data validity uses triangulation and the triangulation used is method triangulation. Data analysis used in this research is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion making. The results revealed that the parenting process. Broadly speaking, the parenting pattern generally adopted by parents in Kedunglengkong Village is to educate children with positive values, although an authoritarian model is also detected. Supporting factors include parents' high commitment to devote time and attention, while time constraints due to busy schedules are the main obstacle. Based on the evaluation results, the parenting process has gone according to plan.

Abstract

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2019, language development disorders worldwide had a fairly high incidence of 27.5%. In 2020, the Indonesian Ministry of Health reported that 0.4 million (16%) of Indonesian toddlers experienced developmental disorders. One of the problems in early childhood is language development disorders. Impaired speech and language development in children will result in impaired reading ability, verbal ability, behavior, psychosocial adjustment and poor academic ability. Efforts are needed to hone children's language skills by using interesting and fun methods and media to attract children's attention. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of busy books on the language skills of early childhood at Kindergarten Alif Medan Helvetia. The type of research used is pre-experimental design with a one group pretest-post test design. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula to obtain a sample size of 37 respondents in this research. The results of the study showed that the characteristics of the respondents were mostly female children (62.2%) and children aged 5 years (51.4%). Frequency distribution based on early childhood language abilities before being given busy book media (86.5%), while early childhood language abilities after being given busy book media (97.3%). There is a significant influence on the provision of busy book media on the language skills of early childhood at Kindergarten Alif Medan Helvetia in 2022 with p-value = 0.000 (p<0.05). It is hoped that schools and parents can use busy books as a learning tool to develop early childhood language skills.

Abstract

There are several goals of communication patterns, one of which is to strengthen interpersonal ties between parties involved in the process. Information sharing and communication are important aspects of the educational process. In a communication-based learning process, both formal and informal, communication is packaged as beautifully as possible so that students at TK Negeri 1 Kapoa, Kadatua District can receive the message. The purpose of this research is to find out how early childhood teachers interact with their students and the elements that facilitate or hinder these interactions. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, and the procedures used include interviews, observation and documentation to obtain data. data sources used in this case. As for the theoretical framework in this research, the author describes several definitions explaining the meaning of communication patterns, elements of communication, and forms of communication. The research results show that communication between educators and parents is currently running well and smoothly. Teachers and parents have the view that it is very important to instill character development from an early age to prepare children for life. Educators stated that parents responded very positively to matters related to character development. Likewise parents, educators provide support, advice and find solutions when parents face difficulties. Teachers and parents establish good communication so that there is a common view in character development. Thus, schools must establish good communication with students' parents or guardians.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out: (1) the implementation of outbound games in improving the kinesthetic intelligence of early childhood at Al-Hikmah Aer Bale Kindergarten. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research was carried out at Al-Hikmah Aer Bale Kindergarten. The data sources in this research were divided into two, namely (1) primary data, namely Al-Hikmah Aer Bale Kindergarten children, (2) secondary data, namely Al-Hikmah Aer Bale Kindergarten teachers. Data collection techniques in this research were obtained through observation, written tests and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is a qualitative data analysis technique. Based on the results of classroom action research that has been carried out by researchers, it can be concluded that children's kinesthetic intelligence through the outbound jump rope game overall increases with each cycle. From the pre-cycle data Not Yet Developing (BB) there were 8 children or 42.11%, while the kinesthetic intelligence of children Starting to Develop (MB) was 8 children or 42.11%, the kinesthetic intelligence of children was Developing According to Expectations (BSH) 2 children or 10.53 %, while the child's kinesthetic intelligence is Very Well Developed (BSB) 1 child or 5.26%, whereas in the first cycle there were no children who obtained Not Yet Developed (BB) kinesthetic intelligence, while the child's kinesthetic intelligence Starting to Develop (MB) was 1 child or 5, 26%, children's kinesthetic intelligence developed according to expectations (BSH) 14 children or 73.68%, while children's kinesthetic intelligence developed very well (BSB) 4 children or 21.25%, and in cycle II kinesthetic intelligence had not yet developed (BB) not there are children, while the children's kinesthetic intelligence is starting to develop (MB there are no children, the children's kinesthetic intelligence is developing according to expectations (BSH) 2 children or 10.53%, while the children's kinesthetic intelligence is developing very well (BSB) 17 children or 89.47%.

Abstract

Cognitive and motor development in early childhood through a holistic learning approach. We identified the positive impact of implementing experience-based and interactive learning methods on cognitive abilities, such as problem solving and children's creativity. Apart from that, this approach also shows improvements in children's motor development, such as eye-hand coordination and gross motor skills. The implications of these findings highlight the importance of using comprehensive learning strategies in supporting the overall growth of early childhood. Motor development is one aspect that must be considered in early childhood. Motor development is often used as a benchmark to prove that children are growing and developing well. Motor development is something that discusses coordinated physical movements so that in its development required a variety of appropriate stimulation for early childhood. This stimulation can be provided by parents, teachers, and the environment both at home and in the school environment by providing a supportive learning environment for early childhood motor development. Giving stimulation is an effort made by adults in providing facilities and optimal opportunities for optimal development. Providing a lot of time for children to do activities that support their motor development and proper supervision is one of the right efforts in supporting the development of motor physical early childhood.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the basic concepts of Early Childhood Education. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this research state that early childhood education is a form of education that focuses on laying the foundation for growth and development of physical, intelligence, socio-emotional, language, communication, in accordance with the stages of development that early childhood goes through. Early childhood education is very important because early childhood will determine the character of students throughout their educational journey correctly and appropriately. Childhood education really determines overall success in the future, including the implementation of learning in preschool which will help children face the real world. In childhood, this is the initial foundation for educating children.

Abstract

Based on the results of the research carried out by the author, it can be concluded that (1) The ability to recognize colors of early childhood in PAUD Raudotul Zannah is not yet optimal, as seen from the results of Not Developing (BB) of 10 children or 62.50%, the ability to recognize colors is Starting to Develop (MB) 5 children or 31.25%, ability to recognize colors developed according to expectations (BSH) 1 child or 6.25%, while ability to recognize colors developed very well (BSB no children. 2) Teacher's efforts to improve ability to recognize colors through crayon media in PAUD Raudotul Zannah Pagaran Bira Julu, Sosopan District, it has improved after action was taken with the results of Cycle I obtaining a score of Not Developed (BB), no children, ability to recognize colors Starting to Develop (MB) 8 children or 50.00%, ability to recognize colors Developing Appropriately Hope (BSH) 6 children or 37.50%, while the ability to recognize colors is very well developed (BSB) 2 children or 12.50%. And in cycle II, the results were Not Developed (BB), there were no children, the ability to recognize colors was Starting to Develop (MB), there were no children, the ability to recognize colors was Developing According to Expectations (BSH) 7 children or 43.75%, while the ability to recognize colors was Very Developed Good (BSB) 9 children or 56.25%. So it can be concluded that using crayon media can improve children's ability to recognize colors in PAUD Raudotul Zannah Pagaran Bira Julu, Sosopan District.

Abstract

Early childhood is the golden age of the golden age period for the development of all aspects of life, including physical, cognitive, social emotional and character building in children. In the formation of early childhood character, it requires an important role in parenting, where the role of parents is the main pillar in early childhood education, character in early childhood can develop by getting good stimulus and vice versa if bad stimulus is given then This will form a bad character for early childhood, because early childhood has a spontaneous attitude that cannot distinguish between good behavior and bad behavior. As for external influences that can shape early childhood characters, namely the environmental influence, the environment itself is divided into three parts, namely the family environment, school, and community. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. There are several data collection techniques that the researchers conducted in this study, which include structured observation, semi-structured interviews using a questionnaire schedule or interview guide used in conducting interviews with research sources.
